0 Stars. I caution anyone from going in this store. I was sold a product. Turns out the product I bought was not correct for my truck. I went to bring it back completely unopened. Gentleman said they cannot take it back because the product does not match the receipt. Both the product and the receipt was what I walked out of that store with on my original purchase. I was charge for a product and then given a different product. They made the mistake yet would not fix the situation. Will never go here again.
Worst NAPA Auto Parts experience I’ve had. I ordered a headlight bulb online through NAPA’s website, which clearly showed a green checkmark stating the part was “Guaranteed to fit your vehicle – 2018 Ram 1500.” When I got home and compared them to my existing bulbs, I realized they were a different bulb number and did not match.
The box was unopened, and I immediately returned to the store to exchange or return it. The employee at the counter asked what I needed; when I explained I was there to return or exchange an unopened online order, he said they “don’t accept electronics.” He offered no help, no exchange, and then turned back to laughing and chatting with people at the counter.
According to my receipt and NAPA’s stated policies, this should have at least been eligible for an exchange. Refusing to even attempt to resolve it—especially on an unopened, guaranteed-fit online order—is unacceptable
Called about a starter bolt was told they had loose inventory they could help me navigate. Came in less than a hour later nobody had recollection of the call and nobody was willing to help locate 10/10 would not recommend wasted my time and gas.
I ordered a car battery on line and it was ready for pick up with in 24 hours. The transaction was easy and the employees are very nice and kind. I will be back to this auto store. Thank you for your kindness and great service. :)
Don’t carry many parts are rude and disrespectful and will give bad info or false info if they don’t know owner tried to intimidate you if you call them out for it. Instead of saying sorry and explaining in a decent way he gets aggressive and nasty. No sorry about that ect or any apologizing for not carrying parts his excuse why would I buy twenty of something that will take a long time to sell maybe so your customers can find the parts you need it’s called knowing how to stock good luck enjoy formal complaint to Napa about this
Service was awesome. I went there to get a part. They didn't have what I needed but helped with a temporary fix. I don't get many days off during the summer and just wanted to ride my 4 wheeler, and they helped me out. Thank you so much. You made my day. I didn't have to wait days for the part to be ordered.

Go out of your way to come here it's well worth it. It was raining and the gentlemen was willing to go into the thunderstorm to check my oil. Thank you for all your help.
Used to come in all the time will not be returning anytime soon… yall hired a new guy who “knows everything” is a HUGE inconvenience when i have to come back multiple times For 1 item and hearing avout all his life problems is not my job guys hire better people….
I’ve been going to this place for 25 plus years and never had one problem. The employee appeared to be under the influence of something, blood shot eyes and acting irrational. I even politely said if there was a problem I would go somewhere else , he said nope took my money. I’m still being polite and told him he was being very rude, he responded even ruder with Merry Christmas . I went back to try and talk to a manager, he laughed said to bad none are here until Tuesday. I told him that he was acting in a aggressive behavior, he responded with “I get out at 4”. Grant you he was a 100 pound frail looking old man, that still doesn’t make it right ……..
One step in the door and I was greeted from across the room. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Someone else went the extra mile to install my purchase too. I really appreciate that. Thank you!
The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable. We were up on a vacation and had a problem with my truck. They got us hooked up with the parts we needed to get it fixed so we could finish our trip and be able to get back home downstate.
I only needed a simple clamp for a radiater hose brought the correct size in to show what I needed had to tell them several times thay were giving me the wrong size and still wouldn't listen I had to take the wrong clamp back GOD FORBID THAY APOLOGIZE FOR THERE MISTAKE.
Any wonder I never set foot in this place.. They wanted me to buy their high price parts (2ft. brake line) to put double flair on each side. I thought they wanted business. I was denied service. You lost a customer that will never set foot in your place . Good luck the way you do business..
Great customer service and friendly staff helped with my exhaust so my 6 month old didn't have issues with the extremely loud noise for over a hour ride home. Wonderful and friendly people! Thank you
