Ordered tires online to save on mounting and balance fees, canceled my order and was told to have them delivered to my house and bring them in, day on the phone for a total of 30 min being hung up on and moved around departments, Never had the chance to schedule an appointment.

Incompetent employees. They can't distinguish the difference between a used and new tire and try convining me to purchase something i repeatedlysaid was irrelevantto the appointment. They are rude to customers and deliberately waste people's time. I have never seen anything like it in my life. A call to ethics would do justice...

I stopped by the Walmart Auto Service Center and had a great experience. The manager, Angel, really stood out. He handles customers with ease, explains everything clearly, and stays patient no matter how busy it gets. Zurich was also super helpful and easy to talk to. Both of them made the whole visit smooth. Thanks to Angel and Zurich for the great service. I appreciate it.

Just don’t go! I had a 7 AM appointment and even called the day before to double-check. I drove 40 minutes to get my tires replaced — tires I had bought from Walmart online and shipped directly to this location. When I arrived on time, it took them about 30 minutes to tell me that only one technician was there and he couldn’t replace the tires by himself. The other technician wouldn’t arrive until 10 AM. I asked if I could at least get an oil change to make the trip worth it, but the technician refused because he was alone. I honestly didn’t know what to say.

The customer service is pathetic, I felt like they care the least. I was a bit late, which definitely was my fault but rather than offering me a reschedule, they looked like they wanted to get rid of me. At one point I felt like it was a racial attitude, I am never going to try there again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Angel, the manager of the service center for the time being, had absolutely no understanding of what our issue was. Per our scheduled appointment, we were within the time frame. I understand they may reply and attempt to defend, but we have evidence that we will be taking to the better business bureau. In the meantime, please avoid this service center at all costs and go to one of the many affordable local options nearby.

Wait a week to change a tire while trying to sell me a new tire i dont need that doesn't match the other three already on my car. After flooding our communities with a Walmart, Pet smart, PetCo CVS, Dunkin Donuts or Hannaford on every corner and price out the mom and pop shops, after making record profits during Covid, they fold up and leave us and our communities in food and pharmacy or service deserts. Its never enough money because their jobs are to make more money for their shareholders. Thank you for our loyalty, this is what we get for it.

Used to love going here. Kill two birds one stone. This location and quality of employees dropped off a cliff. I spoke with the only woman that works there earlier in the day inquiring about cost of a few services. I asked if they were super busy, she said no, I said ok I will be there in a few. When I arrive, I say we just spoke on the phone, I'd like an oil change. She responds with "do you have an appointment?". I did not. Because 2 or 3 months ago you could just walk in. She says the soonest available appt is Wednesday. I ask if they can fit me in. She says they are super busy. They weren't. There wasnt a single person in the waiting area. There were no cars parked over in the auto care parking areas. All 7 of the employees were standing in a circle talking shit about anything and everything. I am pretty sure walmart likes making money. And I am pretty sure corporate gets a little bent out of shape if one person is standing around. They would love to know they had 7 or 8 dudes not doing anything for the entirety of my time shopping yesterday. TLDR walmart auto care used to be a service i would recommend. Staff is very rude, customer service went out the window. And its no longer convenient.

The worst experience I had with costumer service and AUTO SERVICE. I made and appointment to change my tires which I couldn’t make it in time; through my Walmart app then I spoke with an costumer service agent online and I requested to reschedule my appointment, the agent then replied that I would have a 24 hour window to still be able to be attended, I said ok and then I stoped everything I was doing which I was studying for a college exam next day and I run to Walmart (25 min from where I live) getting there, I was told that they could not do anything for me since I missed my appointment, I said yes but I was willing to reschedule and the agent told me that I could certainly still be seen, I showed all the messages in my app to them and they still told that they could do nothing to help me, I asked to speak with manager and they came with Coach Jennifer, which was not very receptive to this and just told me that I had missed my appointment and that’s it, and that speaking through the app with agent would make no difference since they have their own costumer service, she was quite rude, and her and the auto service staff just were looking at me, I felt an complete stupid driving 25 min to there and another 25 coming back home for nothing. I can’t understand how you use the service in the app called Walmart then you go to a store with the same name “Walmart” and they just act as they are completely different companies. I’d have been happy to have it rescheduled to another day when I requested, however for company’s fault they told me to go I just lost time and gas. Don’t recommend at all.

