When if I need to get an auto part again I will go there. Employees were courtesy kind and helpful. I needed a battery they had it I didn't have cash I had only my debit card and they let me go and get cash even though I put the new battery in my car they trusted me to come back and pay for the battery. Good people!
Absolutely hands down the ONLY place I will shop for recycled tires. Best deals in town. You can bring them to Pete's, Midas, or tire warehouse for mount and balance. To my knowledge, they also let you pick and pull parts from a huge variety of slavaged vehicles on a very large yard.
Front person was kind. It was only place where I could scavenge for parts at the yard. No luck finding the part though. Good freedom exploring. Thanks you.
Spoke to a nice gentleman on the phone, asked a few questions and scheduled to get the car the next day. They came when they said and paid a good price for a junk car! Would definitely recommend.
I picked up a part for my toyota, got a friend to put it in and come to find out it was the wrong part. They gave me a part for a Taurus instead of toyota. So they cost me $300 at the shop, 2 weeks of work because they gave me the wrong part. I did get a refund for the part and they were polite about it. But no apology for giving me the wrong make of car part! Not happy at all!
Completely unreliable! Had an appointment for a vehicle pick up on Wednesday and confirmed that morning. I was told the pick up would be in late afternoon. I never received a phone call and no one ever showed up. I called again the following morning was told they would be picking the vehicle up later that day. Again, no one showed up and I never received a call. I finally ended up going to another company who is very prompt and paid me more for my car. I found Riverside completely unreliable and they lacked an acceptable form of customer service. When you call them to ask a question they give you the impression you’re inconveniencing them. Every response they provide is late afternoon, which I found to mean when they leave for the day.
They were alright, but made me wait more then half an hour after the scheduled pick up time without a call. I had to call them to find out what was going on. My suggestion is to not plan to do anything on the day they are scheduled to come pick up a car.
Didn't have my vehicle but they were very nice and easy to talk to. They don't have many junked vehicles but other than that the customer service was great. I will come back if I need to look for something again.
