Great service. We broke down on 127 near Houghton Lake. Caleb was on the road immediately, towed us to the nearest repair shop, and went above and beyond to help us. Great guy, loves what he does, highly recommend.
Gave us a jump, guy took off, we drove car few feet, broke down again, called, and they wanted to charge twice as much as fox's towing, fox told me they wouldn't of charged for the jump! Not awesome all they care about is the money, not the people.
Today unfortunately, was the second time I needed a tow from Auto Solutions. They were here very fast. Today especially the gentleman was very kind and calmed my rattled nerves. Thank you once again to a wonderful company that I can rely on. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
I was stuck in a ditch and stressed out, but this tow truck driver Dakota showed up fast and handled everything like a pro. He was calm, respectful, and clearly experienced. Got my vehicle out without any damage. Can’t thank him enough, definitely recommend him. This guy had to put up with me being upset and wound up and he was extremely kind to me. Thank god for him. God bless you Dakota and thank you for your service and dedication. We need more people like you!
Andy absolutely saved my families Christmas. We were traveling from North Carolina to northern MI to visit Grandma for the holidays, a trip we make every year. Two days into traveling and 1 1/2 hours away from our destination, the car decides it has other plans. The dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and the car shut down. Everyone’s first thought was great, we are in the middle of no where with no heat (in Michigan in December mind you) who knows how long we will be stuck here. Dad calls and Andy was on the scene in 10 minutes, no joke. Not only was he punctual, Andy was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. When we had to unload our trailer hitch to make room for the lift, when he had to swap his truck around entirely because the car was not a 4 wheel drive, and again when it turns out it was(our fault lol). He made space for us in his truck and took us and the car the 90 miles to Grandmas. Even answered all of my dad’s questions with no hesitation (my dad’s a talker haha). Thank you Andy for saving both our Christmas and our sanity!
I am so very thankful for your driver, Tom, I believe. He rescued me from Mt Pleasant and took me to my Cedar Springs residence after my brake caliper broke. Great service. Great conversation in the hour plus ride back home. I appreciate everything!
This company is a joke. Charged my gf friend $2100 to tow a car 16 miles then said 400 plus the title and he would call it even !. Said it's based off insurance.that's taking advantage of people and raising insurance rates 100% recommend Reed city towing . they told me that bill with the 2 days storage would have only been $260 through them !only one star because google doesn't let you post 0
This week an older family member was in an accident and his car was towed. I stopped into the Farwell location of Auto Solutions; as this is where the Sheriff's office said the car was towed to; the car wasn't there but the young lady at the desk looked up the information and directed me to Mike at the Harrison location. I spoke with Mike and arranged a time to go get belongings out of the car. Mike was professional, kind and more than fair with the bill. I was met at the yard by Dakota who was extremely kind and helpful. These individuals are truly committed to good customer service! I will be calling these guys first for any towing needs.
Lynn was nothing short of phenomenal. We were in a really difficult situation and he went above and beyond to make sure my car got where it needed to go, including helping us figure out what the best spot would be. He helped to get us to a safe location and took so much stress out of what was a stressful situation. Thank you so much for your help and support through this! We really appreciate you guys!
I got a flat at 12am on memorial weekend and Dakota was awesome! Came out with no complaints, super friendly (even though he was hanging with friends or family around a bonfire, he still attended us no hesitation). Super friendly people that want to help at a great price!
I got a flat last night and just so happened to be right next to one of their facilities. I called the number on the sign and was put into contact with Hunter. Hunter was super polite and helpful, working with the powers that be and they allowed me to leave my car in the parking lot for the night free of charge. These seem like honest hardworking people, especially Hunter! Thank you guys so much for making a bad day much easier, I really do appreciate it!
My bus started shaking real bad so I was going slow finding a spot to pull over and there was an auto solutions driver right behind me, so he pulled into parking lot right behind me to check on me. Andy then lifted my bus up and tightened my lug nuts back up and had me back on the road in a matter of 5 minutes. He went above and beyond as he seen someone and helped without being asked! Truly appreciated his efforts! Thanks again Andy!
Excellent customer service and employee!! Dakota was awesome and went out of his way to stop for us after our back tire wall completely blew out en route to an important event. He was timely and we were blessed to have him stop and help speed up the process. Very knowledgeable and quick to help change the rear tire with professional equipment! Thanks again Dakota! Todd provided exceptional service for me today, when my truck broke down on US10. He was very knowledgeable and kept cool when the dolly he was using to tow me had an unexpected tire blow out. He worked very hard to resolve the situation and he safely delivered me and my truck to my house. I truly appreciate his assistance and professionalism!