Ordered tires they couldn't find my tires they lady was unhelpful and rude asked her to cancel she told me do it myself.wont ever deal with them again ended up going to Firestone walked out with better tires and better service

Worst place to get tires from. Walked into the auto shop Jan 27, 2025 requested to buy 2 new tires and have installed. Was told they don't due walk ins but can schedule me. We reviewed what tires Ironman 225/65R17 to be installed I was scheduled for Jan 30th 3pm. Recieved a confirmation call Jan 30th asking me what the service appointment was suppose to done and then which tires were suppose to be put on. After reaffirming everything I show up and they don't carry said tires in store when I was told they were what was stock. Most Useless team.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star absolutely incompetent in customer service and ability to work on a car. I wouldn’t even trust them to open your hood and check your oil let alone drive it/work on it. Schedule or organization doesnt mean anything to them

Made an appointment online a week ago for 8 tires on 2 vehicles. Spent almost $900 total, and when we went to ship them just my 4 tires had to be shipped to my house. We called walmart.com and they were unable to help, so we brought 4 tires to our appointment. At our appointment we were told they only have 1 tire, but after 3 hours found all 4. They said we didn't have 2 appointments only 1 at noon. So I showed them confirmation and that's when I asked for management and met Kay. Kay was the most determined employee and so helpful because we finally got out of there 3.5 hours after our appointment. Walmart. Com was unable to help in anyway and we were charged twice anyway with a refund promised in the coming days. Kay continued fighting to get all 8 tires installed for us, but he was only able to get so far so to Walmart website issue. Kay in the auto department deserves employee of the month and a bonus!! He goes above and beyond to help each and every customer and we couldn't have handled this without him. I am horrified the corporate didn't offer anything besides a $25 dollar off online only with a purchase of $50 dollars. My husband took time off work for this and nearly 4 hours is insane. Am I the only one buying tires? No, so this will happen again. I will not be coming back. No one should be giving them money, your being robbed in the end.

If I could give zero I would. The staff is unhelpful and ignorant. I scheduled a tire change but it kept getting canceled by them as the tires “went missing”. After I canceled it as Walmart suggested, the tires suddenly reappeared there. Now I had to repurchase them and have received them in my home, but I still can’t make an appointment right because they don’t pick up the phone and the appointments changes dates due to their system quality. Very disappointed and tired of the multiple useless trips I had to make.

Price was ok. Great to have aams day availability to schedule an oil change. Cost only $70 for full synthetic and one walmart tire replacement! best or most decent prices i know

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered 4 new tires on Jan 5 and scheduled an appointment to have them installed on Jan 13. Showed up for my appt and waited an hour before they told me my tires hadn’t been delivered. Instead of checking ahead of time and letting me know before I showed up to my appt and waited, they told me to call back today to check if they had been delivered. Called the store at least 10 times and had someone from the auto care center pick up and hang up twice on me. Ended up calling Walmart’s corporate number, told them about the entire issue and had them look into the order so I could just know if they had been delivered. Ended up getting the order refunded and bringing my car elsewhere. Spend the extra money and get the service you deserve, I would’ve had new tires if I would’ve stuck with Town Fair Tire. Beware of this store!

Great staff, fairly priced, quick work, good products. Look out for or avoid Facebook and small shop scammers (selling used tires) and just go here for new tires at a similar cost.

I scheduled an appointment for 3:15pm with Lunenburg Walmart Automotive to have four new tires mounted. I arrived at 2:45pm and stood in line until 3:20pm just to check in. My car was finally taken into the bay at 5:15pm. They were taking all of the walk-ins before their scheduled appointments. Five minutes later I noticed my tires being tossed into my trunk. I was told by the mechanic that he couldn't remove a rear lug nut. He said, "I don't know what to tell you." After over three hours, I left with nothing being done. Heated would be an understatement. No one ever answers the phone, and much of the staff sit in the small, locked side office while the area fills with customers. If there are six mechanics on, you're lucky to see two in the bay. They all act as if they hate their jobs, or the store, or the customers, perhaps all of the above. In a sense I dodged a bullet. If their attitudes reflects their work, I probably wouldn't have made it home with four intact tires. Steer clear of this place.

I've been going here for years for my three cars' oil changes and tires. The prices are great! The service is poor. I usually have to call several times before someone answers the phone in order to schedule an appointment. While at the store, the wait times are usually pretty long but I don't mind because I always plan on shopping while I wait.

Refused to service my vehicle unless I get four tires instead of two, even though the front two are less than one year old. When I said I didn’t have money for 4 new tires at the moment they refused to help me initiate the return process for tires. I had to call customer service to get a refund.

Went in to have new tires put on. The guy said they can't do it. Only by appointment. I said there's no one here, all the bays are empty. and those 2 guys are just sitting there doing nothing. Said sorry can't do it. Walmart just lost out on 4 tire purchase. Laziest place

I got tires rotation for my car at this location. It only costed $10, but I had to pay $344 to repair "locked" engine hood at other shop because it would not open after my car visiting here. So, supposely, it is uncessary to open the engine hood to do the tire rotation, not sure what they have done on my car.

