Very rude workers, first called then got put on hold. Another worker came on and didn't even give me time to answer after they said how can they help me and hung up. Called back and asked my question after they told me what they had they just hung up again. Will not be returning here.

i called up there on saturday im the morning asking if they had the struts for my car and they said they did so i drive up there to go buy it so they can pull them and when i get there they said they don’t know if they have them so a black young man wrote my number down on some paper he printed saying he had to check some tree to see if they had it and if they did they would pull it and call me back up to buy it and pick it up at the same time so i wait till monday for a call since there closed sunday and some lady says they have my part but won’t pull it till i go back down there to pay and wait another day wasting my time and gas completely unprofessional the lady on the phone sounded like she didn’t even know what she was talking about
I really don’t enjoy this place. They always list parts on car-part site that they don’t have, or am told the car was crushed. Such a waste. What doesn’t make sense is how they barely negotiate prices with you when they do have something but are so fast to crush a car with good parts on it still for their measly flat rate scrap price their getting for it. Makes zero sense to me
Crystal you talked with my dad about the transmission and you said you had one with 107,000 miles on it and you sold my dad a transmission that you said he can pay 550 for it because it has 177,000 miles on it he feels like you said one thing and than charged him $650 for the transmission you said would be 550. Now he isn't happy I'm sorry.. he will not be recommending you guys... That's 200 dollars difference.. thanks a whole lot. and crystal I will always remember your name because I always remember the people that screw me .
Very helpful truck part I needed was $114.00 new. Purchased there for $37.00. and was given a warranty. Met Mike just randomly stopping in . Mike work's the part's yard he is very friendly likeable guy, very knowledgeable on part's you may need to know how to remove and install . If you don't find what you're looking for check back in a few days or weeks their inventory is constantly coming in and out.
Waist of time/told part was there got there no part, was told they could order part for $135.00 dollars it would take three days to get.went to US auto parts of Sterling Heights got part for $22.00 DOLLARS.
I was sold the wrong rim to my car. I tried to take it back within a hour of buying it because it was the wrong size. I was told I had to speak to a manager to receive a refund but they wasn’t in. So I called back again and again over a couple days. After about three days of calling the guy told me the manager was finally in but refused to let me speak to her. He told me he talked to the managers and she said they weren’t going to give me a refund. So I returned the item for store credit so I wouldn’t just loose my money. The guy gave me credit for the amount I paid before taxes and not my total. They are a scam and a ripoff. I have never made a return or exchange and only received credit for the amount before taxes not the total amount. After I use my credit I will not be doing business with them again.
They literally charge more than any junk yard around if you don’t believe me call u-pull auto supply or u.s auto supply and if u need somewhere closer try j&s auto salvage or d&w auto parts I GUARANTEE EVERY PLACE I JUST NAME IS SIGNIFICANTLY MORE CHEAPER … if you don’t believe me get there prices then call and get other prices this will always be my never option junk yard
Yesterday I called them they said they had my part I had to come all the way out there for them to remove it and pay first so I did I weighed about 3 hours for them to remove the part totally realize it's 5:00 now and they close at 6:00 I was told to come back tomorrow they didn't have enough time now so moving on tomorrow comes. I call back up there in the morning to see if it is ready they told me oh they ordered my part I can pick it up Monday no I paid them with cash because they said they had my part I proceeded to ask for a refund being told I could pick a check up Monday regardless of if it was a part or a check either way it would be Monday I could be serviced I don't even understand why they had me drive from Pontiac out there to participate in anything if they never had my part to begin with I am still waiting for Monday to arrive so I can receive a check as a refund good luck for those of you shopping here this was the most unprofessional place..
Very helpful as always the past 20yrs. I use to go in and pickup parts with my buddy Dennis that passed in 2013 and haven't been back much since, but I really like the times I have came in there to help and get whats needed. They didn't have my battery today, but will still refer others to RPM for parts and tires
I’ve been in contact with RPM auto sales a savage charge for the last week due to my car being on an accident and I’m trying to get out of the pieces. This is the first time that I am working on my own vehicle so I thought it was a great idea to get my parts from a savage yard bad idea so check it yesterday. We waited 2 1/2 hours in times of lobby after I pay for my parts I was told to wait And they will get back with me with no expectation of time of when parts So then I leave and did they call several hours later saying that my purse was available well fortunately I could not pick up my parts that day so I waited the next day to go and get my parts after getting there to the establishment being told that the parts they don’t know where there are, they don’t really know what’s going on and everyone’s walking around and looking stupid so at this point, I’m really frustrated and really not understanding what’s going on and how to draw lose my parts to the point that they can’t even find my old parts so then they made me come out of another $50 so $200 that I spent at this establishment is not OK on a radiator and a alternator like that is not OK and then come to find out the parts that they gave is wrong so I have parts that I have no money I have parts I can’t use and they’re all the way in Flint, Michigan and of course I am in Saginaw Michigan so how inconvenient are those the business Better Business Bureau need to be aware of this business and take action to shut them down Also Governor Whitmore needs to be aware of this business on how they’re operating and needs to be shut down also the attorney Michigan Attorney General‘s office need to be aware of this situation and also this business need to be shut down. I demand a full refund and all of my returners fees returned as well with my original parts returned. I will be seeing y’all in court.
My experience with Dee was great with RPM great customer service even carried my items to the car for me with no problem I recommend Rpm and more employees like Dee

I bought 4 brand new tires here and they beat discount tire prices. I had to wait for them to get put on but otherwise they checked out pretty good. I usually pay 600-700 at discount tire so 420 out the door.
I got a Good price in a very expensive part.
Don't be afraid to haggle. Don't be afraid to offer to take your parts off yourself.
The staff are average Joe's with jobs, be respectful They're not only respectful but extremely helpful and willing to work with you.

My 1st time making a major purchase from here, I purchased a headlight rack(brand new) for $75 a piece! But, get this my dad told me I didn't need the whole kit, just change the lightbulbs!!! What the Hell Now, I'm out of $150 dollars & have 2 new headlights in unopened box! My mechanics said, I needed it....I was duped Now, I'm trying to sell them...
