I had a flat tire and they were extremely busy but were able to squeeze me in. While waiting the owner of the shop came and checked in on me. They were all very kind and helpful. I recommend to anyone that needs a tow!

Davis went above and beyond to help my daughter who blew a tire out of town in the freezing cold. He was so kind. He checked back in with me to let me know she was taken care of and at the tire place. Best service ever!

I purchased a farm truck from Mike at Davis Auto. He answered all of my questions honestly and couldn’t have been more clear about the condition of the vehicle. He explained his business model to me and I love that he can help in a lot of different ways. Buying, selling, towing, repairs, paint shop, honestly has just about everything! Even two very cute dogs. If I’m looking for a farm truck or something cheap I’m coming here, if I need a tow I’m calling Mike. They will get the job done.

The tow truck drivers who helped me on Saturday evening, 9/20/25, during and after my accident, were amazing. They helped me get my personal items from my vehicle after I left the hospital around 11pm. Instead of making me come back on Monday morning. The compassion and caring they showed is much appreciated. I highly recommend Davis’s towing services. I hope I never need tow service. But if I do, I will definitely call Davis.

Overly fantastic and a half. Came out and helped me when I ignorantly put myself in an avoidable situation. Let alone he didn't laugh at my stupid self but he taught me something new too. Keep open eyes and ears and you just might learn something. You definitely don't receive that sort of service anymore, and when you do you make sure to keep that person around.

Shout out to Mike and all the guys at Davis Auto Mart. I was recently in a motorcycle accident that left me in rough shape. Mike walked me through all the details concerning my insurance and what to do. They towed my bike and placed it in storage. My basic insurance did not cover these things. I was able to work out an agreement that lead to no out of pocket expense. I have a long recovery ahead and I am so glad there are honest caring people still around. Thanks for everything.

I was in need of a repair and Bruce aka Moose took care of me I recommend this place for your repair if you're looking for transparency and honesty which is hard to find in 2025 come here they also tow vehicles if you're in a jam and don't have Triple AAA services call them. I wish I could give 10 stars but I'm grateful and appreciative of their service this isn't a bot or Ai post this an actual customer who receive service from them

I was in an accident recently and Davis towed my vehicle. It was exceptional service, very professional, and they were quick on the scene and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend them for those looking for a towing service in the area.

These guys are awesome! I accidentally locked my keys in my car (again) and didn't have a spare, but these guys showed up right away and got the job done in no time. Very nice and professional!

Do not go to Davis towing!! My son and his girlfriend got in an accident literally right by Davis towing. They wanted to charge them 200 dollars, and the other car involved 200 dollars a piece to tow their vehicles…on the SAME flatbed. Ours was going less than 5 minutes away. We called DURATECH in potterville, and they didn’t have a driver. So the owner came and only charged us 80 bucks. Do better, Davis!!!

Last night, on my way home from being out of state, I was in an accident on I-95 West when a semi tire blew and came in the fast lane I was in and ended up running it over from not seeing it from it raining and being dark out along with other factors. Once I called my insurance, they were trying to get a tow truck to come tow my car and get my kids and I to safety. Thankfully, this amazing company was able to help with getting my car towed where it needed to last night, and the guy who I spoke with about my accident last night on August 12th was so helpful with reassuring me that my car was going to get taken care of and that I did everything right in my situation. No other tow trucks were able to help me in my situation and out of the kindness of the man who was working last night took it upon himself to go out of his way to get everything taken care of. I even called around 2am to ask if it was towed off the expressway, and he answered right away and told me it was, and everything was taken care of! I am super thankful to have kind people in this world and a genuine company watching out for people and doing what they did for not only myself but for my children as well! We are from out of town, and our van broke down two hours from our destination and Davis Came out quick to tow and fixed our van within two days to get us back on the road! They have been a blessing And thankful that they were the ones to help us! Everyone was so friendly.

