I just got off the phone with Selena, I called once just for pricing. Told her I'd call back of I meet nothing lower. Nothing was lower. Called back. I was in need of scheduling a tow and wasn't exactly sure the city I was in. ( Just started working out where my car is stuck) She was absolutely great. Very very kind, it was like talking to a friend I've had 15 years. That's how nice she was. I thought what I needed would be considered special circumstance tow, so I'm explaining what I need and she let me talk, never interrupted. When I finished she just simply let me know, there's no extra fee for 9pm, scheduling isn't an issue, and you don't have to be with the car you can just go to work just leave us the keys. Boom all I need. She was very kind, listened, went the extra step and looked to see if my car had maybe already been towed, waited while I found my works address. Just all around 100% the perfect model of customer service over the phone. Her training must have been great or she was born to do this lol Thank you Selena for being kind and patient. PJ she needs a raise BIIIIIG TIME!!! SHE'S DOING MORE THAN GREAT!!!
Shout out to Jason (Maui) at PJs! He really went the extra mile making sure my classic corvette got loaded without any issues! It’s always nerve racking when you have a car that sits very low to the ground being loaded on a flatbed but he KILLED IT I will definitely be using PJs again in the future for all my towing
Have used P.J.'s several times in the past and have always been satisfied with service. Same for this past experience, but unfortunately wait time for late Saturday afternoon non-emergency call was over one hour.
Had to get my truck towed twice and both drivers were extremely professional, and kept my vehicle in pristine condition. 10/10 would absolutely recommend

One of my classic 80's cars broke down and I called P.J.'s Towing to have them tow the car back to my house. The tow driver Al was very polite and extremely careful with loading my car on to his truck. I couldn't be happier with the service. 5 stars for sure! As a guy who owns 6 classic cars, i'm sure I will need you again. Thanks again fellas!
PJs had the best rates in town for towing. They also worked with me on times, so I was able to meet the driver at my home with the car during my lunch break at work. If I ever need a tow (hopefully not any time soon) I will definitely be calling PJs!
Great service, right on time, at a reasonable flat rate equal to what they quoted me on the phone. I will be using them in the future if I ever need a tow!
Could not have asked for a better experience for having to have my truck towed. Their time estimate was spot on. Their pricing was very fair, unlike another company that quoted me around $300 or more to tow my truck. Their customer service was amazing and Daniel, was the best possible driver they could have sent out. Very polite and very experienced in his job. He explained everything he was going to do, and made sure he took great care in getting my truck on the flatbed. His professionalism and dedication to make sure that my truck arrived safely would absolutely make me recommend PJ’s to another person if they need help.
I wouldn't ask for a better towing service then pj's towing they were right there when you need them and always on time its almost like there an angel looking out for you. I had locked myself out of my car and my house. But thanks to pj's towing I was able to make it to work
Shout out to the guys at J.P.'s towing for not only send one but two trucks to accommodate my family when my car broke down on the highway. I'm horrible with names but to the guys that saved a white malibu with very upset 2 yr old I appreciate everything you did to get us out of of the cold and home safe.
IVE DEALT WITH PJS MANY TIMES FOR TOWING CUSTOMER VEHICLES. THIS WAS THE FIRST FOR MY OWN. BADLY BROKEN STEERING AND SUSPENSION PART. DERRICK FROM PJS TOWING TOOK EXTRA TIME TO LOAD AND UNLOAD MY CAR WITHOUT CAUSING ANY BODY DAMAGE. I GREATLY APPRECIATE THE EXTRA WORK THAT WAS DONE TO KEEP FROM MORE DAMAGE TO THE CAR.
