I went in for a blown head light and tail light and Ken the assistant manager was so helpful!! I also had another issue and he told me how to fix it and it worked perfectly! Hard to find good customer service these days but he was great!! Way to go O’Reilly’s
The store person was knowledgeable and helpful. Though he didn't say a word until after I greeted him, paused, then explained my needs. I assume he was silent because he had a wad of tobacco in his mouth.
My wife's car had the check engine light on - Chris at O'Reilly was able to diagnose it as needing a new battery. He installed the battery and had us on the road in no time - I would definitely recommend Chris at O-Reilly and, while no one wants car troubles, I know where to take my car in the future!

Depending on who is at the counter it's amazing. I went in to pickup parts I ordered in advance. First person I talked to was new and was having a problem but then a manager heard the conversation and I had talked to him when ordered and he knew details and got my parts and I was out quick.
I worked in auto store about 30 years ago and I was impressed with how manager jumped in and handled and took care of me.

I purchased a Murray radiator from Oreiley. Unfortunately, after returning to the Saint Joseph, store on Niles avenue several times, and given the wrong coolant sensor for a radiator that I purchased from their store. A store employee ordered a sensor that he guaranteed would fit their radiator. The following day prior to purchasing the new sensor I asked the Oreiley employee to make sure that the sensor fits the radiator by placing the sensor into the slot of one of their radiators. The employee claimed that it would take him approximately five minutes to check too see if the sensor fits the Murray radiator. So I waited. Several minutes later, the employee returned and told me that he checked to see if the sensor did fit the radiator, and it did fit the slot. So I purchased the sensor and went home to install it into my radiator, but I was shocked because the sensor didn’t fit at all. Therefore, the Oreiley employee did not check to see if the sensor fitted when he went back into their stock room. Instead, he was just taking a break on my valuable time. The Oreiley employee actions were very unprofessional and rude. I also believe that his actions were discriminatory because of my race. I am of African American decent.
I had a terrible experience at AutoZone, so I came here and was treated with much more respect. Alic, the manager, was so kind and helpful. He apologized for how I was treated at AutoZone and ran the appropriate diagnostic tests. Highly recommend this place!
Paid for Next Day Air shipping but still wasn't there the 2nd day, (gave them an extra 24 hours before trying to pick up parts). Could not get all the money back. If you EVER have to have a special part ordered and pay EXTRA for quick shipping do not expect to get the money back!!!!! Also NEVER believe that you can actually receive the part by the date they give you!!! Also know that they will NOT return your money after they messed up by lying to the customer about dates to begin with!!!!! Unfortunately in this day and age customer service is nothing but a bad joke.

Chain auto parts store. Great amount of knowledge in the staff behind the counter. Always ready to help you find what you need. seemingly parts that need to be ordered and brought into the store are generally there within a day or two. The follow up when these parts are arrived is very good with a call. The staff is very knowledgeable and able to give alternative advice to parts that you may be looking for for your vehicle. The store is well stocked with an array of different things for your vehicle from car care to touch up paint and everything in between.
Dave replaced my dead-as-a-doornail battery right there in his store's lot. He was super kind, even though it was below freezing and he had to replace a stripped part. The staff seems very knowledgeable and are clearly conscientious, as well as concerned for their customers.
Came in just as they opened and received great service. Douglas, the man that helped us, was so great and knowledgeable. He even sat out with us while we fixed our car to lend a second set of eyes. This is why we choose O’Reillys if they are around.
