Extremely disappointed with the service provided. We are part of a family owned Auto Body business (40+years) and never have I dealt with customer service that was so horrible. Being told we couldn't look at parts and then not even being willing to show us pictures of the parts zoomed in. Being told we just leave it to they're employees to pick out the part and if we didn't like what we received we could return it, again and again if need be. Our customers deserve better and so does our business. When asked if we could talk to a manager we were flat out told no. Wow! And then when I asked the rep his name or ID he refused to give it to me. This is by far worth a complaint to BBB as well as the Customer Protection Agency I hate to say. Customers beware.
Complete waste of time dealing with Fenix Parts, I would avoid at all costs. Found the fender I needed online in great condition and correct color. Called them to pick it up in their Pennsburg location, they said it was actually in MA but they will pull it and ship to Pennsburg. I drove 2 hours to Pennsburg only to be giving a completely different color fender in bad condition, paint missing and deep scratches from what looks like shipping. They asked me if I could make it work... and said someone must have switched the fender in MA. I asked for a refund, hopefully they can at least do that correctly. Update 2/21/23, I called and asked where my refund was, and they said the dispatcher must have forgot to start it. I've never dealt with a company this terrible!
Kate was very helpful on the phone. Found the parts I was looking for quickly and even had the guys in the yard take pics so I could see the Frame. This was very helpful, especially considering I was driving 5hrs to pick it up. The team at the yard were polite and quick in helping me get loaded. Over all great experience
Driver with the license plate ma x73248 You are the worst driver and should not be on the road. Running families off the road while squeezing your giant box truck in between sedans and other small vehicles. Whom ever hired you should fire you. I pray you have a camera in your truck that is turned on while this driver is driving! I'm sure you have multiple complaints, accidents, and you need multiple road rage classes! Better business bureau needs to also be notified since your business is delivery vehicle parts! Completely unprofessional and in a matter of a very short time, you will have police reports written about you and your driving! Get off the road and take anger management and a driving class!
This place has been great to work with. 1. Very responsive 2. Fair 3. Customer service is great (Kate is awesome & very organized & will not forget about you, she always calls back as promised) I worked with 2 other places & they were not organized responsive & didn’t care all that much about being professional which I can put up with at a junk yard but when you do find a place that is organized & professional like this place, IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!
Drove 2 hours one way to pick up a fender that I ordered online and when I got there it was covered in scratches and dirt and starting to rust at the bottom. This fender was listed as Grade A 000 on their website which means excellent condition with no damage. Why would anyone in their right mind pay $300 for a scratched up and rusting fender then have to pay a body shop several hours to repair it? So I requested a refund. That was a complete waste of time, 4 hour round trip, fuel, tolls, and wear and tear on my car. I would avoid this place at all costs.
This place was very helpful in locating what I needed. I ordered a whole new set of seats for my 2012 Honda Pilot. They were Grade A rated and after a good cleaning at home they clearly needed extra love to get there. I also had to go back to exchange the two front seats because they had different wiring harness. Nonetheless Justin helped the entire time and kept me updated. I put it all together and I'm happy.
Let me start by saying the customer service was beyond awesome! Chris was very professional and an all around pleasure to deal with! It had been a struggle to find a rear end for a 2016 Cherokee and other local salvage yards said there were none around! One call to fenix and I was able to pick it up the next day! Working in the auto field I will be sending customers to y’all when ever they are looking for a used part! Thank you again!
The worst service ever , purchased an engine for an Audi 2013, all kind of troubles since day one because the intake manifold is not functioning properly, spent 5500$ on it and still spending, they took my turbo charger and never paid me back the 275$ for it as we agreed. The sale representative Johnny Dennett keep repeating that the damage part are not covered while it’s well written on my invoice that every part replaced includes our standard 6 months unlimited mileage protection at no additional cost . Now he is saying that those parts are not included , well when I called to purchase the engine he never explained that , moreover he ghost me many time and never replied my emails until I call back . I will never deal with your company and strongly I don’t advice anyone to do so . Waste of time and money . Unprofessional
This was an absolutely fantastic experience. I had been looking for hood to match my Jeep Compass for a couple of months. EBay was between 600 and 700 dollars with shipping and most of the car places around this area wanted 500 to 700 for a hood that was painted with primer which means another couple of hundred to get it painted. New England Auto & Truck Recyclers was recommended to me by a friend. When I called Jay Ablaza answered the phone. He asked me the right questions and helped me find the information he needed to see if they had the correct hood for me. His attitude and the price he quoted me made it a quick and easy decision. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone searching for car parts. Thank you so very much Jay!!!!!
