These boys at Napa got me out of a bind yesterday, I tell ya what! It was Snowin' like it was going out of style, and these fellers had me back on the road in a Jiff! Highly recommend!!!
We were working in the area and needed some hyd. hoses made. The employees were very helpful and got me up and going. I took one star off as there were a few things I needed that this store didn't stock (other Napas do).
Very rude employees. Napa has an oil recycling program Nation wide. However not at this store. After waiting for one of the many not busy employee s to help me. I asked if I could recycle oil here. I was rudely advised not here you won't. I will shop else where from now on. Go else where unless you don't mind being talked down to.
Not exactly what we wanted to do while on vacation, but they gave us a spot to change the brake pad and even loaned us tools. Thank heavens for kindness and generosity.
I rolled my car nearby and was able to drive away, putting me here looking for repairs. They didn't have the parts I needed, but looked over my car and checked for life threatening damage for free. Called others in the area to try and find where I could get parts fixed. Very kind workers who helped me a ton when I was in a rough spot.
While visiting recently my truck started having engine problems. The guys here worked with me offering wisdom and advice to get me fixed up. They even let me do the repairs in their parking lot. Prices were very fair and advice was priceless. Thanks guys. Fine example of Napa Know How...
Friendly staff who helped us out with replacement wiper blades while passing through town. Got us in and out and back on the road in less than 10 minutes!
They have most of the tools and supplies I need. They do not scan vehicles for codes. The only option they offer is to buy a scanner at a very inflated rate. I think they are behind the game on this, as most auto parts stores offer this service.
Tire pressure light came on in my rental. I pulled in and the gentleman took a look at my Jeep immediately, found out there was a nail and fixed her up right then and there. No wait! We don't have service like this downstate.
