They had my bike for 2 months then did not fix it. It would at least turn over when it arrived but when I got it back it would not even do that. Charged me $821.00 dollars to not fix my bike and in fact it was worse when I got it back. Find someplace else this place is a waste of money and does not stand by it's work.
I was not impressed. I live in the local area and want to do all my business locally. So I brought my Goldwing for a complete maintenance once over; all fluids, new tires, brake inspection, etc.
Got the bike back with the rear speakers no longer working and the Voyager Trike accessory installed wrong (very unsafe) and an actual sheet metal screw used to hold the plastic trim in place around the steering column!
If you value your machine, find a better place.
do not go here the owner has told me he has ordered parts for my harley and when I went to pick the parts up he told me he didn't have enough parts to make a order. I figured I would give him a second chance so I took my Harley to get the tires done he told me 2 days and now it's going on 4 days and told me I might not get it back to the 5th day. if you need service or parts spend the extra money and time and take your bikes to someone who will keep their word
My husband stopped and talked to the owner about working on his motor for his bike. The guy agreed to do it, even though he was upset that my husband didn't purchase the motor from him, shook my husband's hand and said to bring it in. My son and I haul it over 30 minutes only to have the guy say he changed his mind and decided not to work on it. Not a good way to drum up business. My husband is a loyal customer and could have brought them a lot of business, now I guarantee they will never be recommended to anyone! Very poor business people.

Called about getting a tire mounted & balanced on a motorcycle rim, bringing in the wheel only not the whole motorcycle. Wanted more $ than taking it to the Harley Dealer. How bout That ! won't be doing any business there, shop around Folks.
Took my 81 KZ750 in to clean & sync the carbs. Got the bike back 2 days early and it sounded great. The guys were very helpful and I'd recommend them to anyone!
I purchased a used Husky from them. It was way better than I expected it to be. It was an internet sale which I do a lot of. Once having the bike, it has only made me happier each time I ride it!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. They told me it would only be two weeks and 150 for them to clean a pair of '73 Honda carbs. After three I have to call them and ask. They tell me they have yet to start them. I have to call them two weeks later and they say they have be done and sitting on a shelf and are in need of repair. They don't have the parts and won't look for them. I have to look for them, buy them, and bring them. The customer should not have to call and find out that the parts are done. Its the shops responsibility. Terrible customer service, terrible business.
