I can’t recommend Precision Towing enough! Their customer service was outstanding they arrived quickly and kept me updated the entire time. Every other company I called wouldn’t go all the way to South Bend to get my car, but they were the only ones who did. Truly 5 stars all around! I really appreciate their professionalism and help.

My Mom's car broke down near ND's campus and her desired dealership was across the stateline in Niles, MI.
Did you know many *other* towing outfits won't cross into MI or vice versa into IN? I sure didn't!
Several other towing competitors weren't going to be able to reach her car until the next day, at the earliest.
PT got to her car within 35min of our call and was courteous, friendly and knew exactly where we wanted the stranded car transported. Because of their speedy response, my elderly parent was able to get several other time-sensitive errands done.
The price of service was quite reasonable (let's call it halfway between $100-200) and our tower knew all about how to handle loading up her gas/EV hybrid safely.
The flames on the side of the tow truck are quite the sight to behold, in person.

They encourage/allow their employees to drive other people off the road, especially people with babies. When I called to raise my concern with the same red Cadillac that drives horrendous throughout town, they seemed to be unaware of the red Cadillac that just pulled in. They also didn't seem to be concerned either. This red cadillac is parked there daily, they know EXACTLY who it is. If they allow this kind of behavior to happen before pulling right into their business by their employees, I doubt they would care about a car they have parked in their possession.
When my teenage son’s car broke down Precision Towing came to the rescue!! They were professional, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly—even when the final destination changed last minute. I really appreciated their flexibility and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Jeremy quickly picked me and my car up from M-60 and got me back to Niles in time to catch a train to Detroit. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Precision made my bad day into a fun adventure, and I am grateful!

Called to ask for a vehicle unlock. Guy was short and not very nice. Said he needed to call back in 5 minutes to get address am hour and 20 minutes later no call back. At least now I know I never need to call them for anything again.
I had a fantastic experience with this towing company! I was really worried about having my Toyota Supra towed because of the carbon fiber lip. I've heard horror stories, but this guy is a total pro. They took extra precautions to ensure nothing got damaged and were super respectful of my car. If you're looking for a towing service that knows how to handle a vehicle with care, look no further. Highly recommend!
I called precision towing due to a breakdown and was far from home, they had someone out very quick to tow it right to the shop for me by my house. The driver was very friendly and personable. The cost was reasonable. I’d highly recommend them and would use them again if I needed to.
I'm not kidding when I say the owner of this company is a true gentleman. These times are really hard right now. And I'm not saying that he did anything that was against policy, but to understand the person's situation and to allow them to collect what's theirs without tons of Red Tape? And the current economic state we're in to understand people are people, and they need help. This place is amazing and I truly honestly suggest anybody that has car issues or needs to tell to please hit up precision. They give you the best rates even if you get in an accident, you need to ask for precision
My car had a breakdown, and Precision had a driver out 10 minutes after I phoned them. Jeremy (forgive me if I got the name wrong) effortlessly hooked my car up to the truck, and we were on our way. I was home 10 minutes after that, with the car dropped off right in the driveway. Complete professionals with top quality equipment and friendly employees. The quote they gave me on the phone was exactly what I was charged. Make them your first call.
Having to get your car towed can be stressful. But these guys made it as least stressful for me as they could. I was alone and with my anxious dog when my truck kapooted. Five hours from home, and on the side of the road. Within 25 minutes the nicest guy arrived, loaded up my truck, took me to the airport so I could rent a car, and WAITED while I went through the rig-a-ma-roll of renting a car (don’t rent from Alamo at the airport, they can TAKE a reservation…..)
I don’t know if I was charged for the time it took to wait or not, I was just grateful the tow truck driver waited with my dog, while I got everything sorted out. I hate, hate being the “damsel in distress”, but I was yesterday, and these guys got me through it.

Yesterday (Sunday evening) I called and immediately answered, friendly. They dispatched a driver which only took about 25 minutes. Super nice guy who took very good car of my car. Low ground clearance so he was very careful and used soft fiber straps (not chains) to protect my car. Drove cautiously to my house and unloaded directly into my shop. Friendly also and we chatted a bit. Best experience I've ever had with a towing company.
After being turned down by some and given high quotes by others due to having a large truck and the distance required (100 miles) I called Precision. With zero hesitation and a fair price we met up and retrieved my truck. This company definitely goes above and beyond. I am very thankful and will always use/recommend Precision.
These guys are great. Needed a tow after our ball joint broke on the highway. Jeremy was wonderful, he showed up quick,and was willing to work with us on the price. To top it off, he got us a ride home, and explained the extra care he was taking with our classic 97' firebird to ensure no further damage was done to it.I will definitely be using ill definitely be using these guys again if it's ever needed again.
