Towed my car out of a bad spot and a free alignment. That’s why they get two stars, however there was a price for the alignment. They stole some items from myself including items that were borrowed. My little Milwaukee usb charger I am extremely upset about because my audio depended on that one. Thankfully my ipad for school wasn’t stolen. When I called just to ask I didn’t say it was stolen just missing. But was instantly dismissed with so much annoyance behind his voice, as well as no willingness to check into it. I guess if you want cheap work done clear your car out and take it here. But other than that don’t call them when in an emergency if you have anything important to you. Lesson learned. Lady behind the counter is nice.

The lady I dealt with in the office was wonderful, but the driver that I dealt with was just an utter D-Bag. He needs to learn to shut his trap. End of story.
Scarlett Auto was called to remove my vehicle from an accident by Berrien County Sheriff Department. They picked it up and towed it less than 5 miles. Stated it would be $150 if we signed the vehicle over to them to keep or $431 to recover the vehicle from them. This is for a 5 mile tow (during business hours) and storage overnight. Complete scam. Stay away. Nothing like taking advantage of people that are already in a bad place.
I’ve been with scarlet for years. This is my fourth car! And they are the best. Caring and Sensitive to your needs. When my husband passed they sent me a card! What car lot does that? I was so honored. And it blesses me❤️
Unprofessional and deal in their feelings over doing business i missed one payment and they took my car because they was mad at another customer plz don't go to this place he rebuilds cars and make you sign a waiver because the air bag might no work😡
Bought new tires and paid for an alignment. I wasnt happy with the alignment off the go. Truck was just as sloppy as before. 2 months later I need 2 new front tires because my toe was never readjusted.
I had an accident and Jim from Scarlett showed up to tow my vehicle. he was professional and respectful. I did not have a mechanic so he offered his place. He also took me home and dropped me off and let me get stuff out of my vehicle before it went to the shop. My husband and I met up with Jim at the shop the next morning and they let us look at my vehicle up on the lift and showed us everything that was wrong that they had found so far, they got me a rental/loaner, and they worked with my insurance and got everything in line. granted GMC was a total pain in the rear because of the strike, certain parts were not readily available, but they communicated with me the whole time and when the repair was complete, they were able to arrange a delivery of my vehicle since I was not able to get to the shop before closing because of my work schedule. They also did a complete clean of my vehicle which was very unexpected, interior and exterior.
I'm very happy with the services I received from Scarlett and if I had future needs will look to use them again. Thanks Jim!
Pulled us out of the ditch today. 80 ft off the road in 2ft of snow. Great guy who showed care for us and the vehicle. The other wrecker that stopped and said he couldn't do it should stick to pumping gas.
Brought our car that we purchased 3 years ago back for a windshield repair (tree branch fell) and headlight repair (wire shorted out). Advised it would cost $300 and would take 1 day. 6 days later advised ready and the cost would now be $475. Driving the car home heard a noise ticking. Come to find out the windshield wipers were trying to work but not moving. Drive 20 min home turned off the car and tried to turn back on to test the wipers. The car would not start (just replaced the battery 1 month ago). Jumped the car and the wipers would not work. Tried to drive the car to charge the battery and then the power steering went out. Called the owner who advised he did not do anything that would cause these issues to my car. Asked him were these issues while he had my car he started no. I asked him how the issues were happening 20 minutes after leaving his shop? He stated "what do you think I put gremlins in your car? ". So after charging $175 more that advised, taking 5 days longer than advised and having 3 other issues that were not present prior to doing of my car the members response is gremlins. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Very dishonest owner. Beware!
Great place! They came to our rescue late at night when nobody would. Jim called AAA and got all sorted out for us so he can fix the car at his shop. Very friendly and professional gentleman.
I don't recommend this shop. I had work done on my car here and four months later my paint is pealing off, my side mirror doesn't work, and the lights are not working. I will not use this shop again as I found out they used cheap parts instead of original replacement parts... Go somewhere else.
The owener of this place is great and he works with u there prices are great gets u in a car fast no matter the credit i had problems at other places for 4 months i looked dor a car and this one get me in one fast love them alot i so recommend this place when u want a car and a newer one dont cost alot monthly eather like at all very great they only have hyndia cars but hyandia is one of the top of the line cars they are low on maintanice and great on gas and. They guys are soooo nice here..
I have bought two cars from here, and honestly they were only half way put together. This place is a rip off. I will never recommend someone to them, nor will I ever buy a car from here again. This place is a joke. The wiper blades scrapped, needed new tires within a few months, the top of the car was black sparkles in it while the rest of the car is a solid black, needs a new timing belt, had to purchase new breaks after about 6 months or so.They are very overprice, they care more about their business than they do about taking care of their customers. Not to mention they are not friendly; however, their dogs are very cute.
Scarlett Auto Body is a clean, professional, and well-run operation. Their facilities are fantastic (they even have cool fire trucks for kids to play with while waiting!) and their staff is kind. Professionalism and kindness go a long way these days! I'm impressed.
Customers who go to Scarlett Auto Body to purchase a car are usually in a financial bind and find this to be a good option. Unfortunately Scarlett auto will exploit your situation. As a woman I’ve been talked down to as well as having been completely dismissed when pointing out problems with the car such as wiper blades that stop intermittently in the middle of my view and cruise control that doesn’t operate correctly. The car I purchased had tires that were dry rotted and had to be replaced a couple months after my purchase.
Most recently I fell one month behind on my payments and the car was repossessed. After paying all fees and payments due, I picked the car up and found that several new items from my direst sales company as well as a small amount of cash had been stolen from my car while in the care of Scarlett Auto. No matter your situation I would suggest you keep looking.
