We trusted Bud’s to change the rear axle ratio on our flagship vehicle—something we don’t hand over lightly. Trusting just anyone with equipment this important isn’t an option for us.
From the start, the process was exactly how it should be. I spoke with them beforehand, ordered the correct parts, and got the work scheduled. As the date approached, they called to coordinate, brought the truck in on schedule, and delivered excellent work.
The job was done right, the pricing was more than fair, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. We were very pleased with Bud’s, highly recommend them, and will continue to trust them going forward. If you’re considering Bud’s, you can trust them too.
I am very impressed with the way Bud does business. He was able to fix our issue on our Tiffin Allegro - 7.3 L V8 the same day we called. We were basically stranded and he came out the same day we called. The engine was misfiring on cylinders 2 & 3.

I never write reviews for anything, but my experience here this week is definitely an occasion to write a review. My friends and I drove 3 hours up North for an outing, and not 15 minutes into our car ride home, the power steering completely failed.
After calling around and being directed to this location, which was about 5 minutes away from where we pulled over, I talked with Jackie, who put me in contact with the owner Ed. She was very professional, and more importantly kind and empathetic to our situation. Jackie gave me Ed's number and permission to call him directly, and after talking with Ed, who was just as kind, professional, and empathetic, he told us he would come out to us and diagnose/potentially repair the issues we were having. Mind you, even though they were both helping us during working hours, they were squeezing us in between calls on their own time.
20 or so minutes later, Ed made his way over to our location in his red repair truck, and after a successful repair he led us back to the Bud's Auto Repair location. We went inside and met Jackie, who was just as kind and empathetic in person (and also very funny!). They only charged us for the repair part, and didn't even include the labor or mileage that they went out of their way to help us with. They wouldn't even accept tips.
5/5, I highly recommend this location to anyone having car problems in the area. I would come here every time I have issues with my own car if it was realistic -- just clone Ed and Jackie and put them in every car repair shop!!!
We are very impressed with Bud's Auto Repair. I left a message and immediately was getting a return call. Our vehicle had a very unusual electrically problem, Ed found it and fixed it. The vehicle runs better than it ever has. We couldn't be happier with the prompt service and professionalism from Bud's. Thank you!
I always have a great experience getting my oil changed at this auto repair shop. The staff is friendly and professional, and they perform a thorough inspection of my car. I highly recommend this shop for all automotive needs.
If there were more honest repair shops like Bud’s repair we would never have to worry about getting ripped off!!!! I’m repairs that are not even needed or heard of thank you to Bud‘s repair you guys are awesome, and the Lady at the desk is very kind, nice, and very customer oriented keep rocking it out Bud’s repair/!!!!!, I am editing my review by adding to it. on my three-quarter ton pick up I have been fighting a check engine light for over a year and a half it has gone to the GM dealership they couldn’t figure it out or fix it, I took it to a local repair facility all they did was throw parts at it at the expense of my wallet😠So I contacted Buds Auto repair. I can’t say enough good about them what I fought for a year and a half they fixed it in less than a day, I dropped it off on a Sunday And Monday I got a call saying it was all fixed remember the dealership couldn’t fix it and 2 outher repair facilitys could not fix it. Once again I highly recommend Buds Auto repair that’s where I should’ve went in the first place my wallet would be more heavy cause I wouldn’t of spent unnecessary money I hope everyone finds is helpful because to find a repair ShopThat is honest and you can trust,And everyone there is really nice and awesome to work with and Ed will take his time to find and fix the problem the right way, thank you so much to the team of Bud’s auto repair
These guys have been our saviors this summer. We own a campground in Omer and they have came every time we called and got our busses and trucks back on the road so fast. We can not thank these guys enough! This town definitely needs more business owners like this one right here. One of a kind service for this area!!!!
They get u in and out as fast as they can . They r kind and call u before they start the work so u can decide what you want to do. Prices r good . The owner is great and the his workers r kind very respectful
Bud gives me a fair and honest price. He's also a mechanic that will tell you about other problems that exists when your vehicle is in their for repairs. He has worked on my semi, trailer and personal vehicles and the work has been great. I would highly recommend this place.
