Easy to work with and very quick weighing and offloading. You will have to unload smaller metal items yourself. Larger metal items can be offloaded by their "claw grabber". Still offer service with a smile.
Went in with clean copper plumbing and stripped wire along with several electric motors and 9 pounds of yellow brass. None of the prices listed were correct except sheet iron and I got dirty copper price because of things in the end of the pipe. I said show me the stuff in the ends of the pipe and there's nothing like I knew there wasn't after over half an hour of sorting. Workers were trying to argue and then tried to only give me 3 electric motors back but the young lady with the glasses was very helpful and made things right by returning money for my motors that went to the bottom of the gaylord. I'd trust dealing with the young lady with glasses again but I don't think I'd deal with the same 2 gentleman again.
My Grandpa took in an old car, had title and all the tires and rims and they ripped him off and gave him sheet iron prices because it had steel rims and no catalytic converter when they never checked under the car.... Totally ripped him off we won't be returning

It said they were open from 8 am - 11:30 am on Saturday I drove all the way there from Sturgis and I arrived at 8:15 am and they weren't even open so I tried calling them and no answer so I'm not a very happy would've been customer ! They should update their hours of operation if their not actually open on Saturdays!
Not only that then whenever I finally am able to take my stuff in there when they were open they didn't even pay me for at least 1 of the things / types of scrap that I had brought in which I didn't even realize this until I actually was back home and started to review my receipt from there so needless to say I still wouldn't give them anymore stars than this at this rate !!
Seemed like a good place. But my first time there was 2day and my luck they loose my weight for my clean copper, Brass and aluminum.. and now I kinda feel I might have got ripped off. And at a time I could really use the extra cash since I've ben outa work since my accident. I've had no income and still can't go back 2 work. STARTING 2 FEEL ALITTLE AGITATED.

We showed up at lunchtime (oops) so we waited for an hour. Then the semi to take a load away showed up and they loaded that first. Our turn and the first words we heard were "So sorry about the wait". Instant smile on our faces and the young gentleman on the crane unloaded us in under 10 minutes. It was my first time there and I have nothing but great things to say about this place!!
This place is amazing!! They have a system, and it runs smoothly. I have been there 4 times in the last few weeks and every time it went smoothly. People are kind and they have honest prices. They give you tips on how to separate the metal so you can get more $. Thank you for having a wonderful business.
