Stopped at Roger's due to a flat on our way out of state and they got us up and running within 30 minutes! Such quick service and friendly people. You guys are life savers!!!!!
Car broke down while I was traveling down 94; it limped to Roger's. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix it, not for lack for trying, but while I waited for hours for various unreliable tow companies to haul my car back home, I noticed a few things:
-a prior, grateful customer surprised them staff with a massive lunch. While I was waiting, they shared some with me;
-a group of twentysomethings came in after a nasty crash. The local police department came by to help the folks, and clearly had a lot of respect for the Roger's team;
-boss man kept me company when he could. He clearly has a lot of genuine love and pride in his boy.
It is rare when folks go out of their way to help customers have an easier day when they don't have to, so even though they weren't able to help in one way, they definitely did in another way.
got a flat up the road on a cross country road trip and thank god it was near roger’s! they were able to patch our tire and put it back on in a matter of minutes!
Roger picked me up in 20 minutes when my truck broke down. He was very friendly and let me know what might be wrong with the truck. I would recommend his service 100%.
Our New Buffalo random get away trip would have been a disaster if it wasn’t for these great men.

Greg, Julie, and Roger were exceptional during my time of need as my 2006 EX-L model Honda Pilot, named "Frankenstein," fell into a fritz randomly while driving through New Buffalo. I am grateful for their services, as they got me back up & running promptly, as well as scheduled a needed ancillary service[ABS—to drive in the snow later] to ensure it stays on the road to facilitate my relocation here to this area.
They were amazing. We were travelling for the past 5 hours and got a flat tire on the highway, out of exhaustion and desperation we drove to the closest auto repair shop. Not only were they very fast, but also accommodated the many questions we asked about the tire work very patiently. Usually I would worry about being taken advantage of with the many stories I have heard, but you can definitely garuntee amazing work and compassion here. 10 / 10 would recommend in a heart beat
Roger's is maybe a decent towing/tire repair business, but do yourself a favor and avoid them for engine repair work. Bad communication, "gone home for the day" response on missed completion promise, unhinged anger and resentment for being asked questions upon return. Crazy place and never again!
My friend and I drove in from illinois to go to the beach and as we parked the Caliper fell off her vehicles rotor and it was a Friday no one could help, he came recommended and we came he quickly sent a tow for us and had us all on our way within no time. I absolutely love the genuine care for the people he demonstrated and how he took us right on in and treated us as if he knew us as regulars. If you haven't came to their services, your missing out. After taking my car (2016 dodge dart) to 2 other mechanics that both told me they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I called Roger’s to have it towed from three oaks to their shop and they had it figured out and fixed under 2 days! That was about 3 months ago and still don’t have a single problem with the car! ? just took my truck there today and I would highly recommend them for any towing/mechanical needs. Not to mention how many times they’ve helped me get my keys out of my car that my puppy locked in ??♀️?
I had no choice but to have Roger’s take my car (Mini Cooper) in when I broke down far away from home. They were lovely people and seemed to be so helpful and attentive to my car. After having my car for two weeks to ‘change an alternator’, they ended up having to take it elsewhere because they couldn’t get my car to turn on anymore. However, it shows up to the dealer service shop after Roger’s wrecking was working on it, with bolts falling off of it, missing parts, and more wrong with it than when it came in. Not only all of this, they fried the ECU system in my car because they didn’t disconnect the battery from the alternator before changing it! Months later, I am trying to get my car back to what it was before them. And now I have to get a whole new car. I love local business, small businesses, but I also really really loved my car. Please do not take your mini coopers here. Save yourself the stress and save your car.
Broke down in the middle of a road trip. They ordered the part I needed and had it replaced within a few hours. I was back on the road by the end of the day. Quality work and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
My husband passed on Christmas morning and I needed to tend to arrangements on the day before New Years Eve. I walked out of the funeral home and my car wouldn't start. Numerous times. Last place I wanted to be stuck. Roger's was the only place that even answered the phone. They came over and guess what -- the car started. I apologized profusely, explained my situation, and asked what I owed him. He said give me a hug. OMG. Kindness still exists even with strangers. Thank you so very much.
Was heading to Detroit and got nail in tire around Chicago/Gary. Stopped by and they plugged in 10 minutes. Also gave us some tips on parks nearby to bring the kids for future rest stops. Great service and people! Thanks for making a curveball during a family trip be a nothing burger.
Had a tire that needed patching while we were here on vacation. Roger was fantastic! Called and got me in right when I got there. Was in and out in under 10 minutes! Plus he did it for free!! Such nice guys!
Had a tire blow out on 94 W while on the way home to Illinois. Called the closest place we could find. Roger came out right away with the flatbed and was able to replace the tire quickly. Back on the road within an hour. Great service!

Rodger’s Wrecker Service & Auto Repair saved the day when my wife and I were having car trouble. We barely made it to their shop, but their team quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Was visiting New Buffalo for my birthday week when my engine light came on. Called Roger’s Wrecker Service and Julie told me to come on down and they would take a look. They had one customer in front of us but I was quickly taken care of. Diagnostic test showed nothing and the sensor was re-set. Excellent customer service and professionally taken care of! Y’all are the best!

This family-run business is run by absolutely classy people. I was driving from Chicago to Canada and my tire had a rip on the side. Stranded, I found Roger’s shop. They were able to set me up with a new tire and have me on my way in about 30 minutes. They were very nice people and very accommodating and would recommend their business to anyone.
Roger is amazing! Talk about going above and beyond. Our alternator went out on a Sunday right before leaving town to go back home. Not only did he help me limp my car back to our place in New Buffalo so we could unload our vehicle to stay for the night, he also had our car fixed the next day by noon and for a reasonable price. Thank you for the fast and friendly service! Customer for life!
Roger is my go too guy for tires and towing. He really helped me out and gave me a great price. If you want honest work in new buffalo he is the man. Great local family business.
I was returning to Lansing, Michigan when my water pump gave way on a Sunday. I had to check into a hotel and wait until Monday morning to call a repair shop. A young man at the local gas station highly recommended this establishment. Having few options I called early the next morning. Upon arriving, I met the nicest, kindest people that one could encounter while dealing with a crisis. This is a family owned and operated business and everyone treated me as though they had known me for years. The owner Roger even offered to drive me back to the hotel since it would be a while for the ordered parts to arrive. My 1979 Cadillac DeVille Phaeton is all original and a classic that is seldom driven. I am VERY particular about my Cadillac and they serviced it as though they were also. Not only did they provide quality service, but EXCELLENT customer service as well. Upon completion of the work, Roger introduced me to all of his family that were present, including his grandson who had just arrived from school. Each time that I travel through this area of the highway 94 corridor I'm reminded of my wonderful experience with this establishment. I was invited by Roger and his wife to stop by to say hello whenever I'm I area and have time. I definitely will!!!
