I bought a used car that had a chip in the windshield. I stopped in, no appointment, just to see if they might fill it (it was on the driver’s side.) I was planning to make an appointment if they would do it. The owner looked at my windshield carefully, felt over the spot and said he thought it had been filled. Rather than rush me out, he called his son away from his work to look at it too and he confirmed he also thought it had been filled already. Honesty and care in making that assessment means this is my auto glass place now.
I had Vern's Collision repair the rock damage to my Ford F-150 and also had my windshield was replaced. I am extremely happy with the whole process. From the moment I contacted them about my damage till the moment I got to see my truck after they repaired it, this shop treated me so well. I am beyond impressed at their service and they even detailed the vehicle for me upon delivery! Wow! I love my truck and it means alot to me that someone cares and took care of it like I do. Recommend this shop with 5-plus stars!
Mike is wonderful! He is helpful and kind and the work is high quality. Every step of the way I was kept up to date and they are always easy to get a hold of when you have questions. Had some work done on my car here sometime last year. They were very kind & helpful & they do amazing work. They were also great at giving me updates on the progress. 10/10 recommend! If I ever need to, I'd definitely go here again.
Just picked up my Chevy Silverado at Vern's shop. My windshield was replaced. I can't say how pleased I am I took my truck there for this work. GM glass (not Korean glass) with GM specifications was installed. Post installation tests were ran to ensure original vehicle safety was not compromised. Mike is outstanding. He did a lot of extras (added a clip to the wiper arm which was missing) washed the truck inside and out. And voided the $100 deductible. They definitely beat any auto glass shop out there. AAA+
I don't hate it at all! (In response to the Google review question.) But I called Friday afternoon and left a message about a windshield replacement and it's now Tuesday evening and I never did hear back. I know covid has messed up alot of stuff though.

I have been a client of Vern's collision for years and Mike Herriman and his team have gone above and beyond to help me with my issues with my last car and current van. I had a paint delamination problem and Mike met with the Nissan rep and me to help me get factory assistance on paying for the repair! Vern's always do the windshield treatment which keeps me safer with the best visibility possible. Mike is honest and hard working, and he runs Verns.

Best GM Auto Body shop in North America because they will only use American made US Parts on vehicles being repaired and their workmanship and kraft is the best.

An awesome family owned business in Flint Michigan. I called Vern's after reading several 5 star reviews and a single 1 star review. The one star reviewer was not happy about Vern's wanting them to take their car to the shop to be checked out for a windshield replacement. Mike, wanted me to bring my car in also to be checked out for windshield replacement, which seemed a bit odd to me too, until I stopped into the shop. The first thing Mike did was take a picture of the OEM part number on the windshield to ensure an exact match. My replacement was done in February, so my car was in their shop overnight prior to the day of replacement to ensure a factory grade seal. They provided a free loaner, and my car was returned the next afternoon washed, vacuumed, and ready to go. They even replaced my damaged windshield wiper blades free of charge. I highly recommend Vern's, for windshield replacements, and I won't hesitate to have them do collision repair work either.
They turned an aweful experience into a great one. More than fair in pricing fast and friendly. Waiting area was clean and profesional. They definitely gained a customer for life. Couldnt thank mike enough.

Was looking to get a windshield replaced today and everybody is either closed, booked, or not able to get parts so I tried calling this place. They wouldn't even bother giving me a price over the phone and said that I needed to bring the car in. Since when can't I get a price over the phone for a windshield, that's ludicrous!
Mike and his team did a great job on our Chrysler van. Attention to details, meticulous work, and original parts along with personalized service are few important things. Mike is knowledgeable and has significant experience. I was little skeptical as few people told me that regardless where you go, your van is never going to look the same. Mike and his team proved these skeptics wrong.
