I was recently attending a conference at Shanty Creek when I got a flat tire. I was several hours from home, and had no idea what to do. Using my roadside assistance, I called for help. Mark, from Ken's Towing showed up very quickly. He had my tire changed in the parking lot in no time. He found the screw in my tire, and reassured me that I would be able to get the tire repaired. We slid into a ditch and found ourselves in a sticky situation being right up against an electrical pole. We called ken and he showed up and had us pulled out in less than an hour! Unbelievable service! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing assistance.

After sitting on the side of the road for more than two hours because I was being ignored by my insurance company, he immediately came to my rescue and provided me with an invoice to get reimbursed. My insurance company checked on me after four hours, but he got to me in about 25 minutes!

Got stuck shortly before midnight New Years Eve. Called Ken’s around 1:00 am after we snagged a ride back to our hotel. I talked to a man and we arranged for a tow the next morning since we were all tucked in for the night. The next morning the driver was right on time and recovered our vehicle without difficulty. Great service at a fair price. Can’t ask for more.
