If you want to come here for a spare part to fix something, that’s no longer offered. The scrap yard they used to offer for $2, and practically let you walk out for $15 with misc sensors and components is no longer operational. This yard saved me hundreds if not thousands and a ton of time troubleshooting issues on my vehicles. It’s unfortunate they have stopped offering this service. Best of luck to anyone looking for cheap car parts now.

Called last week to find out if they had the part I needed, got the hours, and how they operate (first time at a pull n save). Walked in today for them to tell me they closed it and I should driver to their PONTIAC location!

Wish I could give a zero star, drove all the way there (hour and a Half) only to find that they are no longer a used parts center as name states "U-pull and Save" was told by employee now only buy cars and that the change is on the website, well it is not, How can it be a U-PULL but only buys cars, Change your name and update your website--not to mention when put in Google also just says they are open nothing to say they have changed their type of business, a lot of people have been going here for years, who would think you have to look up a business to see if they still do what they say they do?

This is NOT a auto parts place that you pull parts at it is ONLY for dropping off vehicle to sell

“We’re the only proper junkyard in a 90 mile radius around Lansing. We should totally become yet another used car lot that won’t last 2 years in business.” You want me to drive all the way to metro Detroit for parts?! Dear owner, I just want you to know that you’ve single-handedly ruined Lansing.

Fantastic place, grabbed a used battery from them when I was in a pinch. Got my truck through another season of painting and when I contacted them to get rid of the vehicle finally they gave me a fair quote but more importantly! They handled it right away and got back to me in a very timely manner. Lucky to have a spot like this close by

Really bummed to hear that you guys are closing your doors permanently at the Mason location. I go there for most of my auto parts sorry to hear about the fire. My only complaint ever going there was the the trek through the mud constantly but I dealt with it. Other than that I've always enjoyed going there customer service has always been great and hopefully maybe somewhere down the line you guys will reopen it.

I don’t know what to think, I was there the other day and was told that they’re going out of business by some of the employees, maybe they’re just disgruntled because they talked about The toxic work environment They have to deal with, I don’t know, and I debated on whether to even put that in here or not. One thing I can say an equivocally is this place must have changed owners because the last couple years it is really went downhill, I hope that they’re not going out of business because I like getting parts here but it’s obvious that nobody From an ownership, standpoint cares about the quality of this business. I just had a terrible experience at The scrap place in Jackson and left a review there, just so you know I sold my vehicles to that location. They paid way more money than you pull Mason or Pontiac even offered. The one thing I can say is that the world is full of negativity and these people all need to get an attitude adjustment someday - God bless.

Very happy with my haul. Now my grandma's van will be extra stylish always enjoyed the staff here and great prices and don't forget the warranty

I mean, it's a junk yard. the location in Pontiac is better—cement and bigger. Here there's no cement, it's all dirt and if you're super lucky it's all mud. Employees were a bit salty. Good luck!

The staff at the Mason site is top notch. They are on top of their game when it comes to what vehicles are there. It is the only place I go for used parts. The only thing I could possibly say that would need a change is the price on some of the parts. Although you can purchase a warranty it is still a little steep. I am a life time customer that is for sure but the prices could go down a little. Your staff deserves a raise when it comes to customer care. Thanks for the convenience of your location it makes it much easier for me and all the surrounding customers.

Never had a bad experience here at the Mason location. Friendly knowledgeable folks at the counter. They even have some newer carts that are lighter and easier to maneuver. Found parts I didn't expect to find. Hope they get the processing barn up and running again soon. I do wish they would put a "map" on their website for the yard. I can look up the cars in inventory while there but have no idea where aisle/row 40 is. It would be sweet if they could bring in some gravel, millings or crushed concrete to negate the mud issues. A little bit each year would go a long way.

My favorite place to get parts it's like a family everyone is wonderful only thing missing is some of my very favorite faces i miss seeing around there everytime I come in it definitely hasn't been the same without them please bring them back

I love this place! It's a pretty good sized lot, but organized so it isn't too hard to find what you're looking for. It's pretty basic really. You go sign in, speak with an awesome worker and pay a few bucks for entry per person. Then you head out to the (sometimes) mud pit probably in boots like me, and find what you need and pull it out yourself. Bring your own tools to remove, but last I knew, no cutter or grinder tools were allowed. Sometimes the load can be a bit much, so they have wheelbarrows to make our work a little easier. It's definitely a great place to find affordable replacement parts for those "oops I hit a deer dents and cracks, along with anything else that you need and can find. I love that they have a website that includes what's in stock as far as year, make and model. It can be an occasional hit and miss. I've gone a couple of times for a part and the vehicle I'm looking for, sometimes they will have multiples of this vehicle, but the part I need already gone from all of them. This doesn't happen to me often though. When it does, I take that extra time to see what other cool stuff they have or maybe start a new project ride if on a budget. Friendly staff and great service! All around $$ friendly for a horrible economy. I highly recommend.

