This is a very clean and well managed store. I have visited several times as of late and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I would recommend this establishment if you are looking for prompt and helpful service. Found in the cute little town of Eaton Rapids this place could blend in and does so easy to miss if you are not paying close attention.
They refused to let me have the box my starter came in. Claimed they couldn't return the core with out it. They lost a customer over a box when the should have tags that they put on core returns with the info needed. What would they have done if I had taken the starter and did not have the core with me at that time I would have left with the box brought the quarter back in without a box and they still wouldn't have had a box. And the woman's attitude was horrible. This was at the Eaton Rapids location.
Guy at cash register was rude and don't know how to do his job so I will have to make 2 trips into town to return a core wont do business with them again
The only place to go to these guys are good and friendly ! If its after there hours i will wait tell they are open i will not go to the other parts store in eaton rapids !
Have only visited once previously. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Store was clean, if somewhat laconic, but that's to be expected. Prices seemed high compared to other parts suppliers, however.
