Prices are very high for a junk yard very high I paid $150 for a trunk lid that I would have paid $40 for at parts galore or you pick you pull and customer service is non existent horrible
These guys are a dying breed. Very honest, friendly, and have excellent customer service. They honor their parts and service. Some ppl need to have some patients. They are taking several calls while dealing with walk in customers on top of trying to manage time pulling parts and inventory. If you can't understand that then it's obvious the problem is you. I hope to keep doing business with RPM.
Needed a 20 yr old part for a 2003 Cadillac CTS....they pulled it from another yard and had it at my local store within the hour of first inquiring on the part.... Impressive team of guys handling the needs of the consumer
