Their service was awesome. They were able get two stuck vehicles out of the foot of snow. They got food and water to stranded teenagers. Their humanity are beyond measures. Highly recommend their service, if you ever get stuck in the snow.
Patriot Towing is great! Called them and they showed up in minutes. In an area we didn’t know we ended up on a steep icy hill with truck and trailer and they got us out of a really bad situation. The guys were great and professional. Affordable price.
I want to give you guys a 5 star rating, last Sunday my vehicle would not start I was at aqua lodge and I called for a tow truck, Evan answered and said he would be on his way. He looked at my vehicle to see if he could get it started but no luck. He towed it to Houghton for me and after dropping it off at the repair shop gave me a ride to my motel. I was from Wisconsin so was stranded but you guys came to the rescue.

I had my friends red Ford fiesta towed from the mouth of gratiot by the police, when I tried to pay for it they said the cops wouldn't release it until I admitted to driving it which I wasn't, they held it so long that the impound lot was able to keep the car,
Another time I had a car accident and they had towed my vehicle, when I asked what happened to all my stuff that was in my vehicle they said most of it probably went flying out the window at the time of the accident, my windows weren't even open, I have never experienced such bad service and am surprised they get away with such terrible service, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
I was in a tough spot and these folks really helped me out. Picked up my truck in the middle of nowhere and then even stopped at the local campground and grabbed all our gear. We've been vacationing for years up here and have spent many hours on those trails back there. It's nice to know when accidents/mistakes happen. We have awesome, reasonable and very accommodating help. Thank you!
Cannot say enough good things about Neal and the staff here. I was stranded and in a pinch with a completely immobilized vehicle 500 miles from home... they towed my car and even lent me their shop vehicle to drive myself all the way home when the nearest rental hub had no available vehicles. Truly a fantastic group of people.
I had my car towed from Michigan Tech's campus, and even though my car was being towed to a different garage, the person driving the tow truck was very polite and extremely helpful. After my car was dropped off at the garage, they even offered to drive me back to Michigan Tech! They were very friendly and didn't talk down to me at all, and their kindness is what made a normally stressful experience a lot more bearable.
We got a little in over our heads on a snow covered trail, with all hope lost we gave Patriot a call. Nick came to our rescue. He pulled out all the stops and saved the day!
Huge rip off! They held my 1st car so long they were able to keep it even though I had the money to get it out, was in an accident and told them I would surrender my vehicle if I could get my stuff left in the vehicle, they went through my vehicle without my, trashed my stuff and put it in garbage bags for tried keeping the rest, they told me my fishing poles, hammocks and all my clothes and everything went flying out the windows, how do brand new fishing poles fly out windows in a head on collision, dont trust these people
My car broke down with a brake line leak and I called them with no other options available. They were able to take in and fix it the next day. Great service
Definitely call here first. Service went above and beyond necessary. Towed the car out of Estaviant pines, all the way to Calumet. Super reasonable prices and quick to arrival. Sylar was very helpful in pushing the vehicle and getting to a difficult spot

Excellent towing service at a reasonable price. The guy that picked me up from L’anse and brought me to Chassell (with my 70lb dog) was very friendly and professional. 10/10 recommended for towing needs.

Eric was a huge help, came out of his way on Sunday and even took my car back to the shop to see if he could help me out. Unfortunately my car had more underlying issues, but Eric went the extra extent to then move my car to the dealership and not charge me for any work done that he attempted to do. Couldn't be more thankful of the way he handled the situation.
Definitely give Eric all 8 thumbs up. We had two of four sleds stuck when he showed up in less than 20 minutes and pulled us out and sent us on our way. Saved our whole trip.