Tried to save money and purchased an old AC Compressor for my 2006 Honda Civic from here to have my Mechanic install it. Was never offered a Labor protection either. Did not work. Returned it for a full refund- no problem. BUT it costed me an additional $150 (additional labor and charging) to have my Mechanic reinstalled a new refurbished compressor and he was very reasonable. Working perfect now. DO NOT get a used electrical part!!! Update 9/28/2018: Jay called me personally and resolved my issues. Excellent customer service! I would come back and purchase all my auto parts here without hesitation!
I just want to share my experience with you. I had many emails back and forth with Jay. He was able to provide all the information along with pictures of my parts that I needed. Shipping was great, I received my part in one day. ( less than 24 hours). He was a pleasure to do business with. I stronger would be back for additional needed parts. Thanks for the great service. Called NEATR looking for a part for my truck. Jay answered the phone. They didn't have the part on hand but he'd find one. He called me a few minutes later said he'd have it the next morning. I said to get it. He called the next morning when it arrived. Promises made, and kept. Price was right, service was excellent. And when I asked him to load it, he didn't complain a single word. Called Jay a second time for a new bumper, found one immediately and had it within 2 days. We knew it was coming with some damage, Jay wasn't there for pickup, but made sure to check in on it being OK with in a day or 2 and made sure to offer exchange it it wasn't OK. It was. Excellent service.
I ordered a complete rear seat set for my 2004 BMW X5 from Jay. Ordering was easy and he was cool to work with. Told me the seats were in good shape and they were! The set arrived via freight in a couple days, and in great condition right to my front door. No surprises and nothing was ripped. Saved me thousands from buying new or getting repaired. Thank you!
Fabulous, organized, professional business!! I could not be more pleased. Jay offered the best customer experience. I purchased a soft top fo my Jeep, Jay validated it was the right one and would fit completely and that all parts and screws were included. He also introduced me to Dan who was one of the mechanics who patiently and respectfully explained how to install the soft top. I was a bit stressed out the day I picked up the part and Jay and Dan helped to calm me down and save the day!!! Thank you both!
Poor quality control, even poorer communication. Once a happy and regular wholesale commercial customer of NEATR between the 2 automotive businesses I own, Now a sincerely dissatisfied never to return customer of the new company under its new ownership Fenix. Low enough quality control here now to actually deliver a $2500 used engine that was never run tested prior to dismantling, and then openly admit that it’s just normal procedure when asked about it. An 18 hour install later and the engine purchased was in worse condition than the unit I was replacing- management couldn’t have cared less about the labor and material costs my business incurred from their (apparently intentional) lack of quality control. I was told that since I didn’t purchase the “labor warranty” which was pitched to me by a salesman saying “you don’t need the labor warranty, right?” on a recorded call at the time of purchase. But ok, sure.. maybe it’s just bad on me for not buying a warranty that is apparently designed and sold as a means to justify pulling and shipping parts with no knowledge of their actual condition. Anyway, after jumping through a few hoops to prove it was their part and in fact defective, they did send a replacement unit but with undocumented miles- even though my initial purchase was specifically ordered for its similar mileage to the vehicle it was going to be installed in.. Multiple calls to corporate, the warranty dept, my salesperson, and the local branch manager all ended with “we’ll have the regional sales manager contact you ASAP” which never happened.. Would’ve been satisfied with a simple call back from the sales manager with something that even resembled acknowledgment of their part in this scenario and a reassurance this kinda thing wouldn’t happen going forward, but nope.. Long story short, I would not recommend Fenix to anyone with used parts needs that want reassurance that the product will be in working order when received, or that the company has any interest in communicating with you when it’s not. I fully intend to share this story with all of the vehicle dealers we provide repair services to and will intentionally overlook their name going forward when quoting any job involving used parts. We don’t operate our businesses this way and simply choose not to patronize those who do. Hope this review helps someone who may be on the fence about a big purchase with them.
I wanted to replace the beat up seats in my truck with a newer model's. I made an inquiry using the online form and got a quick response. I had additional questions and instead of replying back with email, my salesman Jay Ablaza called me. He asked me what I was looking for and made every effort to understand my needs. We settled on a price that was less than half the price I saw for similar gently used seats on that famous internet auction site. I called on a Friday and we made arrangements for me to pick them up on Tuesday. This was a leap of faith, as I paid in advance over the phone and it was an hour and a half drive. I was not disappointed. Jay came out, shook my hand, and an employee loaded the seats into the back of my truck. The seats were exactly what I was looking for, and they were in great condition, just as advertised. I do all the repairs for our vehicles at home and if I am ever in need of quality used auto parts, the first place I will call is New England Auto & Truck Recyclers. Jay and the team impressed me enough I found myself needing to write a review to help others.
