The employees are really helpful and nice especially Nola, I called today for my Vehicle and she gave me all the right answers I needed. I then went up there to pull the part. I appreciate all your help, keep up the great work.

I've had nothing but good experiences with u pull. The pricing is fair and they bend over backwards to accommodate you For instance I forgot my receipt on a core charge but they honored it anyway. This place is s good resource for those of us on a budget

Employee's we're very helpful and polite. Prices are competitive. Easily accessible and vehicles are are simple to find, one setback that needs to change would like to see change is lack of the hard to find unique whips. Get more of those type cars & trucks and your on to something bigger than ourselves.

It had a lot of water about. Take rubber boots with ya. Been nice to have some help finding vehicles and carrying parts, especially when partially disabled. Checkout was good but only 1 individual but she was pleasant and helpful.

Excellent salvage yard. Cars set up nice on rims so you can get at things. Yard was dry when I went no issues with anything. Workers were very nice. Prices are very reasonable.

I was quoted a lower price three days earlier. But was made to pay $24.00 more when I purchased thr part. More doors, hatchback, and hoods could be closed to preserve more parts for customers.

Yes my husband Bill he is a Marine Corps veteran and really likes the service there and how nice people are. Me and him both highly recommend this place for finding parts especially now while the economy is so bad. We highly recommend this place when wanting to save money and getting good used quality parts.

They were very helpful and they usually have my parts and good place to go if you don't you're missing out

Well I went to u pull and save looking for a rear bumper cover for my trailblazer. I found and removed one and went to pay for it, thinking it would be 10 to 20 dollars based on the online price list showing the part costing 9.99. well I was told it would be 44.95 and I said the price list says 9.99 and I don't need a warranty or anything of that nature. I asked if she could sell it for 10 to 20. Dollars but she replied don't look at price list for reference and no I can't cut any deals. Well why have a price list if it isn't valid. Makes no sense so so I left empty handed and feeling frustrated. I've bought things in the past for the prices on the price list so idk.

It's a really good place but I have to go two or three places to find a vehicle with the parts are if they have them all in one spot it would be nice when you have a bad heart time you get finding all the vehicles it's hard to do anything I had to look all around in the junkyard to find what I needed the Jeep libertys are scattered there was other people complaining about it too they couldn't find stuff because they didn't have them things on top of the cars to tell you what else was I enjoy going to that junkyard friendly staff they treat you good

I would given 5 stars. I had to run all over to find a jeep one at 4 and 1 at 42 I was told they used to have all the jeeps close together so 1 on each side of the junkyard it would also help if they would give you a list like they used to then telling you plus I didn't care for the 2 lady's at the desk they could be nicer and friendly the men are I've been here a lot of times getting parts.

This location is great, and that 100% is because of their outstanding employees. I have visited many times over the past month and they’re outstanding every time. I will continue to use them as needed and definitely recommend them.

Good pricing, helpful staff. It can be muddy or sloppy but it’s a salvage yard and they’ve usually had what I needed. I’ll be coming back when I need another one of those discontinued parts. Thanks U Pull and Save, you always save me money.

Not as big as the Pontiac yard, but still a good spot to check. The online inventory system is pretty intuitive, which makes it easy to see if they have certain models. Staff is pretty chill here, not much else to say.

I have been at your place 3 times and I commend the Whole Staff working at U-PULL/U SAVE, very helpful & professional Team, their Service is Awesome, & going back tomorrow to buy some Tires. PS: Especially the HARD WORKING LADY, that removed the tire from my Rim. Thank you so Much Sarah for helping me find the BEST Set of tires, already mounted & on the road!🙏

They have helpful staff and it’s decently organized. It can be very muddy there but the prices are very cheap and the warranty is very nice on some things

Had the parts I needed for a good price and also had tools there you can buy if you don't have the tool you need like today I needed a wrench and didn't have one but they had one for 13 dollars so was able to get my parts thank you pull and save

I love this place, they usually have the parts I need and if they don't they can find it !!!! Great prices and friendly staff. I will give them my business for a long time.

Great customer service experience! I was able to ask for exactly what I needed and get a detailed response back, through there online portal. Saved me a lot of time and made my experience quick and easy!

Great place usually has what I'm looking for sometimes they don't but if you give it a few weeks to check back go out and walk the yard they usually find what you're looking for pricing is good staff is really helpful especially if you need to know part interchange. Did like it better when all the pickup trucks were in one section and then SUVs were in another section though it was easier to find stuff

It’s decent, entry fee is a little much but they messed up and waived it. But the price for a caliper was twice as much as Cats Auto Salvage. It isn’t more organized by any means so I’m not sure where the extra cost comes from. Cats also doesn’t have an entry fee. Only reason for the 2 star review is bc I think they forgot they are selling used car parts from a SELF SERVICE salvage yard.

Friendly staff and help full it a hot or miss if they have the part you need but easy to find if they do

Prices have gotten out of control in this yard. First time I have been in a few years. Had I known the price of some thing before checking out I would have passed. I could have paid a couple dollars more and ordered new parts for the cost they charged. Lesson learned.

We were able to find what were looking for with no problem, your staff was kind and helpful. We've been going to this location for years for most of our vehicle parts and definitely have saved alot of money.

Still not sure why I was charged more for my parts than the web site said they were?.. either update the website or stop over charging the customers plz..
