Aaron Tissue was super helpful and respectful, he taught my boyfriend exactly how to fix what was wrong with his truck and didn’t let him leave without his truck still broke. He is super smart and knows what he’s talking about. Overall a very great guy, super nice and smart. I wish i could give him a 10 star review because that’s what he deserves.
Had a leaky tire and the employees here not only helped us find what we needed but made sure that we would make it down the road. They were extremely kind and it was apparent that they genuinely wanted to help us. Better service than anywhere else in the state.

Aaron and the staff have been incredibly helpful with a recent leak in my coolant system. They offered great advice and even had someone come out to check the car while I was in the store. I had a great experience with the crew at Auto Value and I had to tell someone about it! I'm a guy who can "sort of" work on vehicles. I lack alot of knowledge but do know some of the basics. When I was in Auto Value the other day, I worked with some fantastic people who helped me diagnose what was going on with my braking system and solutions of what may work to fix it. There were a few times that I said "I don't know what you are talking about." Some people would make you feel stupid in regards to basic questions, instead they said "no worries at all. Let me go get that part and I'll show you exactly how to do it." I couldn't have been more thankful for their patience and guidance. To me Auto Value is the ONLY place to go in Munising! I found myself in a bit of a predicament on sunday when we lost a wiper blade on 41north. Heading out of gladstone. Anyone in the northwoods knows the amount of salt kicking off every tire as you pass just after heavy snowfall. Found the first open parts store. Needless to say , the service that I received during that snow storm was outstanding. Very grateful to the kind man who put my wipers on for me. Your kindness was beyond appreciated. A sincere thank you from an "independent" traveling mom.
