Got a flat on the interstate and Nye's was able to get me in and back on the road in about an hour. They did everything they could to squeeze me into their busy day, other local places didn't make the same effort. Brandon was so friendly and gave me honest feedback on the situation. Such a relief to find a local place with good people. Highly recommended!!
I was on a business trip from Michigan to Chicago yesterday, and I was losing air in my tire. I had to keep pulling over to get air in my tire until I found a tire repair place. They were booked but pulled my car in anyway and fixed my tire. I would have been stranded and missed a very important meeting had they not helped me. They were a total blessing! Thank you so much! Called to have 2 bran new tires i just bought for my daughter's car. And because i did not buy them from them I was told we dont mount any tire not bought from us And Hung Up On Me 😡 totally unprofessional👎
It's not going to get better than these guys. You call Jerry, he sets up an appointment, you drop off the car and they fix it. As things progress they call you to let you know what's happening. They make solid recommendations, about what you need , and they don't try to sell you things you don't. The value is outstanding and the prices are more than competitive. They use seasoned mechanics . Like the old school. They interpret sounds and feel, not just plug in a diagnostic tool and fix whatever comes up,

I've been to Nye's twice now, and both times they have been absolutely phenomenal with their service. They helped me out and made sure I knew exactly what was being done and what was happening as it was happening. Extremely patient, and kind! Jerry is always very honest and the team does a great job! I had been gifted some break pads since I heard a noise in the front when breaking. When I took it in they said my pads were still good. The noise was just the rust. Saved me a bunch of money. Customer for life!

I have been taking our vehicles to Nye's for the last year for all our automotive needs. I feel like they take care of the their customers, fair prices and do not feel I'm ever taken advantage of. They completely took advantage of me and my lack of mechanical knowledge. $900 later the problem still isn't fixed and I had to take my vehicle somewhere else. If I could leave them negative stars I would. Very unhappy and would not recommend the to anyone EVER under any circumstances.
Go to them for EVERYTHING! Wipers broke with all the heavy snow, called them in a panic at 7:15 am they answered!! they dont open till 7:30! Had my car dropped off and to work on time because they have loaner cars!! Within HOURS she was done! AND they even fixed my back defrost window that had been broke all winter!! .. Nicest people in the world! and very reasonable! THANK YOU NYE'S
Nye's was able to make my 15 year old car drive like brand NEW! the steering was off by at least 2 degrees along with a bad tie rod, my car now stops straight with hands off the wheel! no noises what so ever. they also have some nice tires! shops like this are getting few now days glad they are here!
