Company towed a vehicle without cleaning off snow/ice this past Friday. When driving it caused chucks of ice to fly off the vehicle being towed at multiple other vehicles driving. Resulted in damage to my vehicle. Company should know better. Luckily the damage is only to my vehicle this could literally cause a deadly accident.

As with many folks who need a tow, my experience started out as a terrible day when my truck dropped its fuel tank on I-190. I was towing a trailer at the time, and the state police called this company. After a bit, we were headed back home with my truck on the flatbed and the trailer towed behind. When I had questions about my bill, Todd from the office did not just brush me off, but took the time to listen to my concerns and we worked out a equitable solution. I hope I never need these folks again, but I feel pretty confident saying that they'll go the extra mile to be fair and considerate, especially if you are fair and considerate back to them.
I called and the woman that answerd was super nice. She asked what the problem was, I described my issue and she said “I’m sorry you’re having a rough day, we’ll get you taken care of”. While I was still pissed about my truck pissing coolant, he kind words definitely made the situation a little less stressful.
Now for the tow, the guy showed up and got right to work. My truck was on the flatbed and strapped down in no time and we headed out. I chatted with the driver on the way and it took my mind off my truck issue even if it was only for 15 minutes. When we got to my house it was pouring rain. We both hopped out and I got in my truck and unloaded it as fast and as safely as I could. All in all it was a great experience. It was pricey but that’s to be expected.
Had a bad night last night with my car breaking down, but Quality definitely pulled through and lived up to their name. Before them I had tried 4-5 (?) other places, and none of them could help, one guy from another towing place came and left because he was struggling to get the car loaded without a flatbed, and the other towing businesses either didn't have drivers available or didn't have a flatbed. The driver from Quality that came to help was Corey, who was first of all helpful and knew what he was doing, but also very friendly and made the entire experience far less stressful. He provided a lot of advice for what to do with the car, as well, just to be nice. While I hope I won't need to, if I do need to be towed again, I'll be going straight to Quality again. Thank you
My car broke down this afternoon, and I called Quality Towing. Robert Hanson was my tow truck operator, and I couldn't be more pleased. He was super friendly and professional. He arrived less than a half hour after I called, and I needed a tow 50 miles away. Hopefully, you won't need the services of a tow truck, but if you do, these are the guys you want to call.
My passenger side wheel axle and control arm broke a few nights ago so I needed a tow. I called around and no one picked up the phone, no one except Quality Towing! They sent Dan over and he got here quickly and delivered on quality customer service and care. The price was not as bad as I thought it would be and the car was dropped off at the right location. The answer I got from Quality was “ yup we can do that for you no problem”. 3 hours later the job was done even after AAA stated they had no resources to complete what we needed done. Spoke with Todd on the phone after calling 9 other tow yards trying to find my vehicle after a crash (I'm not from the area so I had no idea where to look).
Todd was super nice and helpful over the phone. I was hopeful to not have to go get the car, as I knew it was totaled and would have no real way, or need to bring the car home.

My car was totaled in an accident on Rte 2 and Quality Towing came to get my car at the scene.I had no one nearby to call so the most wonderful young tow man put me and my two dogs and loads of bags I had into the truck. After he unloaded my car he tried to get a rental for me but there was nothing available without me asking so he took us home! I cannot praise this company enough! Every single person I have talked to there was so polite and helpful.
I had the best experience I've ever had with a towing company when I used Quality Towing & Recovery! Kyle is the person who was on-call in the middle of the night, and I was taken aback in the best way by his patience, positivity, and absolute commitment to helping me find an on-the-spot solution to the very difficult situation the sudden loss of my car caused me! You've got to try these guys if you need help! To retain a high quality employee like Kyle, they're doing some things right in the towing business!
On hold 17 minutes on the side of the highway while they tried to figure out if they could come tow me????The answering service here needs to be replaced. They all seemed stressed out, and a bit snippity. I called back after being on hold too long and got a different person who put me back on hold for 4 more minutes....then they said that they had already dispatched a tow truck BEFORE EVEN TELLING ME WHAT THEY WOULD CHARGE!!! Who does that?
I will say- the tow truck driver was great- he knew his business and was a pro. But until they hire caring professionals to answer the phone- the word Quality is a bit misleading.
This place was really nice when they towed my car but what was really bothersome was that they refused to let my father and I know what we were charged for until it was paid. My bill was over $1800 and I was confused and frustrated as to why it was so much and when i went to talk to them they said “when you pay the bill you will be able to see what the charges are”. didn’t make any sense, made me feel as if I was ripped off or scammed. When i looked at the bill after I paid, they charged me twice for storage.
This Thursday my car got towed from this company. This company have a name of Quality for a reason. The towing guy was super nice and kind with my daughter and me, the guy in the office was incredible nice and all of them did everything in their power to help me resolve my problem and take my car out. I recommend everyone to this company. In my 50 years old I never had a so nice experience with towing company as I did with this one. I am very thankful for their services and thankful to know them. If I can give 10 stars to them, I was going to give. I am happy with the business this company did for me.
Am very disappointed with this company my vehicle was repo by the bank. At the moment the car got towed I had cash money ($1300) a scratch ticket I had won($10). That was Sunday night I call Monday early to see if am available to go in my car to take the money out and make my payment. When we arrived my husband walks in Kamila tells him there was only $993. Plus she and another tall skinny gentleman instead of hearing our side they both got very rude. They both claim that they record from the moment the vehicle gets picked up. Mind you the video only shows the tow truck driver counting the money. It doesn’t show when he opens the door it doesn’t show from where the money was taken to be counted on top of that they claim they inspect every vehicle my car got towed at night and the video was recorded on day light. Plus is not the first time they pick this vehicle first time I had personal properties in it and nothing went missing this time I called to take my wallet out and stuff are missing. Very shameful that this family owned business treat people like this stealing $307 which I know everyone in this company gets well pay. They look worst then us that we had the car repo. Very sad it seems and look like a great business to go in and buy stuff for your home but with this incident it gives a red flag of how they do business.
I used Quality Towing for a first time tow outside of AAA. I thought the driver was very nice and professional and was very cautious in his work. The price they said on the phone was the actual price they charged so it was great to see honesty as I've heard nightmare stories. I had a special need and they delivered!
Usually if you have to have a car towed, you are already having a bad day. We had to have a car towed on a weekend. The staff waited late for us to pick the car up the next day. Prices were fair and honestly the man that towed the car for us back to our home was unbelievably nice. Very professional and if you need a tow (hopefully you don't) I reccomend Quality Towing. They certainly live up to there name!
