Excellent service where they actually went above and beyond to get me back on the road in a very difficult situation. Even with how busy they are and on a weekend, they still gave me excellent service even driving to a dealership for a part for my truck on a weekend!

The tow truck driver showed up quickly, was very down to earth, and he was even willing to give me a ride home on the way to get my truck in the shop after my tire blew last night. At $165/tow, it was an overall decent experience, despite the circumstances. Everyone I've spoken to has been very helpful, I definitely recommend choosing these guys over the rest of the local competition.
Tow driver was rude and refused to offer ride. Left me stranded in the middle of nowhere hours away from home in the middle of night as a young single female.
A great team! I'd give ten stars if I could. They towed our car to the shop and got it fixed for us while we waited (on the ski slopes). We immediately jumped in and drove it 500 flawless miles home. Can't thank you enough for your quality service and for squeezing us in to your very busy day.

Our car’s starter went in the Family Fare in Boyne City and Kevin immediately came to rescue us. Him and his wife Lexi even helped us take off our kayaks and drove them (and us) back to our campsite. On top of that, they were able to squeeze us in and fix our car by the next day! They are overall fantastic people and a great company.
