Looking for car parts. You basically have to look for the parts yourself. The workers may or may not look for anything if it's not in the computer. However, everything is not listed in the computer either. They need to pay people for finding their own parts.
Had a great experience at this yard. I live about three hours away and they had the specific color parts I needed for my truck. They were luckily able to pull them off the vehicle while I waited saving me another trip. Prices were very reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend!
Rude place a bunch of scammers they sold me what was supposed to be a windshield with a "SCRATCH" tried to take it to get it put in at a glass shop they couldn't do it because it wasn't a SCRATCH BUT INDEED A CRACK tried to take it back they blamed me for it mind you they gave me a free fogg light for what they said was a scratch told me exactly where the crack was when I got it then played like they never saw that crack before. make sure if you buy anything from them and they say its a "minor" or a "little scratch "take pictures because it's them against you they are gonna back their own before they give you any amount of money back they won't care dirty place with dirty people running it.
Workers were helpful and nice! Junk yard was clean and orderly. A worker drove me back to the parts car to make sure car parts were of satisfaction before buying. Will use again in the future!
walked in 10 min before they closed and customer service was excellent , was quick and got me exactly what I needed in the price range I needed , Didn’t give me any trouble like the places I went to before coming here.
Complete towed my car when I hit a deer and totaled my car. Their mechanic helped me remove some of my after market parts from my car before it was taken away to salvage. Very knowledgeable and great service!
Don’t do business with them drove a hour for rear bumper and it was all scratched up and down it he wanted $100 for it. It wasn’t worth 25. I call them and did say anything about all the damage
Called this morning for a side view mirror. Was told they don't ship parts. Never heard of a salvage yard not shipping parts. You replied talking about blind shipping, I was calling to order the part for my business, shipped to my business, paid with my business card with the same address as the shipping address. Even told you the name of my business, but you proceeded to be rude and hang up on me. Great customer service

Our company purchased an engine for a Jeep at his place. Our company (a licensed installer) installed the engine and immediately it was knocking giving us problems. We called Complete Auto and they stated they did not have another one, but they would give us our my money back. We send a driver all the way there (30 miles away) and they refused to give our my money back because they stated that it wasn't the engine that they sold us. We have no reason to lie, We don't enjoy putting engines in and out for fun or telling our customers excuses. We even told the owner that we had surveillance footage showing that this was the engine that they delivered to use and the one we used. He still wasn't going to help and it wasn't his problem. There goes $800 down the drain, waisting days of our time and an upset customer due to the delay they caused. This company will tell you what you want to here and give you horrible results. You are rolling dice buying from this company.
Called for a wheel bearing. They said they had it. Drove there across town and paid. They said they still had to pull it and it would be an hour. Ok that's fine. Waited around the area for an hour and went back in. They didn't know where it was and came back 20 mins later and said we have to pull another one off and couldn't give me a time just sometime this afternoon. Very rude guys there. Got my money back and left. Very laxidasical and horrible customer service. Go somewhere else!

I had no brake lights and the part I needed was discontinued. I was told to go see Dale and he was absolutely amazing and so were the rest of the guys! I will definitely come back here again and tell everyone I know to come here. Thank you guys for saving the day
TERRIBLE! We bought an engine from them and they sold us the wrong engine. After the local guy put it in for us the car didn't run right. We took it to another shop and they couldn't figure it out so we took it to the dealer. They determined it was the wrong engine. This process took over two months and over $2,000 out of pocket on our part. When I called they refused to make it right because the 30 day warranty had expired. Then I was told they have the right engine in stock but it would cost more than the engine we previously purchased. No thank you! I wouldn't take a lug nut from you for free! TERRIBLE PLACE!

If i could rate less then 1 star I would!!! We got here right at 8am needed a starter for an Aztec straight up 10 minute job.. I understand there were 2 people ahead of us. But when staff are standing around gossiping and going in and out to a snap on truck and when I say something about it a guy named Larry at the counter was cocky and rude.. here we are an hour and half later still no part.. ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER.. will never come back!! RPM is better!! And that's sad!! Steve was great at the end he deserves a raise..
The lady who answers the phone and works the desk for in person customers provides professional and courteous service. The guy who took us back to see our wrecked car (I think his name was Randy) was very friendly and helpful. The tow truck driver was polite to my son when he initially got in the wreck and they hauled it away. I hope I don't need them in future but would not hesitate to call if necessary.
