Very rude tow truck driver did not seem like he wanted to be picking up my trailblazer in the rain. Did not want wait on me to take out my radio would not use this company tried to talk me down on my car from what they quoted me on the phone Very unprofessional
I called them to junk my car and I was immediately put on hold for seven minutes and connected to a whole different company and asked a slew of questions that don’t really have much to do with scrapping a vehicle, and then was told that they would not like to make an offer, but would take my email and make an offer. Not a great experience for someone looking to scrap a car for cash.
Don't deal with this company if you don't want to get jerked around for days n days, and nothing to show for it. They offer an amount, say they will send out for a tow. No show, no calls. I call and talk to several individuals saying they will get back to me. Nothing. Then have the nerve to try and renegotiate a price on the phone? Just a whole run around. I found a legit place in Elkhart instead. Don't waste your time.
Fast friendly and helpful service. Very professional. On time. They even offered to come a little later with no hesitation because i didnt have the title ready. They even paid me more for the vehicle than other places were offering. Hands down the best place I've ever dealt with to scrap a vehicle.

This is the only place I will ever call about junk cars again. Other businesses have taken their time, tried to scam me by showing up with less money than what I was quoted, and had terrible customer service. This company seems to be one that operates with integrity and their customer service is AMAZING! They showed up within 40 minutes of my call and gave me the full amount of cash in hand as I gave them the title. Not only that, but they understood my trust issues after dealing with other companies and had no problem sending me a text to confirm the exact amount I should be receiving which I never ended up using because the driver already had the $250 ready for me when he got out of the car. They have followed up with me both that day and again the following day to confirm that I was satisfied with their service and received the exact amount of my quote. Thank you guys if you read this, you really made the process smooth and easy for me and given my circumstances I appreciate not being held up all day just to have a driver show up hours later with less money than guaranteed. I promise, this is who you want to call if you have junk cars to get rid of!