My son and I hit a deer on the way home from Pontiac on a Sunday and Davis was on the scene in 30 minutes. We live about an hour away and needed to get some items out of the vehicle and so I called. Mike was absolutely awesome and agreed to meet us at the shop without hesitation. They even helped us try and transfer some fuel out of the tank because we had just filled up right before the accident! In the age of bots and AI agents it was a massive relief to talk to a person and for them to show some humanity. Thanks, Mike and Davis Auto!

I broke down with my children in Charlotte at Speedway gas station pump. My SUV wouldn't start and I was 75 minutes away from home. We called Davis Auto Mark Towing and Repair to help. We were able to move it away from the pumps and find a ride home while Davis Towing tried to figure out what the trouble was. They were able to get the SUV running, which saved us an expensive tow bill. Not only did they get our SUV running, but also did a once over review of the battery, alternator, engine codes, etc. and gave us advice on what to tell the repair shop once we drove back home. Not only did Davis Auto Mart Towing & Repair save us money, but they provided peace of mind to me and the kids. THANK YOU! Highly recommend this company for honesty, kindness, and caring that goes above and beyond other companies.

Called this morning to see if they could repair the tire on our dually truck. While he wasn’t able to help us, he gave suggestions of who to call and which one of those companies we’re most likely to be able to help us today. I had my car towed through Davis with just a flat tire, they hooked it up with no problems to my knowledge but when they went to drop it off at the destination I provided, they bent my radiator, cracked the very front of the bumper, and cracked the left side of the front bumper. I went to them and showed them the damages and told them that they need to pay for the damages and they told me they’re not paying for anything because the car “looked like that when they picked it up“ I called my insurance company and they had Davis pay the damages. I have the pictures listed below. I also see they’ve deleted many many bad reviews. Do NOT use Davis Towing

Following a serious accident involving my vehicle, Mike and the team from Davis Auto Mart Towing and Repair were absolutely amazing to work with. From the minute they arrived on scene the entire team was professional, kind and compassionate, and extremely helpful. They turned a bad event into a positive experience and I could not be more thankful for the care and respect they provided to my family.

I was stranded in a ditch when another truck slammed into the side of my truck totalling it out. It was a pretty overwhelming set of events but Davis auto arrived fast making the situation less stressful, my driver Devon was very professional and kind, he helped me remain calm throughout the whole process. Once I arrived back at their shop Mike the owner was extremely thoughtful providing me with drinks and he was very helpful with explaining the insurance coverage. I am beyond satisfied with Davis Auto Mart and highly recommend their services for anyone in need!!!

We called Davis auto after breaking down on the freeway. We were on our way home from Battle Creek. Out of town, Sunday Night, it was cold out too. Mike answered the phone and immediately I could tell- This guy really cares! He took his time exploring what’s wrong with my truck over the phone. I wasn’t sure if I should tow it all the way home which was an hour and a half away or trust a local mechanic. Again, it was evident- this is a guy you can trust. I agreed, taking it to a local shop for inspection was the right thing to do. Ragnar, the tow truck driver, he showed up within 10 minutes. I couldn’t believe how fast he got there. This guy is a professional! My front wheels were locked up. He was able to maneuver the truck up on the wrecker with no problem. Thank you so much Davis Auto!!! Thanks Ragnar, thanks Mike! I waited over a hour for a simple service. I needed to get my door unlocked and called Davis towing. Google maps estimated 25 minute drive from my location. I called 3 times within the initial phone call I made asking the estimated time of arrival. After a hour of waiting, I called another tow company and within 5 minutes he was there and willing to help. Davis didn’t even take my phone number or the type of car I had on the initial phone call and didn’t even quote me on a price. Once Davis realized that I called another toe company and they got there faster, he offered to give me a free service. Although that’s nice, I would rather pay $50 for someone that got there in a timely manner and had good communication. 1000% recommend swift towing, don’t recommend at all this tow company.

Jacob and mike, Got us a great tire and didnt even need a tow. Great service and best customer service. Had us back up and running in 40 mins out of town last minute on a friday evening. Amazing