Worst experience ever. I waited 1 hour before I just walked out of there. Not only did they over charge the two women before me but I didn't have much time. So I asked manager if he could just change my tire, and I would put it on the car myself. Well, and up waiting another half an hour. There was about 6 or 7 employees just standing around. Poorest work ethic I've ever seen. Manager was no help either.....! The only reason they have one star is because one have to put something in order leave a review....!

Update: don't count on getting a 'free tire rotation' I got there today at 2pm on a Friday and it was a 3 hour wait. I went home and did the rotation myself in 1 hour. You cannot make appointments for rotations. I found a good deal on tires, $45 each. I ordered them online, and went to have them installed. From start to finish it was about 1.5 hours, and I was a walk in because I was told appointments have to be scheduled at least 24 hours prior. Mounting and balancing and disposal of 4 old tires was about $55, so overall I'm happy even though it took a long time to finish the job.

I am the last person that will complain about anything but my experience today was atrocious. I came in 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and requested a balance and to have my tires looked at to see if I needed to replace any. The lady at the front counter was pleasant and came back a couple minutes after taking my cars and said it looked like I’d need the two front tires replaced, which was great because I thought I’d need all four. She also said it would be about an hour and a half, which I thought was long but once again I don’t complain AND I know nothing about cars. So about 9:20 I asked how much longer and the woman tells me my car is next 🤬🤬🤬 it hadn’t even started getting worked on and I had a SCHEDULED appointment at 8!!! So once again, even though I have others things to do today I don’t complain and ask how long and she says maybe about 45 minutes. A couple of minutes later I see my car pull in and a little bit later a mechanic comes in to talk to her and I overhear him saying that they couldn’t find my tires... I am now on the verge on flipping out (mind you I’m also a tired, cranky pregnant lady). They ended up finding my tires and finally started working in my car at about 9:50 only for the mechanic to come in to talk to me once he removed the tires and ask why I was replacing the front tires. He was very nice and let me know they was very little wear and sidewall damage on one of the back tires. WHAT THE HECK!!! He told me he didn’t want me to buy tires I didn’t need and he apologized for the wait and was completely unaware that I had an appointment... so clearly the woman up front wasted over two hours of my time (as I’m still waiting to have my tires put back on) AND doesn’t communicate with her coworkers. I have never posted a review in the past about any business but my experience today was so horrendous that it needed to be shared. I hope no one else has to go through this and I more than appreciate the honesty and apology from the mechanic. It’s really unfortunate that one bad apple ruined it for the bunch in this case. END RANT!

I put my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and a headlight bulb replacement. I left it overnight, I wasn't in a hurry. They only did an oil change. Never told me that my tires could not be rotated because of the wear and never touched the headlight. Lousy service and no communication.

I am very dissapointed with my service here. I had to make an appointment to get my tires changed as they were too busy the day before. When I arrived for my scheduled time at 9am they told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half MAYBE. I am still here waiting and it is now 12. That is 3 hours waiting! On top of the atrocious wait I was told the tires I wanted to purchase were only priced at $42.00 online so I had to go with the more exspensive version, which were not all season (which is NOT what I wanted) that cost $62.00 each! When I pulled up the tires on their website I politely stated that nowhere does it say the price was for online purchase only, and that they are listed as available in the store. The woman insisted that the tires were not for sale at $42.00 in store and I had to get a manager involved to confirm that I actually was right and the tires I had decided on were in fact able to be purchased in store! To also add just another inconvienence and mistake to the list I requested upon coming in to keep my best tire from the change because it was newer and I wanted to use it as a spare, they forgot to give it to me and I had to go back to request the tire, spent 15 minutes finding my tires and finding the right one, and then I spent another 20 waiting in line to pay for the disposal of the other tires because the failed to charge me for it in the first place! I was given very rude and dissmissive service from the woman running the front desk as well. Very unhappy with my service today!

They make you schedule an appointment to have tires installed. What is the point of an appointment if when you arrive you still have to wait the same as if you went anywhere else with no appointment. They didn't get my car into the bay until over an hour after my appointment time and then took another hour just to put tires on. I've put tires on before without the luxury of all the tools they have and it shouldn't take that long.

had a good experience there. ordered (2) rear tires online for my 2009 Dodge Charger R/T. they came in earlier than anticipated. i went with a wider than OEM tire because I have the RWD model. They refused to put the tires on my car because it is against their policy to put on different tires than OEM or any other setup. the staff i talked to were friendly and helped carry out my tires to my car. The only reason why I am giving it 3 stars is because Walmart deserves less for their stupid policy. The guys deserve 5.

Im more upset with this so called "Review". Im not believing that only 1 review has ever been posted, and it just so happens to be a great, 5 star experience. Anyway, my experience was very different. Ive been to the Walmart Auto Center (or whatever its called) twice. The 1st time we had an appointment and we showed up a lil early. There was no one working the desk , there was no way to check in anyway after we waited an hour i found sumone and they said there wasnt an mechanic and we should rescheduled
