Advance Auto Parts have two Hispanic employees, Miguel Robles and Israel Santiago that are trouble makers when them are on duty at the work in Advance Auto Parts in Main Street in Southbridge. All Southbridge know who is Miguel Robles but not by the good side. Israel Santiago is involved in troubles that he never knows what’s going on back to Miguel Robles; but Miguel Robles is not a good person and always use the services of the police in town to trying to show that he is an angel; but he is not a descent person, he has troubles with many people around because his attitude, inviting others to fight and when the others respond he use his cell phone for record at his convenience, he has no empathy, no honest, trouble maker, irresponsible with others, has no values and this guys makes that advance auto parts loose a good clients, descent people not going to enter and spend money in this business. Advance auto parts is not a good place for spend our money anymore and don’t need treats the good clients like a delinquents when have the delinquents like employees already in the store of Advance Auto Parts in Southbridge.

They are helpful and the store is always fully stocked.

Needed a car battery and installation done. Their mechanic was very friendly and helpful. The store clerk knew the process and got us going right away after the sale. Great service and recommendations.

I went to your Southbridge store to get transmission fluid, when I got there I was told that this transmission fluid would go in my car, when I got got home my husband told me that my manual said it was a different kind so I called and the guy told me he sold me the right kind... an hour later I had to double check and the guy Paul told me that I was sold the wrong kind. I bought it back and the clerk showed me in the computer that the first guy sold me the wrong kind of fluid... thank you to Paul who knows his job and saved me from a blown transmission. 6/16/2022

Great product selection. Friendly service. Clean store. A little pricey regarding their accessories products such as wheel cleaners, car wash supplies etc. They offer many brands of the same product lines, giving you many choices.

0 stars service. Cant return brand LED bulb with receipt in my hands week after a purchase, but they said its okey to return if not fit while i was buying that. Never come back. Amazon never ask questions

Go to CAP auto. This place doesn’t honor their warranty. When you ask for an explanation they will tell you to leave the store.

always there when I need them and with a bunch of older vehicles that happens a lot. most of the guys there are very knowledgeable and if I don't know what to do about something automotive related they always have a solution.
