This will be my go-to auto recycling yard from now on! Billy from the sales department provided tremendous help and support. He's also a super respectful and friendly guy along with the other employees who work here. Highly recommend Nationwide auto recycling to anyone in the New England area.

Nationwide provides great service. I needed my auto part for my car inspection and I called them and spoke with a gentleman by the name of CJ, a real top notch fellow, who after speaking with expedited the shipping of my order which by the way came two days after we spoke. And that's the kind of customer service every Co. should have if they want to keep loyal customers. If you ever need a part immediately, just call there and ask to speak with CJ, this guy will make sure order is shipped immediately.

Called them on a Thursday, lucky for me they were close by. I was able to pick up a transmission next day. Sales staff was very helpful, working with their sales representative Billy was super easy. The biggest thing I would remind everyone about is to follow the information on the back of the invoice for warranty.

My wife backed into the trashcan at the end of the driveway and broke her BMW taillight. Of course the BMW price is outrageous. I found Nationwide on eBay. What a GREAT experience with CJ. His customer service skills are #1!! I wrote to CJ on my concern with a part that I had purchased for my college son's 2009 Nissan Rogue. I explained my issue to CJ in regard to the misinformation that I was given by the dealer who scanned my son's vehicle and said that I needed to replace a BCM. Well not the case. CJ heard me out and explained that i could return the part for a full refund. Thank you CJ for saving the day and saving me money and displaying great customer service skills!!

I am from Jersey and drove out here to visit family, on the way out I had an unfortunate issue with the car which as everyone knows car issues= major stress. CJ helped me immensely with an issue. I ordered a driver side mirror for one of my cars, first one arrived defective possibly rough handling during shipment. I sent a message indicating the issue and a few hours later received a response, the following day another mirror showed up at my doorstep in perfect condition. Things happen, what counts is the ability and willingness to make it right and to follow through. Now I can drive my Benz without fear of sides wiping someone because of a defective mirror. Price was right customer service was impeccable. Personal thanks to CJ and thanks @nationwide auto recycling you have a great employee treat him right.

Highly recommend, Quick, Efficient, Accurate, and Competitively priced. Larry was very helpful in finding all the parts I needed for a very good price; he was patient through the whole process and sent detailed pictures of the items before scheduling the shipment. I was a bit weary in the beginning about freight shipping to CA, but the shipment arrived very professionally packaged and just as described without any damages. I have these guys bookmarked. I called Nick Massucco. He sent a tow truck the next day. Got a fair price. Selling it was faster and easier than I expected - 3 minute turnaround time. 'Glad to get some cash for the holidays and get it out of my driveway before the snow flies.

I highly recommend Nationwide if you are in need of a replacement engine. Unlike "brokers" they have their own inventory and are fully transparent of the engine's heritage and provide the VIN number of the donor car. Amber was great to deal with and was able to answer all my questions about the engine condition and their return and warranty policies. Upon request they provided the results of a compression test. Engine was palleted and delivered on time. So far no issues.
