The crew that works there are just awesome, friendly, and helpful. I've seen some customers cross the line with the staff which they did not deserve and they handled it well holding their composure being kind yet firm with the rules and policies. They also have great prices. I love it when I bring in a big load and they unload me with that big magnet. So cool watching. The big equipment operators are impressively skilled with their machines and it's a pleasure to watch their talent in action. I apologize for the all the times I pull in there at 3:50 knowing you close at 4. You don't realize how many times I decided that I didn't have enough time to make it there by 4. Too many to count.
Love the staff from the front desk to the yard guys, drivers, and specialist in the back. I do not scrap anywhere else. Not even other padnos just this one.
Iv been there a hand full of times friendly always willing to help him. The yard has always been picked up. Nice never had a flat tire.. management is really nice customer service its the best scrapyard in the area. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
They pay the best. They even take circuit boards they pay $5 a piece for propane tanks and so much more you never have to worry about going to 3 or 4 different places to sell scrap they take just about everything and they're employees are so nice and they have a punch card system , each time you take over 1,000 pounds over the big scale they give you a punch on your punch card and after so many you get a extra $20 the best place to take scrap in the michiana area hands down ?
There the only one's that ill go to for my scrap no matter what. They've always treated me like family and always gave me the best prices I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Rich has been great at finding the odd metal needs for my projects or helping me get rid of my project failures while helping the environment. Such a great resource nearby.
Everyone seems so friendly and helpful. The yard is easy to maneuver through with a trailer (when your not use to hauling one everyday) The smiles and positive atmosphere definitely make it worth the extra couple miles!

On location: Very cool people that are helpful and down to earth.
We've also used their container drop and pick-up services which made a huge job incredibly easy for us.
Also worth noting is their website! It is very informative and helps answer a ton of questions.

From South Bend, IN. Easy to get to (15min) well kept, easy in and out, friendly and always current on buying rates. If you're a scrap hauler, I would highly recommend this establishment. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.!!!!!!
Slow on service chaepest price around. They will fine you tin for steel and steel for brass . Untrusted. Have been using them for years until padnos took over.. not worth the trip..
