I received good and timely service 1/20/25. I called for a roadside assistance type sitch where I needed my full size spare put on, because I didnt have the tools with me and was stranded. I was told "your truck will be there in about 20 minutes or so" and sure enough about 20-25 minutes later, up showed my guy. He had it all done nice and quick with 0 troubles and I was back on the road in less than an hour total. I would call them again personally. I was charged $55 for the services, which is actually less than ive payed other places who were a lot crappier to deal with. I thought the pricing was quite reasonable.
On 10/27/25, my daughter was almost killed in an auto accident. At the scene, her car was totaled, but the tires were still all fully inflated. We noticed all her possessions in the car but had to hurry to get to the hospital. Her car was towed to Complete Towing. I arrived two days later at Complete Towing to collect her possessions. I met their tow driver in the back lot to collect her possessions. Complete Towing had chop-shopped her new tires, before attorneys on both sides even had a chance to examine the vehicle. I asked the tow driver why they switched my tires out for flat tires. He said he didn’t know. All my daughter’s possessions were missing out of the car. They were valued at $800.
Our attorney showed up two days later and they had put her original tires back on but did not put back any of the stolen items. I contacted complete towing via phone, and the receptionist told me she would have the owner call me. I waited a week and called again. The receptionist said she told him to call me. I said, “Look, we just want our stolen items back”. She yelled, “I AM NOT THE ONE WHO STOLE YOUR STUFF!” and hung up on me. Weeks later, they still refuse to call me back. Even if the owner was unaware of their theft ring, you would think he would at least call me back.
I contacted the Grand Blanc City Police and Grand Blanc Township Police and told them what happened. They said the lot was not in their jurisdiction, because it resides in Flint, but both police departments said they would have a meeting and consider not using Complete Toing in the future. I filled out a police report online and the Flint Police emailed me and said I have to go to the Michigan State Police. I drove to the Michigan State police branch office, and they told me there was nothing they could do, but I could file a report with the BBB, which I will.
The fact that 3 police departments could not help us explains how they have been able to continually get away with this. Also, desperate people, who are injured or stranded, do not have the luxury of reading comments from people they have robbed.
Complete Towing has some type of AUTO PARTS THEFT going on‼‼‼This is not a bitter post ..A company towed my car IN ERROR , gave me half of my funds back qnd is still taking care of things on their part, however my car was seen on camera leaving with 4 Nissan HUB CAPS ...THE BaCK 2 weren't on there when I picked my vehicle up‼ I called 3 times, was promised a call back, no one called , and today I spoke with a Cassie who acted to good to give me a supervisor name whom I'm supposedly supposed to track down Tuesday as he is not in office today. Unprofessional, didn't even try to hear me out, and rude... I will be filing with the Census Bureau because Good people don't deserve that‼ 8 people commented on my Facebook post and said they've had items STOLEN AS WELL‼
DO NOT GET YOUR CAR TOWED WITH COMPLETE TOWING. DONT DO IT !!! The lady at the front desk tried to profile me for some odd reason which made me feel violated and uncomfortable. For one they work with the police department so you can only imagine how my experience was….for two they got my car “mixed up” trying to say I was in a hit and run which was completely a LIE !!! Had the police look into just for her to say it was the wrong car very suspect & then proceeds to apologize to the officer instead of apologizing to me instead. I don’t know if they were trying to keep my car or what but it was one of the worse experiences dealing with a tow company. This people are not to be trusted
Tow truck driver backed into the front of my Truck, Smashed the bumper in at the top of the bumper. Called the dispatch as soon as I realized that's what they did, and was told to call them on Monday and ask for a manager. Manager tells us, "your truck was all ready so rusty...all we will do is if you want, bring it to us and we will pull the dent out for you" Seriously??? Don't use this company their driver was incompetent and their customer service sucks!

I've used this businesses services three times and they have always towed my truck for a reasonable price and was quick about getting to where I was at and even allowed my dogs to ride in the cab on the way home.

My Jeep Cherokee is having some issues with its transmission and it pretty much just stopped in the parking lot at my work. I had to have it towed to the dealership I bought it from to be serviced. The dealership referred me to Complete towing. There was a little scheduling mishap, however I just called them and told the guy that answered what was going on and he was very friendly, apologized to me and sent someone right away. No big deal and I understand, things happen. The tow truck was being operated by Jake, who was there in no time and was very friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. Gotta say, I was impressed how he maneuvered the trucks flatbed under my Jeep! Was cool to watch! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
Was extremely helpful with questions friendly and understanding . Worked with us on a solution. Daughters car was pretty beat up beyond repairing due to costs and cars worth I have went to them in the past .. Fair and will help any way they are able too
Had a mini excavator loaded for me , had a few issues pop up and they very patient and nice while they waited ,got everything done for us and i recommend using them to anyone that needs towing. thanks , jt autobody

I had an issue with my vehicle being stolen, it was found and I called Complete Towing to help me. From the person on the phone to the service, everything was professional and speedy, even at 1130pm! Will was the driver and he was absolutely awesome and helpful. They were very reasonable on cost as well. Would 100% recommend them for any towing needs! Dispatch answered the phone with a person. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Pickup was on time and the cost was moderate. Driver was friendly and didn't waste time. He knew what he was doing. Would definitely use this company again.

Excellent service! I thought I was going to have to have my car towed and instead the driver fixed my tire issue, in the rain/sleet. He saved me money, all whole being extremely friendly and helpful. They will continue to have my business and I will recommend to anyone in need of their services!

Great experience the first time but the 2nd time having to get something out our totaled out truck they charged us to go look in it. I felt that was a bit much been that we just got in a bad accident sore and not in our right mind looking for things we almost lost our life in. Was super crazy
Had a GREAT experience with Alyssa. She was very nice, showed up fast, got my keys out of my car, even helped me with getting my seat buckles unstuck in the backseat (just got this car) so I could put my babies in the car for their dentist appointment. She also helped me figure out why it wasn't starting after we unlocked it. It happened to be a security feature and she was very patient with me. I was on a date when my car's coolant tank literally decided to explode. The man arrived after an hour and quoted me 175 to take my car from Flint to Bay City. Very good price. The man was nice.
