I had a flat tire on the highway and after about 10 minutes Alfonso was there to assist me. He was able to change my flat tire in a few minutes and i was on my way again. What a great service!
Following 25 hours on a plane I was unsettled to have a dead battery when I got back to home. I called and they said somebody would be there inside the hour. They appeared shortly and analyzed and fixed the issue in 10. So the thing I thought would have been a 2 hour delay, just wound up being 25 minutes. Much obliged to you!!
Had an ETA 35mins to 45 mins.
I called 1 hour later to find out where they were. Called 2 × no one answered. 5 mins later they called back saying another hour to an hour ina half ETA. I told her I've already waited an hour.
She blamed the car dealership people for shopping around looking for cheaper tows....
I hope people read this and choose a better tow company or get rid of there dispatch lady very rude and so easy to blame a person calling for the tow truck.
