I was delivering parts for this location and the first time I walk in the place reeks of cigarettes and I can hardly breathe. Myself and another driver for my store have issues medically with the smell and it makes it hard for us to do our jobs. This is completely unacceptable and the company needs to do something to fix it.
One of the workers named woody knocked my phone off the counter, shuddered it, then played stupid and refused to replace my phone that he purposely broke. They also smoke in the building so I hope you dont have asthma! If I could give this negative stars I would. This place is a joke.
the little money you save gets eaten up by multiple trips to there store. they can't use their computers or their info is wrong. i have a hard time getting the right parts from them no matter who waits on me.
We were on our way to the dealer with our 2019 Ram 1500 because it was having a weird non start issue. We thought our meter said the battery was good, but it wouldn’t start without a jump and even then was questionable. Stopped in for a last ditch effort before the dealer. The manager checked the codes and it turned out to be the battery. He changed it for us and we are good to go, and we avoided the dealer! Great service, nice guy, good store.
Matthew is an all star. I’ve been to hundreds of auto parts stores across Mi you name it I’ve been there. I have never had as caring of service as I had today. All I came in for was oil and a filter, didn’t know what filter I needed because it’s a new truck so I asked him to look it up. Briefly mentioned I needed to change all the fluids in it soon and he went through and told me exactly what my vehicle called for and completely went the extra mile. I surely hope someone from corporate sees this review and takes a look at how he’s doing things here in the small town of standish because so often going to a parts store is transactional but he went above and beyond to give excellent customer service in a world where customer service isn’t a priority to so many. Will be buying as many parts from here as possible. Great job.
The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. You could tell he was more than a guy working at an auto parts store, he was a guy who works on cars who works there.

3 auto parts stores in the city of stanish and this one I will never go back to. Last Saturday i bought some parts to do a brake job. The guy working was nice enough. i did not know the size of the bleeder valve so i bought a tool. Unfortunately that bleeder tool did not fit so i tried to return it. The little kid there was attending counter said he could not take a $6 wrench back because he said i used it.I said B ullship because my house is 15 miles away from the auto parts store. I left the wrench on the counter. F them and their wrench.
I had to exchange a u-joint I had bought from another ORielly auto parts which was no problem with them doing that. The parts guy got the correct u-joint, measured it was the same size as the one I had which the one I was returning was the correct size but it only had outside retaining rings where I needed one with outside rings for the driveshaft and inside retaining rings for the rear differential yoke. So he puts the 2 joints in the boxes they came in, pushed the one over to me but something didn't look right when he did so I opened the box. Sure enough, the one he pushed over to me didn't have any inside retaining ring grooves. He had simply just put the u-joints in the wrong box but if I hadn't been paying attention, I would have been making a 4th trip to ORielly's to try to get the correct u-joint. I really don't blame it entirely on ORielly because my year of truck has far too many different u-joints for that year and actually several years around my truck but the mistake he made today should have been avoided. I'll admit the 1st and 2nd mistakes was partially my fault. On the 1st one I didn't pay enough attention to the bearing cap diameter with everything being correct other than the bearing cap diameter on the one they gave me was .075 too large and on the second one I focused on bearing cap diameter but not on the retaining rings but then on the 1st one I had all the parts I was replacing their and the parts girl didn't compare them.
I lost a bolt for my break caliper while heading up North. They had the parts in stock and I was able to install it right in the parking lot. Daryl and Arthur are both swell dudes. Thanks for the help guys
Overheated on a road trip and these guys made sure I had all the help needed to replace my thermostat in their parking lot. Amazing, friendly staff. Would recommend them any day.
Wilder rd, there's a guy who works only weekends. He goes out of his way to make sure you leave with what you need and the best price. I think he needs to be the employee of the year, a great guy
The's guys really go the extra mile. Would recommend to anyone. I was in a bind on vacation and they swapped my battery in a quick minute. I was back on the road with no time wasted. Nicholas was friendly and helpful.
Terrible customer service early Sunday morning. Open sign on, front door still locked, entire crew out back having a smoke break and work hasn't even started yet. Very disappointed.
Was headed home today in my RV and the trans was slipping. Figured it was just low on trans fluid, so I hobbled my way over to you. You were the only auto parts store open in the area, and without you being open, who knows what would have happened. Thank you!
