Genuine car guys that are incredibly knowledgeable. You can't get this level of service from just anyone in town. Most places just want to sell you everything they have, or even argue with you on what vehicle you own, whereas the guys down at Car Quest are great with answering questions, with proper answers!

The guys working at the store have been there for years, maybe even decades. Always can get you the parts you need. Very helpful and know what information about the parts without googling it.

Carquest in Grand Ledge has been my to-go auto parts store for many, many years. The staff really know their stuff and will spend the necessary time to help you out. Grand Ledge has so many auto parts store but Carquest is the one.

Called 4 places, no one had my spark plug. Needed 6, they had 8. Everytime I call when my local big chains don't, I always drive the 24 miles round trip. And they are nice and knowledgeable on top of it. Like the Ron Swansons' of car parts.

Great place, real deal car guys. They can find parts without make and model! Also hard to find in store auto fasteners body/interior etc. and make hydraulic hose for you.

Was disappointed that they do not honor the advance auto parts account pricing. I had drive down to the actual advanced store. The store itself seem to be good other than that.

Service is outstanding. I was made to feel as if they were happy to help me find what I needed to get my truck running smoothly again.

They came through on some outboard plugs when no one else had them. Later I bought loaded calipers here for less than anyone else local or online. A car repair pro buddy of mine buys hub and bearing assy's here for less than anywhere else. If you do a lot of work on cars, it might be worth moving to Grand Ledge just to be close to this store.
