There was one negative that I was not informed of, they are cash for cars but provide a check instead The check takes 24 hours to clear so cashing the same day is not an option for everyone. They pay for a service with Bank of America, so if they haven’t input the information by a certain time that day, it will be there the next business day, in most cases. Other then the check, the process was pretty straight forward, they keep you informed on what they do and what they need. I received a check for the price that was promised, I did not have to haggle with driver about the price they promised, which mattered to me a lot.

Very easy, very kind. Was picked up early. Definitely would sell to them if you have a junk car that isn't able to fixed easily.

The whole process was painless and moved along without any hiccups.was pleased with the offer made and the smoothness of the process.

Cash for Cars did an excellent job from evaluating and pricing the car to closing the sale. Copar, the company that picked up the car jumped the gun by picking up the car before scheduling me to be there with the title and the chance to take the license plate off of the car. I mailed the signed title and received my check and license plate back in the mail. So, it all turned out fine. I would certainly recommend C for C in the future!

The experience of getting my quote and getting connected with a local salvage yard was terrible. The call quality was bad, my call was dropped multiple times during the process, and it took FAR longer than it should have. Luckily the last person I spoke with was able to get everything completed. The local vendor was prompt and courteous and I was pleased with that part.

My car was 11 years old and then transmission failed. Would of cost me more to fix then the car was worth. Called Cash For Cars and a few other places that recycle cars. Cash For Cars by far gave me the best offer and were easy to deal with.

I sold them a car that my mechanic said wasn't worth repairing. I called a couple places with make an model they made the best offer. Took a few assigned driver before they could pick up when I wasn't at work, but it went smoothly.

The process of selling my car was fast and efficient. The office staff was friendly. The dispatched driver was very professional.

Car died. They picked it up and paid for it. Very easy, courteous transaction. Only 4 star instead of 5 because tow did not arrive on schedule and I had to contact to have sent out resulting in a longish wait.

The good: they gave me a better price for my old car than other buyers and towed it away when they said they would. The bad: some workers at the company were still calling and texting me trying to buy the car even several days after I had sold it to them. Left hand does not always know what the right hand is doing there.

Would give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. I waited 3 hours to be contacted. When I finally called to inquire I was told very rudely “we pick up 400 cars a day, we will get to it when we get to it”. I said “I really can’t get any sort of time frame?” He replied “we work until 4am, we have over 400 cars to pick up a day, we get to it when we get to it”. You expect me to believe you pick up 400 cars in the Grand Rapids area daily? Regardless, awful experience. Definitely don’t waste your time.
