My battery died at 3:20pm. I called Advance Auto in Whitinsville and Brandon told me that my battery was under warranty. Brandon shared that I could come in and that he would replace and install a new battery for free. I jump started my dead battery one last time at 5:30pm, drove to Advance Auto, and Brandon, in 25 degree cold, replaced the battery, installed new battery hold-down bolts, and did it all at no charge. Brandon could not have been nicer. I will always do my automotive shopping at Advance Auto. Thank you Brandon for a GREAT experience!
Bob at the Whitinsville Advance Auto Parts was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, patient, helped me choose the perfect windshield wipers and he also helped me sign up for an awesome warranty. He processed my warranty information thoroughly and stayed friendly and calm — and he even offered to install my wipers in 10-degree weather!! Excellent customer service- Bob is a great asset to this business. I’ll definitely be back!

staff member seemed miserable that I even asked him to help me double check what air filter I needed, ignored my sentences and just made me feel like a women didn’t belong there. Hated every minute of that experience and after scrolling thru the reviews to see it was the manager, definitely won’t be back!

Currently, the store is still closed when it should be open. I am not sure if anyone is actually here. The lights are on inside, door is locked and no employee cars here. Several customers have come and gone since I have been waiting here. Looks like I will also need to go somewhere else.

Came in for a fix a flat can so i could make it home for the night. Fjori came outside to help me after i could not install it myself. The fix a flat can did not work so he took the extra mile and got a plug tire kit and installed it for me making me go home safe that night. One of the best guys at that store!!
Ross is absolutely incredible. My car window wasn't working, it was stuck all the way down. He ran through diagnostics, researched the fuse box, and eventually went to test the window switch for himself. He was super thorough, and in just a flash, he fixed my biggest nightmare. He was absolutely fantastic and so kind towards me. Highly recommend this place for anything your car might be having an issue with, thank you Ross and other associates as well!!!

This is the go to place if you have ANY car issues or questions on certain parts or anything!!!! This guy named Fjori helped me change my battery and headlight and informed me about the extended warranty on both of them.The employees are amazing, extremely friendly, VERY intelligent, outgoing, and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place.
Truly blown away by this experience. Started my 2912 Rav this morning, and the check engine came on. I’m sure everyone can agree that starting the morning in such a matter can be stressful to say the least. However, I brought my car to Advance to run the diagnostic scanner, and when I entered the store, I was warmly greeted and received. Specifically, Shawn, who ran the diagnostics, and gave me very sound and solid advice as to how to address the “dirty” 02 sensor, (premium gas and an engine cleaner) before having it evaluated by a dealer, was very reassuring.
Shawn, amazing customer service, and your kindness was very much appreciated. Thank you for providing me with sound direction, that I could address immediately.
Picture this: it's 90 degrees outside. My lifelong New Englander constitution cannot handle such oppressive heat. What reprieve do I have from this agony? Only the 2007 Yaris in my driveway, the one air conditioned space in my possession. And yet, when I venture out on a local drive, the air blowing from the vents is tepid, not the brain-freeze-level frigidness I so desire. Taking matters into my own hands, I watch a 4-minute YouTube video on how to recharge an A/C, and conclude that I can handle this DIY fix. Where to purchase the material? In the vast directory of car supply shops I have in my memory, Advance Auto Parts pops up first. Perhaps my brain stores things alphabetically.
I called ahead to ask if they had what I needed (A/C recharger), and they did. When I arrived, a man named Van helped me find what I need, choose the right size recharger, and gave me some tips on how to use it. He is not legally allowed to help me with the repair, so to any authorities reading this, I can attest that he absolutely did NOT help me take off the plastic tape or attach the hose to the canister. He in NO WAY showed me which valve to put the hose on, and there is NOT A CHANCE that he troubleshot the process when it appeared the valve was leaking. Despite absolutely NO help from Van (whom I worry felt forced into auto repair because of his name), I now have Arctic-like air blasting from the vents of my Yaris. I actually feel a little cold. Just the way a New England summer should be.
I cannot say enough about the staff here. We needed special order windshield wipers and not only did they get them for us ASAP they spent the time installing. Highly recommend!
Great service! Specifically, a huge shout out and thank you to Fjori. He has and continues to show outstanding customer service. He's helped me with several things in the past, most recently a new battery and alternator. He puts the customer first and it shows. Because of that I will continue to make AAA in town my go-to. He recognizes its not always about the sale, rather about the customer. Sales will follow if the customers feel heard and supported.

Cannot sing enough praise for this place! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Fjori!! He went the extra mile and was able to pop off the headlight cap thing so I could replace the dead bulb. I have been trying to get that thing off for WEEKS now.

I always come here for any parts I need. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They also offer some great services such as an engine light check and wiper install. Out of all the places in the area, this is easily my favorite!
Friendly staff, and they do the best they can to assist. Providing a four star only because it took over 15min to ring me out as they couldn’t find the part number to use to complete the transaction and even said they may not be able to sell it to me if they can’t find the sku to use. Luckily they did finally find it.
Lady who helped my husband had no clue about the difference between metric and US measurements. They are usually on par with their help and information, however, this person who helped my husband wasn't up to hearing what he had to say when he was explaining the difference. Overall though, they usually are a good place to shop.
These guys have helped me out of so many jams with my motorcycle. They'll literally lend you so many things to help you and everybody there is so cool. Here's the picture of the bike we're working on I got to stuff some wires but we're close!
Was not too impressed that apart that was supposed to take 3 days to come in took over 6 days. Then Within that time frame waiting for the part I found the part somewhere else purchased it then my part came in return my part only to find out that I had to pay the shipping charges on the part and that does not get reimbursed even though the part came in late. The people at the counter or somewhat helpful except I could not get refund my shipping charges they're telling me I have to call the corporate office. Had I known the part was going to take almost a week to come in and I was going to get charged shipping charges I would have purchased it elsewhere for a fraction of the cost!
