I asked for a short haul (less than 5 miles) Going from my house to a local shop. He offered to drive me back home (said it was on the way anyways) Never had a tow service offer that! Very reasonable price! Great service!
Told me 45 min waited over an 1.5 call again tell me they are about 10 miutes out and an 1.5 later they show up. So 45 minutes took 3.5 hours glad I had nothing to do or kids at home all to tow less than a mile......
They showed up before the estimated arrival time. They actually answered the phone quickly unlike 3 others we called. They are affordable and professional. 10/10 would use them again. Thanks Flat Rate.
Had a lot stuff come up missing out of my vehicle get repaired. I asked if I could look at their cameras and was told that they didn't have any cameras.
After reviewing the surveillance cameras from a neighboring company. Nobody touched my car after it was parked. Until I picked it up.
The employees were very nice and helpful! The owner is very personable and treated me kindly, also they brought me home! I recommend using them if you ever need a tow. Awesome place!
This my 2nd time bringing my car here. The service is great the ppl are even more great. Let's just say they looked out when they didn't have to. I appreciate all the hard work, and I also appreciate you guys dealing with me. I know I was a hand full. Also when they had to get my car the second time, josh didn't even charge me a tow . I explained to him what was going on, and he said " things will get better, don't worry about. I'm a help as much as I can". Tha made me feel s much better. I'll recommend them to everyone.
My Pastor and member of my church refered me.Got my car fixed here. They did an excellent job. Only reason I'm not giving it a five star rating is bc I was told something was bad and I knew it wasn't!! Praise God I know about cars bc I would have paid $450 for something not broken!!!They are reasonable on labor and allowed me to buy my own part!. Overall a 4 st! Definitely recommend

Had tow service set up through my insurance for a flat. Unfortunately something happened to my car during the tow but as soon as I called and explained the issue, they were quick about taking a look at it and accepting responsibility. They had the minor issue fixed the next day, very professional and pleasant guys. Thanks Josh and Jerry!
Richie (our tow driver) was awesome! he answered all ,y question and towed my car to the shop to see if I could get it fixed then that day. we were unable to fix it at that time but we will definitely be going back to get it fixed. Richie then towed my car to my house for no additional charge.

Richie came within 1 hour instead of 75 minutes and got my Jeep placed onto the tow truck within 5-10 minutes. He was fast and very personable! I felt comfortable riding with him during the tow service.
If I could i would give it a zero star, It was horrible customer My husband, Denny wasmund tried to negotiate with Josh the owner to fix a brake line that one of their mechanics broke while on a test drive. They felt that it wasn’t there responsibility to fix so if you take your car there, just know that if they break something they’re gonna try to hold you reliable. It’s very unfortunate, because my husband wrote a good review about them and now we have to take it back just be aware of people. God bless.
They never showed! We waited for over 3 hours and they stated they would be here after several calls and confirming they were on their way. The last time we called was because it had been over an hour; they stated the request was somehow cancelled and they had not even left. We did not cancel and had confirmed, so how is that even possible?! Horrible customer service, no one answers, voicemail is full. Grays towing was here in less than a half hour and we had amazing customer service with Grays towing.
Travis saved the day today! He got to us so quickly and rescued us from a packed parking lot with ease when our car died. He was super friendly, explained everything, and was really knowledgeable. The price for towing was great and we can absolutely see why Flat Rate has the best reviews around. Thank you for the great tow, Travis!

I had a punctured tire that was rubber off the literal rim before I was able to stop safely in a parking lot. Changing a flat is not a big deal. Usually. 2/5 of my lug nuts were frozen, I had a bad feeling about torquing on the 9 year old posts, and it is a hectic holiday shopping day around town. I assumed my next 3 hours would be spent waiting for some stereotype neanderthal from a cartoon, chewing on a cigar, with a greasy backwards hat.
Nope. I was sent some kind of Co-Ed team captain with big manners and a matching smile. Anthony was at my car in ~15 minutes and changed out to my mini-spare in 5 minutes. He was friendly, polite, and I had no doubt he was in command of the situation. 5 Stars without hesitation, and a shortcut in my contact list for any future roadside issues!
Honestly, I'm happy my girlfriend wasn't there. Her staring would have been uncomfortable. LOL

Richie was the most coolest person. He was able to get my vehicle out of a parking lot ... On a flatbed and when he dropped my car off the man finessed that drop and parked my car off the tow truck like I drove it into the spot. The man got skills and pay that man more. I definitely recommend this place especially if you are left in the trusted hands of Rich.
Richie just helped me with a flat tire. He was so nice, called me first to let me know his eta then got there right away and got me fixed up. I'm so very thankful! Flat Rate Towing is an outstanding towing service to work with. I dealt with Adrian who had an exceptional attitude, and conducted himself very professionally while offering an expert level of customer service. Would strongly recommend this service to everyone in my area.
One star is to high of a rating for this company. My vehicle broke down last month. I called roadside assistance and they sent flat rate towing. Waited an hour and a half for them to get to me. I had them tow it home so I could figure out which shop to take it to. Once I decided where it was going I called roadside assistance again and they sent flat rate towing. The driver was very nice. I told him where I wanted it taken to and he convinced me to take it to Flat Rate Towing and Service so I agreed. My Blazer was said to be ready the next day. It needed another part so they said the next day after that for sure it would be done around 10 am. I was cool with that. I told them I had some new door pins and bushings if they could add that to the bill. When I called around 11 am to see if it was done they said No. I left work early. I called again and the guy said it's not done. He was rude, I said can you give me a round about time he said I'll call you when it's done. I said I left work early is it going to be an hour I said what time finally he said 1:30. I get there at 1:30 and my car is blocked in with several other vehicles. Finally when I left the door still wouldn't close right. I called them right back and wouldn't answer the phone. A spring between the hinges fell out as soon as I opened the door. They charged me $65.00 just to put pins in. I take it to another company and they show me that the bushings are in the wrong way. So the door was not fixed the right way. Stay away from these people
They were early, driver was super nice and helpful, and he got it towed to my house in less than 15 minutes. I think his name was Jerry. Super great help for a great price. Will be using if I ever have to again.
Richie came and picked me up in a flat bed, exceptionally professional, very friendly and empathetic. He got me and my car towed to the dealership and within 30 minutes of the call request being made. Great guy, great truck, great service!
Mother in-law's van broke down and had it towed home by Jerry. Jerry was the kindest guy ever. Just so good at what he did and made it so easy in spite of the bad situation.
Couple days later we are ready to get it to the shop and insurance sends Flat Rate out again. We get Bradley. Bradley... same exact service. Super kind, professional, quick. Asked for a number to call the boss he said it wasn't necessary. Wrong... people need to know just how awesome these two guys are!
Called Josh, the owner... same heart and attitude as his crew. We will use them from now on. Amazing company and all their trucks say John 3:16, so that was just icing on the cake. God bless you guys!
Josh was very efficient and kind! Arrived in roughly 30 minutes and had it to the house just before we arrived. It was over an hour drive and was very much appreciated!
He made sure we had a ride on the way before he left with the car and confirmed when the car was dropped off.
Will definitely use their service again!

Best towing service around, the driver was Richie and he was very good at getting me off the highway, and to my house in no time. No damage and flat bed truck,what more could you ask for.
