These guys called out racist stuff to my parents. My parents are Asian. 0/10. And the people who called out are not customers, but the owners itself. I do not recommend coming here.

HCM Warehouse is a donation warehouse with a mission to help the less fortunate, homeless, jobless or tragedy stricken folks that are trying to get up and going again with personal belongings. But, it is also open to the public for those that love thrifting!
If you are fortunate enough to be shopping for pleasure, keep in mind that the warehouse is hot and cold with the weather and is dusty. I see some reviews mentioning the smell or set-up which are valid, but if you keep in mind that the aim of HCM Warehouse is to give to those that may have nothing then you may gain perspective. Donations come in and out so rapidly that there everything is not priced, but almost always there is a sale of some sort where you can fill an entire shopping cart for cheap prices. I have gotten some incredible deals so good that I felt guilty, but I try to donate extra money in the jar up front and I never come to shop without bringing some kind of donation to drop off. I like donating things here because I can donate imperfect items that may be used, but they still have plenty of use in them to someone in need in the close community. Compared to someplace like Goodwill, where they overprice items hoping to make the biggest profit that they can.
For those in crisis, you can get signed up to become what they refer to as a "client" where they vet your needs and give items for free, visit their website for more information!
This store is fabulous for those of us who do not have the energy to have a rummage sale, for those who go without because of lack funds, and for those who just enjoy a good time at a flea market. The volunteers are amazing, helpful, and generous to those in need. Keep up the good work!
I been buying from HCM since they open , i go there every and never had any problem , there is a African american lady on the vintage section , that every time gives me a bad time, i don't want to be un respectable but she is really rude , please talk to her ?

I like how the employees offer us some extra nice stuff when we are there its the best place to go to especially when you suffer from a current financial issue.
Well I am sorry to say but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were on vacation and doing some shopping around and found this place online which looked to be a good place, but we quickly found that it wasn’t at all what we expected. When we walked in there were about 4 older men who were behind a counter who didn’t even acknowledge us when we talked to them and in-fact gave us a dirty look. The place was extremely dirty and smelled miserable! I wouldn’t waist your time going here… there are definitely other shops where you can find used goods at than this place!
If I only could give this place a -10 ,,,, haven’t had a table and chairs in over a year. Seen a table and chairs that worked perfectly for our family at HCM. Talked with the guy behind the counter that I need to go down the road and would return In 10 minutes .. he said no problem, it is yours “I promise “!!! I returned it was gone he sold it !!! He told me that his manager sold it to another person, and chuckled that “ can’t you find another one? When I confronted him about his promise he blankly looked right through me..just horrible worker and manager that is there….
A fantastic charity organization. While the place is generally extremely cluttered and it can be hard to find things, when you do, you can get fantastic deals.
I don't think they treat their female employees well. It's almost like every time I go there it's either two or three women working and a crowd of men standing around. I know some of those guys have to be employees right? It's trash and this is coming from a man.
This is an awesome shop! I believe all proceeds help people in need.

You never know what you'll find. It's worth a road trip if you are not local.
Great place to go. I recommend if you havent been to hcm. You are misding out on a lot of great things. The offer free clothing , free friday where everything on the outside is free there us no limit. If your in need they will help you. Im promise you if you go there you will never think of going back to goodwill again. Dave is awesome. The ladies that work and volunteer there is nice and helpful. Its the best place i ever been. I go there before i go to the store.
So not come here for help I'd you are truly homeless and wish to use the free clothes section. I sign out every single time like you're supposed to but the heavy set guy always screams at me to get back there and humiliated me like no other EVERY SINGLE TIME. I am struggling. There is no need for this. Do u know how expensive housing is alone? The county suggested this place to help me but like I said that heavy set man ALWAYS embarrasseds me like it's his life's mission. Please .. someone. Do something about him
Probably do better finding somebody who needs your donations and just give directly to people because A lot of the donations goes home with the workers which is why I no longer waste my time going there is if there is anything good they don’t even make it to the floors. I needed help and I was told that only the workers get help. So I would find a different thrift store a different place to donate to. Instead of bringing more stuff for the workers.
Excellent place to find specific items and antiques. It is well managed, clean, and organized. The volunteers are always in high spirits and go above and beyond.
Man behind desk was awful to the volunteers, who happen to be older men. Rude and pushy to customers as well, acted inconvenienced. Looked on ebay for pricing of items that had just been donate for free. Prices were outrageous. Place has a hoarder mess feel, just like "the owner/manager. Beware of charity scam/ backroom "free area" is only a dangerous dumping ground. Hard to believe people donate to him.
Love this place. I usually go here first if I am looking for something I have found a lot of used building supplies and materials I can use for my home projects and the money goes for a good cause
It's nicely priced ? some things are even free ?? if maybe they could get some air conditioners donated it would be nicer to walk around and see everything they have ? but we got a couch and chair $35!!
Love finding great treasure here and am always happy with the price. Be sure and ask about any marked prices, they're happy to barter! The staff is super friendly too.
I love this place it's the only place that helped with our questions after the Cosmo inn fire it's now my second home i volunteer and it's the only place I'll donate too they actually care its not about themoney to them

We went in to check out something I saw advertised on Facebook today. It was an item of good quality at an excellent price. I paid for it and will pick it up tomorrow. The employee was very helpful and showed me where to find things, so while there I started browsing and saw quite a few things I'd been wanting for home decorating but couldn't afford. Now I'll be able to do more decorating. Since prices were so good I'm looking forward to going back when I have more time to browse.
