I have been a steady customer with them for the past three years. We have had brake work done there, engine work done there, inspections and oil changes. I went in today to get my car inspected. It passed inspection, thankfully, but they forgot to reset the warning in my car. All it takes is to plug in device and just clear it and it should’ve been done the minute the inspection was completed. When I got in my car to leave, I noticed it. I went inside and I asked him if they could please reset it, because it will keep going off until it is. The owner came out and said it was a car problem, not his problem. Obviously he really doesn’t know BMW‘s because they give you a warning when something is due. Then he very rudely said “ I have way more work than I can do so you’ll have to come back on Monday”. He was very rude. It takes two seconds to reset it and if they had done it like they should’ve done it right after the inspection it would not have been an issue. I thought they were the best garage in the area, and even if he was having a bad day, you don’t take it out on your customers. I am a business owner as well, you have to be extra careful when you’re a Business Owner not to take your personal issues out on clients or customers. I hope he has more work than he can handle because he just lost mine. My business is just important as anybody else’s
Stopped in for an inspection sticker and they were fast and friendly. Also, very welcoming and patient with young, curious kids. A cozy waiting room with a tv and a comfy little couch. We'll be back!
Best garage in the area and I’m comfortable saying it’s not even close. Their labor rate is very fair, and they’ve always been completely honest. There’s been plenty of times where I brought my vehicles there thinking something was wrong, only for them to look into it and inform me that everything was fine, and they were always right. They also never do any extra work without calling me to confirm it’s something I want done. I’ve never felt like I was in danger of getting screwed going to this garage, and I wish I had a mechanic this good near my new home
Our car and business is just as important as any- I understand you are a busy garage however I feel we got pushed aside quite a bit. 2 months to diagnose and fix timing ? Also the communication needs to improve. You guys checked everything BUT the timing for quite sometime- but all the sudden when I start hammering down and calling everyday and annoying the britches off you it magically got done in a weeks time ? I don’t like to be that person - but ! Our total for the job is in the thousands- we’re paying you a good chunk, 2 months is crazy
I was highly recommended to The Garage and I'm glad because I finally have a garage I can trust with my car..From here on out I will be having them work on my car whenever I need something fixed or checked out..Renee and Todd are great people and I highly recommend them if your looking for a garage that's trustworthy and not going to rip you off I suggest you give them a call! :)
Great place- I was in a pinch when my car was breaking down as I was driving down 122. I was so thankful for the kindness they showed as they went out of their way to help me and make sure I was able to get home! Labour wasn't the cheapest, but they did an awesome job repairing my car asap, and honestly, my experience was worth the price.
The Garage came highly recommended by a friend of mine and I have been beyond impressed. They have gone out of their way to make things easier each time that I've brought my vehicles in, and their customer service is just excellent. This business is among the best of the best, by far.
We have been using them for years best service around hands down the only bad review on here is someone trying to steal buisness don't listen to em this place will keep your car running for the rest of it's life these guys!!!
