I need to give a shout out to Kevin, who just saved the day. I am taking my daughter up to Kalamazoo for a biopsy after being diagnosed with breast cancer. We are to head out first thing in the morning but when I returned home tonight and turned my car off, the fan kept running and drained my battery. After googling the problem and reaching out to friends and not coming up with a solution, I called Great Lakes and Towing and talked to Kevin. He came by and diagnosed the problem and told me what I needed to fix the car. Turns out it's an inexpensive fix. When I asked what I owed him he said nothing, and he was glad to help me get my daughter to her appointment. In this day and age it is so refreshing to meet someone like him. Great Company!
Had a truck broke down at weigh station one night They came out and fixed issue the correct way and got my truck going on the road again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I got stuck in a snow drift in an extremely inaccessible location. Brandon made multiple trips to get the right equipment and got me out while charging me significantly less than the competition. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon and Kevin on the Recobery of our Limosuie Bus that had Unfortunately broken down in the Buccannan, MI Area, in the Middle of Wine country and out in the back roads area. Brandon and Kevin were both extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the stressful situation a much earlier situation to deal with. They brought our vehicle back to North West Indiana promptly and in perfect condition. They were fair on all aspects of pricing and even gave us the lower end of the Estimate they were expecting. Bottom line. This is a Phenomenal recovery business. Honest, trustworthy, and Again a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work gentlemen. I commend you for the way you run your business. I had some very seriously worn tires on my car that I fully intended to replace. I had the money for them and everything, I had just kept putting it off. While visiting family in the area, I had one of my tires go out on me. I called these guys up on a recommendation from my mom and they came right out to help me. Because my tires were so warn, there was no way to patch or plug the tire. They took me and my car to the shop and happened to have the right tires on had to change the whole set so I wouldn't have to worry about another issue during my visit. These guys are amazing and treated me like family. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or like I was an inconvenience like you hear about sometimes when people are put in compromising situations so far from home. THANK YOU, GREAT LAKES!!

These guys get it did a great job helping us out early on a Sunday morning. My daughter was stranded in Bridgeman and and I was near Ann Arbor. We made all the arrangements over the phone and they had her back on the road within 30 minutes. I highly recommend them

Didn’t like that the price was more than was told on phone. Didn’t like the gentleman was Rude to my wife and told her “We were told we had to give a 30 minute notice before we came.” -Never happened.
These guys really went above and beyond! My trailer was inoperable and broken down on the side of the road, they helped us every step of the way and made sure we could safely relocate to the shop for repairs. Honest guys and solid work. I cannot thank them enough.
We had a wonderful experience with Mark. We called him after an emergency on I94 many miles from home. He was quick and friendly and offered lots of advice about the area for repair service. He stored our car safely until we could get there with a flat bed to get it back to our town. He even helped us get it loaded up. We appreciated all of his help and enjoyed his company. 7 years ago our family was stranded when our minivan broke down visiting the dunes. I've never forgotten how helpful Great Lakes Repair was. They hand soldered tons of wires on our wiring harness because we couldn't find a replacement quickly. They worked so hard and didn't charge us an arm and leg. Thank you!
