Excellent service, above and beyond. Concerning a service I’d requested, Jake found a service record from 14 months ago where that service was completed and thus not necessary now. I’d forgotten about that but Jake thought it had occurred. Good customer service saving me over $1,000. They did perform an excellent brake repair including replacing an incorrect caliper that had previously been installed by previous owner. Thank you for competent and honest customer service along with fine auto repair.

J & S Motors’ workers are highly skilled, friendly, professional, and honest, providing timely service at reasonable pricing. Their TV-equipped waiting room is clean, orderly, and comfortable. I strongly suggest their services!

I highly recommend J&S Motors. They were recommended by multiple friends and I finally gave them an opportunity and they did not disappoint. We had many issues with our vehicles before them and now our vehicles run like new despite having over 200k miles on them. They’re upfront with all their costs and never any surprises. Professional and always courteous.

I must say it again they are by far one of the best places you can deal with the hell with dealerships and stuff like that they know what they’re doing. Good people who explain everything needs to be done. Sometimes she wants stuff done that they see now that’s not necessary, so makes me feel good. Trust integrity all the things you look for in a business to deal with.

Always great work from routine maintenance items like oil change, tire change, alignment, etc. to more advanced issues. They'll provide recommendations on what is needed and what is optional to be fixed so you can make your decision on how to proceed. Pricing is much better than the dealerships.

I'm so thankful for J&S ! As someone who works 8-5 everyday, its super convenient to have after hours pick up/drop off and online payments, they do great work and do repairs/service quickly. I also appr3ciate thst their staff is knowledgable about Wranglers. Thank you!

I took my neighbors advice and I'm glad I did! I've gone there now on a number of occasions and each time has been a positive experience. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, accommodating, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone asking about and in need of a good reputable service station!

I moved to town a few years ago and needed a new car shop. Fortunately for me, J&S was the first shop I tried. They are always honest about what work needs to be done. I know there are cheaper shops around but I am happy to pay their reasonable prices knowing that it’s going to be done the right way the first time.

I've always had great service at J & S, and this was no different. It was easy to schedule, they called with a question about a procedure, and the car was ready when they said it would be. All work was explained, and the price was fair. I've recommended them for years, and will continue to do so.

When I called to ask about their experience with electrical problems on older Jeep Wrangler, they made me feel very comfortable that they’ve come across these situations before. When I showed up to drop off my jeep I also asked if I could have an inspection sticker as well as an oil and filter change. They were happy to accommodate me. They sent me an electronic estimate confirmation and then they got the work done and called me back by about 2 o’clock. They were awesome!
