Phenomenal customer service and work on foreign vehicles. He has been helping me with my BMW 320I for a few years now. Regular maintenance to anything more specific. Joe and his team are great and I highly recommend that anyone needing work to bring it to them. He is incredibly fair with prices as well!

They are a good alternative to foreign car companies service garages. They have the diagnostic equipment needed to diagnose your ride and the experience needed to fix it, without the excessive cost associated with company service garages.

Great people and mechanics, took my bmw in for a full 60k service and they had it done in a day. The car is running as smooth as ever and upon pick up the guys out front were great! Will definitely be going back for any future work!

Huntoon diagnosed and repaired a speed sensor issue on out Jetta TDI for us. The car is running well now. Communication via text is excellent as long as you are prepared for it.approval of work came in via text and I did not know there would be more than one approval.This resulted in needing another appointment. It would have been better if I could have spoken to the mechanic for a minute or two. Other than that I would recommend Huntoon especially for European cars.

Great experience with Huntoon (previously with Joe) always. Have been bringing my car here since they were in Worcester. Great communication, easy to get clear explanations and estimates, and about what's wrong and needs to be fixed.

I have to say these guys are “THE BEST”. They know what they are doing and they do a great job doing it. I highly recommend them. I had numerous problems going on with my Mini and they took the time to figure out what was going on. They were also accommodating with my difficult schedule. I have been to them a number of times and I wouldn’t go any where else. This is not just a fluff review. I truly am a grateful and satisfied client.

These guys are perfectionists - I have been bringing my BMW 650i to them for a few years now and they are extremely knowledgeable and thorough and much less expensive than the BMW dealership. Travis usually works on my car and he is fantastic.

I work across the street and my tire was on the rim from the car sitting for a while. I didn’t wanna drive the car to my usual shop and risk bending the rim and damaging the tire. Gave them a call last minute and they said they would look at it. Filled my tire with air and didn’t try to sell me anything. I tried to give them 10 bucks for their time but they said it was all good. Glad to see there are still good business with good ethics.

I have been using Joe for my cars for a couple decades. I was a little skeptical to keep going here after Joe sold the business to his lead mechanic. My 2016 X5 recently passed 100k miles and I figured it was time for some routine maintenance. I usually DIY my work but was struggling on how to do the transmission fluid and filter change and decided to defer to the professionals. Dealer quoted $1872 for the transmission and transfer case fluid(s) and filter change. Joe's quoted ~$1000 for the same work. When I quoted the same parts to do it myself I was looking at ~$600 in parts alone so this seemed very fair!. I also had a check engine light for an evaporative emissions issues which they diagnosed and fixed for the cost of the part and 1 hour labor. We're going on 2 months since they did the work and all is still good. Quality shop with quality people. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there in the future. Thanks for the great service.

I’ve been going to joe’s auto service for over 10 years .Its always great service ,always on point with what’s wrong with the car and very reasonable price. He is a specialist when it comes to the high end European cars. I recommend this place to all my family and friends that have European cars and they all seems very happy. Joe saved me 17g on my 2020 Mercedes. The dealership made several mistakes on a previous engine repair. Joe read through the documentation and was able to find the errors that were made. He was very patient and explained everything step by step and went through the whole process with me as I contacted the dealership. These were errors made that the service manager at the Mercedes dealership were trying to hold me responsible for and were refusing to cover my broken engine (an engine which broke a second time)under warranty. I am eternally grateful to him. The dealership is covering the engine under warranty due to his knowledge and expertise. He saved me 17g! I highly recommend him to anyone who has an issue. Joe is a great mecánico who has serviced my BMW 650 for many years. His shop saved us thousands of dollars compared to dealer prices with terrific results. If something in the car doesn't work as planned after the service he takes the car again until you’re satisfied . I reccomend Joe for European cars 100%.