Andy was AMAZING.We had a flat tire and were stuck almost an hour away from home with our dog, he went out of his way to make sure we could get us and our car home safely. He was friendly and super quick, and again, so so helpful. Will definitely request Andy if were able to next time
We had run out of gas (<==don't ask! :) and coasted into the Good Samaritan Put-Put. Well, turned out that was the perfect place to get stranded. A call to USAA and they said between an hour and an hour and a half to get us gas. Well, Hunter came with his tow truck and 2 gallons of gas within 30 minutes. He was very nice and even cycled the fuel pump to make sure We got it started. Made the stop actually enjoyable. Thanks Hunter and Auto Solutions (and USAA) ?
We had great driver (Lynn) he helped us in a very dangerous area on highway, he kept us safe while at the same time assisted in getting our trailer wheel and bearings back on the hub so we could drive it off the road. Also helped us find a place to leave it until it could be taken to a repair shop. Lynn is a very good mechanic, but only advised me in repair when I needed it, helped where I asked for it, it was a pleasure to have someone that knows his stuff while letting the customer also do what they can. Thank you Lynn from Harrison, Mi you are a great guy to have around when needed, thanks for your help and keeping us safe. Ten thumbs up. You earned your keep for sure. You deserve a big raise. Lynn from Auto Solutions arrived quickly, was extremely pleasant, changed my horse trailer tire and even made sure I could safely get back into the flow of traffic by shifting traffic to let me merge. Wonderful experience. I’m so grateful for the help today!
My husband broke down 3hrs from home (around 5:30pm). He contacted Auto Solutions for a tow. The driver contacted my husband to let him know when to expect him. The communication was great. Lyn was the driver. He dropped the truck & boat off & then suggested a hotel for my husband for the night. He took him to a nearby hotel & dropped him off. Andy Heeg was AMAZING! I literally drove off the end of road that had no warning it ended and no stop sign, at 1am, 3 days after having a baby. He was there incredibly fast and had me out in minutes. Super calm, helpful and so kind. Highly recommended
My husband and I along with our 4 kids broke down on the freeway at the start of our vacation headed north. It was late afternoon on a Saturday and we were hitting dead end after dead end. Andy not only safely got all of us off the freeway but he so kindly took me and my children to a hotel before towing our truck and my husband to a repair shop. He was so kind with an extremely quick response. His truck was clean and very well cared for. I'm so thankful for Andy and his family for putting off their plans to squeeze in our tow. I definitely recommend Andy! He was a true professional who went above and beyond! So grateful!

Really appreciated all of Dakotas help this morning! My pup was excited to take me to work this morning & accidentally locked himself in the car. We tried for awhile to get the lock to budge but it wasn’t happening for us. Dakota came in less than 20 minutes and even called to ask how my pup was doing while stuck in the car. Hopefully we don’t have to call back but if we do I hope they send him again!
Lynn was our wrecker driver today. He took his time and was meticulous in how he loaded and unloaded our 1976 Corvette. He was polite and helpful throughout.

My driver was "Hunter" and five stars are not enough! In an hour and a half Hunter restored my faith in millennials.
Wow! Just wow! My alternator quit on me while I was a bit too far to push my truck home. My roadside assistance company called Auto Solutions to the rescue. Not only did the service provider let me know their ETA, the actual wrecker driver called and let me know what he was doing and when he was done and on his way to tow my truck home for me.
Boy oh boy, as he pulled up, on went his emergency safety lights that were atop this absolutely beautiful lime green flatbed tow truck, I mean this truck with the lights on looked like it came right from a Tow Truck show.
The operater of the wrecker was very professional and very efficient. He had the wench pulling my truck up the bed of his truck in no time. Had it secured and on the way home fast enough to pull up to my house in less than five minutes from me getting to the house.
After he was done I had to tell him how much I appreciated him. You see, when he was getting ready to hook my truck up, I knew he was experienced by the way he slid those J-hooks under the front of my truck.
He engaged in a conversation with me about the truck, the company, and all of the services that are available from Auto Solutions at there 4 locations. He represented the company very well and is passionate about what he does, a great guy.
