It's always a pleasure when i go to any O'Reilly Auto Parts. The poor guy behind the counter was the only one working and he still always able and willing to help every customer who came in.
I have long patronized this business in Charlevoix because of their resources and great service; however, I recently stopped at their business in Holt, Michigan on a Sunday morning when my "check engine light" suddenly came on. The gentleman working was great in dealing with customer service. He used his technology to diagnose the issue and recommended a couple of products to use to address the problem. He assisted me in using the selected product, AND I was on my way easily within 30 minutes. Whew! It is such a relief to find a helpful "lifeline" when needed!
Called at 9:30pm needing a part. Was left on hold for 15 minutes before I was helped. If they had not left me on hold I would’ve had time to drive there and get the part before they closed. There had to have been more than one person in the store who could’ve helped.
Customer service is very short and not entirely accommodating when more than one person is in the store. Used to be a great place. Not sure what happened. Management has gone downhill;!
Great service! Polite employees with a great attitude. The employees took me to the proper isles for my parts. My special order arrived on time and it was the right part.
Had to get brake pads and rotors for vehicle. I wasn't happy they did not have them in stock, however not surprised since vehicle is over 20 years old. They ordered the parts and said they would be available to pick up the following morning. Great customer service.
I went to use their computer that attaches to the OBD 2 to connector to see why a engine light is coming on.. they were extremely helpful, and nice. I used the machine to check for codes and everything worked perfectly. Also, because of covid-19 pandemic, they will not hook the computer up for you. That's understandable. However, they will let you use the computer to do it yourself. If you're unfamiliar with the codes produced by the machine, they will help interpret it for you.

The shift manager Mike at the Delhi township store lied to me and told me that my core deposit would be back the same day and upon calling another store I found out that was not true.
This auto parts store has knowledgeable people and usually has the part you need or can get it for you the same day. They also stand behind the products they sell when it comes to their warranties
Great service! It was my daughter and myself and they took very good care of us. I have already spread the word and would recommend them! A huge thank you to these guys for being our heroes! Also, thank you for being open on Memorial day ❤
They have parts and gaskets that other places selling kits. So you don't have to buy the whole kit. You can just buy the one piece you need. They beat mostly everybody's price and staff is very knowledgeable.