Joe is a car genius! I was driving up the the Cape for a family vacation when the electrical system in my BMW X5 started blinking and warned me that further driving was not possible. While waiting for a tow from AAA, I contacted Joe's Auto Service based on our location and google reviews. Valerie, who answered the phone, suggested that I text Joe directly, due to some timing factors. He called me immediately and let me know that he would look at it right away and see if he could get us back on the road. Long story short (too late already, I know!), Joe got it fixed, staying until after 7 pm to get us back on the road to our vacation. He gave me a price that was more than fair (who's going to argue about that?) and taught me a lot about my car as he discovered and fixed what turned out to be a very unusual and complicated issue, mainly to what a previous owner installed. In the meantime. Valerie hosted us in the office like company. She chatted with us and offered a charging cord, water, soda, and coffee. Together they made a horrible situation a lot more pleasant! I wish I could move this shop closer to my home - I wouldn't buy or service another car without letting Joe look at it first, and hanging out with Valerie while I did.

Joe is great to work with. He is responsive and easy to reach when you need him. I went to him for an electrical repair on my Audi Q3 after having a bad experience with the dealership and I can definitely say I will continue to go to Joe for my auto repair needs. He went through many hoops to get my car repaired and kept me updated along the way. I would highly recommend going to Joe with your foreign car instead of getting taken for a ride with a dealership. He’s honest and fair but more importantly, he knows what he’s doing. You won’t find that at your dealership’s service department.

Joe is great! We got stuck on the highway on Thanksgiving weekend on the home to NYC. We found Joe's Auto Service online and we got towed there. He was really nice, took a look really fast and fixed our BMW X5 in a day. We are really thankful for him and his crew. He is professional and fast. Highly recommended!

I saw Joe had good reviews and decided to bring my 2011 X5 that I had recently bought (below market val) through a friend's friend. It has 168k miles on it and I really didn''t know the service history but just knew it was running rough and the engine light was tripped on. Joe ran the same dealer diagnostics he used when he was tenured at BMW Sudbury. He quickly saw familiar results - sensors basically showing a dirty engine and dirty oil. Not only did he fix the problem through an oil "flush" and fuel/oil treatments, but he also took the time to educate me about BMW's and my technology package. The price was fair and I'm certain less than a dealer would have charged. It's running smooth and feels like brand new. He even said, "You have been blessed," when handing back my keys. It's true, I thank God this car "dropped in my lap" but also that I found Joe.

I have use Joe for all my repairs on my 2005 BMW 530i over the past five years. He is a BMW repair genius. My car has 237,000 miles on it and still runs like a top thanks to Joe. He diagnosis all my issues quickly and fixes them correctly and at a reasonable price. He is also a very nice person to deal with.

If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. I have had a series of bad experiences with car mechanics and this is the best experience I have ever had. For over 7 months I’ve had a problem with my ‘07 338xi that no other place could seem to diagnosis. The dealership also wouldn’t give me the time of day. I found Joe through amazing reviews and I was not disappointed. Valerie was so amazing at they front desk and I felt at ease leaving my car there. I was afraid I was going to get a crazy estimate that I couldn’t afford and was so happy to find out that my seemingly “impossible” problem was solved so quickly and for a price that I couldn’t get anywhere else. Joe also told me his great prices for oil changes that is $50 less than I currently spend. I would never take my BMW to any other place. I felt respected, listened to, and never taken advantage of. Best experience ever, I will be returning for my next oil change and any work done in the future!

I noticed the other day some blue smoke behind the car. It really does not smell very good. This means that my E60 N62B48 engine is burning oil. Typically after accelerating from prolonged idling, like sitting at a really long stop light or stop and go traffic. Only get puffs of smoke after idling for an extended time. If Blue Smoke appears all the time engine is running then the first thing to check is the CCV (Crank Case Vent) Valve. If Smoke from Exhaust appears after car has been parked for a while and the engine is not a diesel this would suggest bad Valve Seals. Sounds like valve stem seals to me. Didn't believe it! Joe and his team do a good work on my BMW. I am pretty sure the rate and support you will receive from Joes will be very competitive and up to your expectation. I would highly recommend to anyone!
