Everyone in steel receiving is absolutely cool. Never had a problem there ever! Backing in with a set of trains can be a little hairy during the day because of the daylight and backing into a dark building, but it’s a breeze when you go in in the middle of the night. Always love coming here and always have a good experience. The receivers are great!

Driver arrived at pickup as scheduled. After sitting at the dock for 3 hrs, driver was told they had a production breakdown so product will not be ready and driver was asked to leave facility. Things happen machines break so thats understandable....understandable until the insults began....$75 TONU on a truck and driver that was at their disposal for 12 hrs. Thats $6/hr. Will never send a truck to this facility again. You can keep you $75 to fix your production line instead of insulting a driver and carrier with it.
ZERO Stars – A Complete NIGHTMARE!
This is beyond unacceptable! I was made to sit there for OVER FIVE HOURS just to deliver my load. FIVE HOURS of pure WASTED TIME. No updates, no communication, just complete disregard for my time and my job as a truck driver. It’s utterly disrespectful and completely unprofessional. The way this company operates is a complete DISASTER. They treat drivers like we’re invisible and don’t care about our schedules or livelihoods. This is not just frustrating; it’s downright brutal. I wouldn’t recommend this nightmare to ANYONE. STAY AWAY if you value your time and sanity.
Edit: now at 4.5 hours waiting but hey, im next now... Steel recieving is right on 147, door 12. Looks like overnight parking is ok. Been here waiting for 3 hours now, with so many reviews saying they unload fast, idk what's going on today. On a firday too, cutting into my home time, dang it!
Very unfair management,i came in first on time but i was offloaded at last.When i asked receiver she said she didn’t have answer to my question.I wish not to come here again.Wasting a lot of time
I had an appointment here and come 2 hours early but still had to wait till my appointment time my load was not ready

It's colder here so during winter time and snow be careful roads might be icy
Real bad weather snow rain high wind could not see the lines in the road so I did not like the drive up there at all driving a 53 ft van trailer and all of that going on,, was not nothing to like of enjoy about me traveling up there.
Start offloading after 2 hrs in the doc to offload 5 empty racks.
2 fork lift guys are working , 1 guy took off 2 raks and he left, other guy showed up after 15 mts to do the rest.
If you pay by the hour, you will get 2 hr sleep.
Don't have any respect to others time...