I was looking for a part for my car. I had the good fortune to find the "New England Auto & Truck Recyclers" webpage, sent them an email and promptly I got a response indicating they had the part. I had the real pleasure of interfacing with Justin Roy. If I would have to rate him between 1 to 10 being 10 EXCEPTIONAL, I give Justin 11! I have some experience in the Customer Support field. Justin gets the Golden Trophy because: He was pleasant, prompt, and enthusiastic. I can sense that he is passionate doing his job and individuals like him, in large or small company, can make a great difference. If I would be looking for another part for my car.. with no doubt I would contact him.. and I will encourage others to bring their business to New England Auto & Truck Recyclers. If I would have my company, I would do anything possible to hire Justin.. Well, if you have to buy a part for your car, they make it easy. After my son cracked the wheel on our Jeep Cherokee, I found a website that said NEATR had one. My wife called them to verify they had it and I drove up and sealed the deal. Upon arrival, I didn’t have the order number but Justin Roy remembered my wife’s name from her call 2 hours earlier!! Good customer service!
The crew at New England Auto & Truck are awesome. I have been in the body shop and insurance industry for 30+ years and my experiences with this parts vendor have always been great. They care about my business and deliver their parts without surprises. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of parts for their personal car or any shop looking for a good used part vendor. I usually deal with Dan there, but all the guys are really good to work with. A+++
My husband and I bought a front console for our super duty truck and we dealt with Jay. He was super nice excellent customer service. He went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and was there to help in any way. If you want truck parts I’d 100% recommend using these people. Place is a joke. I ordered 2.doors for my truck after it was hit. Found the doors online. They were described as "A" condition and when I called was told that the doors were clean, no scratches , dents or damage. Was told that I could pick them up on Wednesday. Drove 2 hours 30 minutes only to get there and see that, not only were they all scratched to hell but also one of the bottom corners was folded over. Told them that these were not the doors I ordered. Was told that the damage happened when they were shipped from their New York yard. However, the damaged corner had rust where the paint had cracked off. Rust doesn't happen overnight. Then they tried to take $100 off of the price if I kept them. Not payin $1000 for damaged parts! Also, the doors that I bought had no markings or badges on them in the photos. However, the doors they tried to give me had the Ecoboost badge on it. Talk about bait and switch.
My Tundra fender had been damaged and needed to be fixed or replaced. I spoke with Jay and he was able to get the fender I needed instead of paying a lot of money for dent removal and body repair. I couldn't believe that they had the fender (and in the exact color) in their inventory. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and price that NEATR and Jay provided. Quick and easy!

Ordered parts for my 2015 Nissan Altima. Fender was spot on, packaged extremely carefully and arrived in perfect condition. Mirror was the wrong color unfortunately. Called customer service and spoke with Jay and apparently the color one I ordered was damaged and not what the description listed it as. They sent me a unit in perfect condition so that was a plus. Jay corrected the problem quickly and professionally. If I ever need parts again that I can't find locally I'll definitely be giving these guys a call. Excellent customer service, easy to navigate webpage, quick shipping. Don't hesitate to give these guys a call!
Can't say enough about the great customer service I received from Jay and Hugo at NE Auto & Truck. After talking on the Chat option with Hugo and getting all the info on a fender that I needed, I ordered the part online unsure of the condition on a fender. It looked to be in good shape in the pictures on the site, but I couldn't tell if there was any damage. Jay called me to let me know of the blemishes on the Fender and just to be sure, he sent me several photos to make sure I knew what I was getting. That added customer service made it a much easier decision on purchasing a used auto body part online. Plus the shipping was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. They get two thumbs up from me!
So we bought a tail light which turned out to be wrong, decided to drive out and see about getting the right one. Sales Manager was super helpful and was able to insure we ordered right part and got it replaced within a few days. NEATR is a great option to save some money vs OEM parts. Great website and super helpful if you make the journey there.
I called and was looking for a Front Passenger door for a 2012 Toyota Corolla. Dan was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. He even taught me a few things I didn’t know. He found me the exact same color and style for replacement on my car. He was very kind and sent me several photos of different doors to let me pick what I wanted. I will definitely do business again with Dan and NEAT. More company’s should have employees like Dan. BRAVO
I worked with salesman Jay Ablaza to find a fender for a Chevy cruze. He located a new fender at a different yard they have in New York and had the fender ready for pick up a day after I ordered it. Super fast turnaround especially considering the part was still on the vehicle when I ordered it. Very cool. Jay was helpful and super nice. Great communication.
I spent months looking for matching fender for my Audi. A salesman named Jay posted the part online and sold it to me below market value. I hit some traffic on my way to pick it up and wasn't going to be able to make it before they closed- I called to let them know and the parts guy "Dan" let the owner know I would be there after hours. The owner stayed late to let me pick it up! Fair pricing, friendly staff, and excellent customer service earns them 5 stars.
