The man called, sincerely asked me about my story, and he immediately went above and beyond to make me feel valued, Sincerely. The man overnighted the parts that I had needed. He apologized for my negative experience. That's a family owned business that DOES CARE. It was no less than 24hrs and I had a phone call from him. I can solidly say, that man is a stand up dude. I will again be repeat customer just based off the fact that I know if I was to have a problem then it will be handled properly. Major KUDOS to manager Alex and his sincerity. If your looking for tough to find vintage BMW parts give them a try. They are clean, professional and they actually give a damn. My son needed a pick-up bed for a 1999 F350 and had no luck finding one until I contacted Nationwide. They had one in great shape for a good price and Billy was wonderful to work with. The yard crew loaded the bed on our trailer without as much as a scratch. Service at it's best!

Kudos to Chris, I was looking for parts from a drivers seat for my 2007 Infiniti and Chris was quick in securing the only seat they had available for me! Called a Friday and the seat was at my auto repair shop by Tuesday, everything worked great with the seat I decided to have it installed completely! Called them on a Thursday, lucky for me they were close by. I was able to pick up a transmission next day. Sales staff was very helpful, working with their sales representative Billy was super easy. The biggest thing I would remind everyone about is to follow the information on the back of the invoice for warranty.

Larry was very helpful in finding all the parts I needed for a very good price; he was patient through the whole process and sent detailed pictures of the items before scheduling the shipment. Nationwide provides great service. I needed my auto part for my car inspection and I called them and spoke with a gentleman by the name of CJ, a real top notch fellow, who after speaking with expedited the shipping of my order which by the way came two days after we spoke. And that's the kind of customer service every Co. should have if they want to keep loyal customers. If you ever need a part immediately, just call there and ask to speak with CJ, this guy will make sure order is shipped immediately.

I am from Jersey and drove out here to visit family, on the way out I had an unfortunate issue with the car which as everyone knows car issues= major stress. I spoke with Billy to help me with the part I was looking for and he was amazing. He was kind, helpful and quick to get back to me on what I needed. The facility is beautiful and organized. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had purchasing. I worked with Scott, he was great all around in service and professionalism. I ordered a hood on Saturday and received it Wednesday. It was incredibly well packed on a pallet and in perfect condition. They even included all the hardware (hinges, latch, etc) for no additional charge. I can't say enough good things about them.

I purchased an awesome set of wheels on eBay from Nationwide Auto Recycling for my 2013 BMW 328i. They look and ride excellent on my car. My correspondence with David gave me confidence in my decision to make the online purchase. I highly recommend Nationwide if you are in need of a replacement engine. Unlike "brokers" they have their own inventory and are fully transparent of the engine's heritage and provide the VIN number of the donor car. Amber was great to deal with and was able to answer all my questions about the engine condition and their return and warranty policies. Upon request they provided the results of a compression test. Engine was palleted and delivered on time. So far no issues.

My wife backed into the trashcan at the end of the driveway and broke her BMW taillight. Of course the BMW price is outrageous. I found Nationwide on eBay.
