Took a wrong turn onto a sandy trail and got stuck in the woods. These folks know what they are doing and are reasonably priced! They found me and got me out in no time!

I was stuck on m-28 and no one could come help me. None of the tow places within even an hour would come but he not only came but picked up me an my partner brought us to the car took literally 5 minutes to pop our donut on an followed us back to where our campsite is to make sure we’re all right. If he had an ice cream fund I’d Zelle him the next ice cream on me cause he literally saved me. Thank you so much!

We had to call R & R Towi g because we got stuck in a bunch of snow. We called and they were there within minutes to get us out and on our way again. Thanks for the speedy response.

Robert came out after hours of fighting with AAA because my keys were locked in my car, it was very late almost 1 in the morning and when he got here he was so kind about the situation and even stayed around to make sure my car started and didn’t go into any type of security mode 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling in the area and needs assistance!

Robert and Ruth responded to our 911 call due to getting our vehicle stuck on a culvert in the Hiawatha National Forest. Attentive, personable and lighthearted, it was evident they are an efficient team working together to resolve the issue. Knowing many get stuck on the National Forest roads in much more complicated situations was informative as well as a reminder to be proactive, know your vehicles limits, and the best advice Ruth gave: Call 911. They have access to the local resources to get the help you need. Thank you again!

Professional, hard-working team! We didn't have cell service to call for help when my Jeep tire went flat from a very large bolt in the road. (In my defense, it WAS the same color as the road! ?) The spare tire was flat from a corroded valve stem. What to do in the middle of no-where! Then, out of that nowhere, R&R drove by, turned around and went above-n-beyond to help swap tires and rims to get us back on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you for all you do and your invaluable community service(s)!

We are from Northern Indiana on a short vacation near Newberry, MI. We were about 38 miles out and our battery and alternator went on our truck. We called and within an hour they were there to help us and get us to the auto part store. Being on vacation and having problems is stressful enough buy thanks to the owners we got back on the road. Their price was reasonable and they were super nice. I will keep them in mind whenever we venture back up here for a visit.

This Company saved my vacation! I was in the middle of state land backroads with my truck when my tire went flat on a Sunday morning. With vague description of where I was, ( Since I only had 1 bar of service and most of the two tracks were not listed on the map) they were able to find me within 60 minutes and get me back rolling! My spare tire was in need of a couple different minor repairs as it was old, rusty and almost flat, Rob was able to get it to work for me and I made it home thank goodness! Take down their number before you go to the rural UP next trip! Their business card could literally save your life! Write their number down before a UP adventure! Thanks again yall! I owe yall at least a couple beers next time I am up there!!

My friend, dog, and I were stranded on the side of the road in Paradise, Mi in the winter. The batter had died and we didn’t have cell service. R&R towing happened to drive passed us and stopped to check if we were okay. They spent 15 minutes giving us a jump and diagnosing a bad alternator. Knowing we had a long drive down to the lower peninsula, they followed us as far as the could (maybe 20 miles) and gave us another jump to get us back. They were unbelievably kind and helpful. I’m very thankful for everything and highly recommend to call if you’re in the area and need rode side assistance! ?

Honestly the sweetest, most compassionate people I’ve ever met. We did not call them, however, they saw that my friend and I were stranded when my truck broke down and pulled over to check on us. Not only did they jump my car, they followed me to give us another jump before driving further to ensure we would make it to St. Ignace. They even took the time to look up a shop open for us to get a radiator and make it home safe. These two are saints and saved us from freezing in the middle of the UP. Thank you so much for everything!!

Thank God for R&R Towing! My wife, baby, dog, and I were stranded in Eckerman with no heat in the dead of winter. Robert & his wife went above and beyond what you’d expect from a tow service; they went more than the extra mile for us to ensure we’d get back to St. Ignace safely and responsibly, covid protocols and all, and all for a very fair price. The kind of folks that restore and/or reaffirm your faith in humanity. Nobody was happier for a lift than baby Warren!

My family and I got stuck out in the middle of no where - no service, except emergency. The dispatch was able to send the lovely people of R&R Towing to our rescue. They are professional, and helped put us completely at ease. They even led us out of the area where we got stuck since we are not familiar with the area. While we hope we don't have to call them again, we at least know they are there to find and help us, ASAP if it ever happens again!

Had a flat outside of Hulbert. Waited on AAA for over 6 hrs. R & R saw us on the side of the road and came in clutch with a spare tire for us to get back to Newberry to get a real tire! Thanks!

Picture it...a remote area of the U.P. and you discover you keys are locked in your car. After a failed attempt to get AAA to respond, this business was referred to us by a kind lady working the counter at the boat tour we were at. They came out in about 20 minutes (after we waited an hour and a half for AAA) and in no time we were in the car and on our way. I cannot thank them enough. I highly, highly recommend R & R enterprises! Thank you again!

Excellent service! Our keys were locked in the car in Paradise, MI and R&R arrived within 20 minutes, were professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. This saved us from waiting hours and hours for roadside assistance. We highly recommend this company!

So I just want to give a huge shout out to this company and these people.... I always take my kids to see something different every year I come to St. Ignace so this year we went to Paradise, MI and Whitefish point about 70 miles from our campsite it was beautiful and awesome. As we started back towards our tent the truck stalled out and we ended up on the side of the road... just me, a ten year old, a six year old, and a five month old baby. I checked all my fluids and gages I flagged down a couple in a van and and we tried jumping it in case it was low voltage. We figure out while on the phone with my mechanic 300 miles away it’s not getting gas... so that couple leaves as we’re starting to think it’s the fuel pump. I’m sitting there feeling pretty defeated, hopeless, and stranded. There’s a storm rolling in we’re about to get rained on.... so I start to call tow companies theirs out of Hulbert which is 30 miles from where I was too I get on the phone start telling him where I am and where I need to go he says “the blue truck with the kayaks on top” he had literally just seen me and was already going to come back and check on us ? he tried putting gas in it, then directly in the carburetor, didn’t fire, not the fuel pump... so then he took out my fuses for my ECM and wiped them off put them back in and it fired!!! Such amazing hearts and souls out here still and even in the most obscure of locations! Saved my family and got us back to where we needed to be!

We were on our way to Newberry and got a flat tire about two minutes later Rob and Ruth pulled up behind us asked if we needed help he then got out grab his Jack and his tools and before I could even say thank you had my tire changed turn the bad experience into a pleasant one very very helpful thank you so much

Best rate you'll find for your emergency vehicle needs. They do just about everything. Road side tire changes, lock outa, tows. Even if you just need scrap vehicles removed from your yard.

Ruth and Robert were so kind to us when we hit a deer today!!! They were very responsive and quick to tow the car! Thankful for a lovely car ride with some new friends ❤️