Prices for used broken parts are almost the same as brand new parts. Definitely would not recommend going there. Cats auto salvage would be a way better option and it’s not too far away from the location. I wish I could give it zero stars but one is the lowest.

The customer service was great along with what I paid for what I needed they had what I needed they could show me exactly where where it was at they could cross reference parts and cars for me and give me a printout of whatever I needed only thing I had to do was take the part off the car and the way they got everything set up for you just makes it so much easier.

Courteous, Friendly guys at counter. Not sure why I have to pay to look to see if they have what I needed. They didn’t. So instead of picking up parts for a client, I snagged a part for my own car. When I went to a different salvage place in Lansing, I DIDNT have to pay to look around. I found the part for the client, and found the part I just purchased from u pull, for a cheaper price.. I guess I reevaluate.

I love this place, been coming here for years. Prices are pretty awesome. Only issue I do have is that the lot gets pretty muddy and some of the cars that are set on rims are not set properly. For instance, there was one car that I put a light amount of force on the rear end lifting up and the whole car tilted forward and nose down into the ground. It would be awesome if that some point in the future, they start laying concrete to set the cars on, but my hopes aren't too high.

Generally good experiences here, but they need to be better about updating their website. Went out of my way to find a vehicle that the website said was in the lot. Checked the specified location, and walked the whole yard twice with my buddy and couldn’t find it. Employee seemed surprised I couldn’t find it. Said it got must’ve gotten crushed and the computer hadn’t been updated. Drove 40 min one way for that vehicle for no reason. 3 days later the website still says it’s in the lot.

Staff are always friendly and I always seem to find something that I didn't know I needed. The only thing I would say that they should improve on is quit letting the front floaters destroy the aluminum drive shafts and the doors on the trucks I noticed every time I need a door or looking for a door it's usually got a big dent or crease in it and the drive shafts are always dented or bent from the front loaders picking them up. Other than that a great place.

I am In this place at least 3 Times a month if you can handle a tiny bit of mud chances are they will have the parts you are looking for. USE THEIR VEHICLE SEARCH ON THEIR WEBSITE BEFORE YOU MAKE THE TRIP, they are very diligent with keeping the inventory up to date. Staff is pretty chill and are beyond reasonable and fair. I have never left there feeling like i got worked over.

My son an I were in their this past Saturday because he needed parts for his Jeep mind you this was our first time being their. The overall experience was outstanding the staff was very helpful and very professional. We told them what we needed they led us in the direction we needed to go got the parts we were looking for and we left very happy and satisfied customers. If we ever need parts again we will definitely be going back thank you to the guys that were working that day you guys are awesome

John and Casey were straightforward nice guys and I appreciate them. Give them a raise! But I bought two doors were extra nice and I didn’t have any room in my car I’m not a mechanic but some nice chill guys that were helpful and I wish them the best.

I have never attempted to fix my own vehicle before like this. Oil changes, tires, and batteries sure, but after hitting a deer? Nope. Insurance totalled it out even though what is wrong is only cosmetic. U-Pull and Save far surpassed any expectation I had. The staff is genuinely kind and caring (funny too). I just had an all around great experience pulling the parts needed for my vehicle. How it started to How it's going. Not finished yet, but thanks to U-Pull and Save it will be.

I pull parts in dozens of different yards across the Midwest and this is the worst place to go to . Prices are decent and they have promotions and sales but not too much inventory and the yard is scattered with parts . Half the yard is not accessible because of mud .

Good selection of vehicles and decent prices for parts. Many of the cars I’ve looked at have been picked over but I usually find a few items that make it worth the trip.

Great prices, service and quality if you know what you're looking for and have tools to pull parts. Can also hire others to pull parts as well if you need. Fun events as well.

My first time going to Pull and Save, I went because the prices online were really good the only thing I would remind you to know is that you pay for everything extra so on a trunk lid the emblem is extra, the locks extra, the hinges are extra but that said they're not expensive it was $1.50 each for the emblems. So I walked out of there for less than 50 bucks with a rust free trunk lid with a third brake light, the chrome emblem and the Chevy logo.
