We got a flat tire on our RV while driving on 75 just outside of Grayling after 6PM on a weekday. We called AuSable Towing and Steve sent one of his guys to meet us at his shop. We had a spare ready to go that just needed to be swapped out. They were friendly and efficient and had us back on the road to vacation 20 minutes later.
During a recent camping trip to northern Michigan we had a breakdown with our truck due to a chewed fuel line. We called AuSable Towing at the recommendation of Matt LaFontaine Chevrolet. The driver, Will, arrived in about 20 minutes. He was very polite and professional, got the truck loaded and got it to the dealership quickly. Thank you to all involved for helping to get our vacation back on track.
Au Sable Towing is great! I was stranded while on a trip and Au Sable came to the rescue. Jordan was super professional and took plenty of care loading and unloading my vehicle.
Was in an accident, taken away in a ambulance. Didn't know where my vehicle was until I called, only to find out to get my vehicle I had to pay 4 fee's that were not a little amount. Service was great

AuSable Towing came out to change our Motorhome tire blowout on 4 mile rd and I75. The service was excellent. They actually had a used tire so we could continue our journey. I would suggest AuSable towing to my friends if needed. Thank you

I am so glad that I called Au Sable Towing to help get out of some snow/ice situation at my cabin. The dispatcher was super nice and immediately said they had someone to help. I was lucky enough to be helped by Will, of the other great Google reviews. ? He arrived quickly and knew exactly what to do to get me unstuck. He was kind and even though my cabin was a little hard to get to, super patient. He also gave me great advice about future snow driving. The whole experience was smooth and fast. They were very helpful fixed my tire politely even tho it was not a simple tire change stripped lugs guys didn't even complain and only charged the quoted rate instead of increasing due to problem which would have been totally understandable good people got me back on the rd as soon as they could
Not exactly the brightest moment in my life, but I decided to go down a two track in my Chevy volt, and things got real, super quick lol. I got stuck in sand up to the frame, dug myself deeper trying to get out. Called ausable towing, and prepared to wait hours for the tow truck to show, to my surprise, they were there within 15-20 minutes! I was nervous as my car is electric/hybrid but Will knew exactly what he was doing. Will was also super respectful and careful with my car and had it out of the sand trap and me on my way a lot faster than I ever would’ve imagined. He followed me out of the two track to make sure I didn’t get stuck again too! I was expecting some outrageous bill but it wasn’t that bad. I went home and made a promise to myself “no more two tracking in the volt!” - That was enough excitement for the day, lol
You can’t tell in the picture but my passenger wheel was dangling in the air, it was pretty stuck!
If I didn’t have bad luck, I wouldn’t have any luck at all, but today I had really GOOD luck with AuSable towing! Highly recommended 10/10. Thank you Will!!
Had a situation that needed their attention. By the time the situation was over I called back stating their service was not required anymore. At that time the recovery vehicle showed. I asked the driver if I owed them for coming out. Very friendly and curtious to me.
If I were in need again I am calling AuSable Towing. Thanks for all you do.

Hands down the best place if you are in need of a tow service. The owner is more than fair and just a great individual. He was accommodating and went out of his way to Make sure we were safe. Very Fast, Very Friendly and Very professional! They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Kept me updated during the short waiting period. He was able to accommodate my classic Mini with no problem. I'm glad we broke down in their area. Highly recommended!
These guy keep deleting my review because they try to charge me $800 to pull me out of a rtv trail last winter and it was not even a quarter mile I try to get them to drop price but they left me hanging so I call some friend and we push my car out save me big time I would’ve pay them if it was only a few hundred bucks but freaking $800 is a rip off don’t waste your time calling them and oh yea if they try to delete my review again I will keep reposting
Our boat trailer blew a bearing on a busy travel weekend and they had a flatbed out to us in under 30 mins (we were at least 15 minutes from their location, so that's real fast). The driver also had a place ready to recommend for repairs, which was very helpful since we were 3+ hours from home and fairly unfamiliar with the area.
We called these guys as they're local. Big mistake! The wrecker driver was extremely irritated to even do his job. We tried to use a debit card and was told the charge to use a debit or credit card is %5 your bill. That's crazy! There's many choices for the same services in our county. From a local...don't eveven call this business for help.
