This place must be understaffed or something, I had waited over 20 minutes to get assistance!! Not only that but I had come in to get oil and an oil filter, I had given them all the information about my car and then I go to my oil change buddy and he says they sold me the wrong stuff!! Not only that but what they had sold me was much more expensive than what my car required. I feel that they had taken advantage of me as I am a young woman with limited car knowledge, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY TO COME HERE!!

The workers are friendly and answered all my questions that I had!

If you are a woman coming by yourself, they will make you feel less than. Definately did not get the help I was looking for.

Walked in hoping for the fabled Kramp discount. Walked out with nothing and somehow smelling faintly of motor oil and betrayal.
