These people went above and beyond. Wish we could give 10 stars. Called for a little help with a flat tractor tire. Within an hour they came out and removed it for repair. Delays happened while repairing it and that put us in a bind since we needed the tractor. These guys came out with a skid steer did what we needed and didn't charge us because we all figured a couple hours down instead of an over night repair. Thank you
Call this company first. Best price and no hassle. I was stranded on the highway after a holiday with awful weather and because of that couldn’t find a tow truck until I stumbled upon QTS. The service was great and when Amos showed up he was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful.
This is what i was charged to splice a airline , was charged 693.50 for 5min fix !!! I have attached the receipt so everyone can see what crooks they are ! The guy that showed up thought it was funny that they was going to charge me 771.00 until i came unglued !!! I would never call them again and im thinking of getting a lawyer because this was just highway robbery .....

I had to call three different days this week for a tow and each time they responded quickly. They even hauled my vehicle to where it needed to be over two hours away on short notice. The owner has gone above and beyond in a desperate time of need! With my wife and child out of town and in need of help no questions asked came to the rescue. AAA was useless I highly highly recommend quality towing. They truly care about people and it shows. They were a blessing in a hard place!
We blew a tire on our boat trailer while traveling US10 east to Bay City. Lewis came with a new tire, worked hard to remove the shredded tire and installed the new tire. Service was great, friendly and quick! Very appreciative and recommend their services! Thank you!
GREAT SERVICE FOCUSED! Daughter and I were stuck on the side of u.s.10. Called 4 places and no one could help! And it wasn't easy for Quality to help. They didn't have a guy just standing by waiting for a call or that was already on a call. They had to get creative and pull and make some calls as all of their staff was already booked out. BUT THEY DID IT! And they were to us in 35 minutes! AND they were able to think outside of the box when things didn't work and got us on the road

I contacted Quality Towing after waiting over 2 hours for my insurance roadside assistance to show up. It was 8 degrees outside, and the insurance company suggested that I "find somewhere warmer" to wait for their person to show up. Quality Towing provided a very quick response time, was very communicative, and recommended a reputable repair shop. I am incredibly thankful for their service as I would likely STILL be sitting on the side of the road waiting for my insurance company to show up. Also, the billing process is great! Love the Earth-friendly paperless process.

last night during the snow storm, my truck got stuck and this towing service went above and beyond to make sure i got back on the road safely! they originally came out for someone else but helped me in the process and for that, i’m giving them as many stars as i can give them! they are fast and efficient! They work with you the best they can!
After waiting 7 hours for Beaverton towing and wrecker a AAA company that never showed up then finding my own towing company and forcing AAA to approve their fee we Finally made it to Chuck and Charlottes.. And the company and driver drove the extra miles over AAA'S limit to get us home with out the extra stop booking another wrecking waiting for them to show up (or Not).

Blew a transmission line on our truck hauling our boat to Drummond island on a Saturday morning. We had a family member bring us another truck. Quality towing hauled our truck back home almost two hours and gave the family member a ride. Top notch service!
Worst towing experience I've had in the last 10 years of my trucking experience. Don, the owner was a very rude and unreasonable person, we had a horrible day, broke down in the middle of the snow storm, don sent a genius mechanic who had no clue how to properly diagnose our problem, he came to our semi truck location, tried diagnosing the truck but came up with nothing, no codes no issue of what and how to fix it. We agreed to $1200 tow to detroit since they couldnt fix the issue. Somehow once they got to our yard their bill was $1887, totally uncalled for. We asked for a break for at least $87 and don, the owner refused. Not only that but threatened to stay hooked until we “decided to pay”. Completely price gaugung and unreasonable.
Motorcycle blew a tire while on a road trip. These guys had me off the interstate within 20 minutes. Fast, friendly and professional. They took extra care in hauling and storing my vintage bike. Money well spent.
I called after I decided not to try and drive my truck an hour home after getting into an accident, they were super professional and in general, kind. He told me he could be there in 15 minutes and they were on time with that too. Definitely grateful for them being able to get my truck home with the short notice!
